It's a very cool place, I've been training for 2 months and there's everything here for a comfortable workout. I am especially pleased with the attentiveness of the coaches: they will always prompt you, help you adjust your technique and select an individual load. I recently started attending the new World Class fitness club, and my impressions were very positive! First of all, I would like to mention the modern infrastructure of the club: spacious halls with the latest equipment, clean locker rooms and shower rooms. The trainers here really know their stuff – they are always ready to help with choosing a training program and give valuable advice on exercise techniques. Separately, it is worth mentioning the variety of group activities: from yoga and Pilates to intensive cardio training. I've been here recently and I really enjoyed it!
The club is clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, and there are very unusual exercise equipment that I have not seen elsewhere. I haven't had a massage yet, but I think I'll be satisfied.
And the cafe is just a godsend, the coffee and dishes are beyond praise.

I just started going to this club and Dad's first impression is better than I expected! Good location. There are excellent gyms inside, and the group rooms are spacious and bright. The coaches, like any other club staff, are always ready to help. The cafe, by the way, has a very tasty cappuccino)

I love this gym. I've been coming here for two years now. Very good exercise equipment, swimming pool, lots of showers, Underfloor heating. It's nice to lie down in the steam room after a workout and shower, where pleasant relaxing music sounds.
Pleasant and attentive staff.
And it's also convenient that you can have lunch at the sports club. This saves a lot of time in the active rhythm of life.

Since you are arranging discounts on subscriptions in order to attract customers. And also, I'm tired of changing workouts once a month, not once a quarter. The big question is about paid training. A person has paid for a membership, and is forced to jostle for group meetings where people do not have enough inventory!? Why not make paid ones available? The hall became just terrible. I've been walking for three years. The management was changed a year ago. The cost is being raised endlessly, and the service is only getting worse. The stink in the showers is worse than in the station toilet. The family locker room has been closed, and now if a mother has brought her young son with her, then he alone has to change clothes in the men's locker room. The locking device in the lockers is buggy - you come in after training, and the door is open. There are not enough towels. The chips were savagely sewn into them. This room leaves very mixed impressions. On the one hand, every employee will smile and say hello, on the other hand, the showers stink of urine all the time, and no one is watching at all, several towel hooks have been torn off for 3 weeks+ the staff is not responding, there is a lot of activity in the hall, but no one tells anything about them. In general, the quality of the hall and machines does not differ from networks with a subscription several times cheaper. I wonder if world classes are so "hot" everywhere, or just here.

For about 10 months, my daughter attended a children's club in world class. I am about 2 years old.
About the cons:
-various holidays and events for children are held (for a fee).
From the feedback of the employees of the children's club, there are a lot of children, and the staff is 2 people. And the girls don't have time to keep track of everyone. Because of this, there are unpleasant situations.
- I often observe such a picture-I come with my daughter, a teenager of 12/13 years old is engaged and the coach asks his daughter -3 years old-to stay close.

And sometimes 2-3 teenagers.
That is, there is no separate person for small children.
I ask what she was doing.

-the staff at the children's club likes to relax and play on the phone. When you come, I often notice a dissatisfied face, because you were disturbed (there are no children, the club is empty)
They take out a magazine and endlessly write something. It's good if they mutter a greeting under their breath. Approach the child, endear him to himself, ask -how are you? What do you want to play?
There is no such thing. I ask for it very often.
- there is a coach, we love her.
But she sleeps in the workplace. The daughter says that she sleeps while her daughter is at the club. That is, we go in, the coach is sitting and sleeping at the table, at the sound of the door opening, he raises his head.
I leave my daughter, I think that the employee has woken up, but she continues to sleep.
(There are cameras. Are they working? How is this acceptable?!)
- there is also a coach reading a book. I go in -it closes quickly, but I notice all this. My daughter says that she plays alone, but the man reads all the time. And this is an isolated case when the daughter wanted to leave the club herself in 10 months.
- what kind of education do people who work with children have? Do they have a children's direction? It would also be nice to have higher education.
- I also saw a situation when Irina Kononchuk left children alone without adult supervision.
- some educators, in this case Nadezhda Bachilo, are not prepared - in my opinion - to communicate with young children.
My child was psychologically traumatized on 06/04/2024
The coach is Nadezhda Bachilo and Irina Kononchuk.
I described everything in detail in the complaint book -the club's management did not react in any way.
Nadezhda B. 2 months later sent a letter in response in which lies, neglect of customers, and of course hypocrisy.
Out of the hypocrisy of Hope Bachilo.
Sometimes I left the club to go to the bank or to the store, which Nadezhda B. asked about, in response: "Anastasia, don't worry, all moms do this. Go"
And in the letter, Nadezhda B. points out my violations.
Businesslike tone, punctuation, to leave emotions and a bad mood-Bachilo does not observe this, unfortunately.
Nadezhda Bachilo left my child to Irina K., who was messing around at that time - she was conducting classes on the phone in the territory of the club, she did not follow my child, the child was lying on the bare parquet in winter, without a rug. To my question, she abruptly switched to a rude tone: "Am I a private nanny for you?"
And the most important thing.
A child at the age of three cannot control emotions (unlike adults).
And he says everything honestly, (I DON'T like Nadia), but adults are offended and can't cope with their feelings.
So can they work at a children's center????!
Is the club ready to accept unaccompanied children of 3 years old?
Do you have a trained staff? Or is it one person in 33 directions?
The turnstile (as in the subway) hit my daughter in the face.
She is 3 years old. Maybe you should provide a separate entrance for the little ones?
Why is the guard rudely yelling at me so that my daughter and I each go through our own bracelet?! Turnstiles are not provided for small children. And I'm picking her up after this terrible incident.
Why is this not provided for the little ones? Why by trial and error??
The child needs safety first of all.
People appreciate emotions and mood. The Belarusian service (or rather the staff)
in the club sweeps out good customers.
The staff is the face of the club.
And if you add a spoonful of tar to a barrel of honey, it will taste good.

I have been studying for more than 13 years, so I understand a little about the halls. As for the simulators, the arrangement is convenient. But the zone with free weights is not very good. There's not enough space. The dumbbell row is not duplicated. More precisely, it is duplicated, but in the crossfit zone, where there are no benches. Inconvenient. The locker room is great. The toilets are OK, but the doors are uncomfortable to open. There are no paper towels in the toilets in the hall - a minus. In one of them, the lock is blunt, the issue is not resolved in any way. The shower does not monitor the presence of shower gel. For almost a month now, there have been empty dispensers in several booths (or they do not work well and give out drop by drop). Often empty and in the locker room. Who should keep an eye on this? A client? Why not check the checklist at the end of the day? One shows a package that says it's a hand wash gel, not a shower gel. Is it safe? The towels are good, they absorb water perfectly. Well, the most annoying problem is the cameras at the entrance. If you (your engineer) cannot set up the cameras correctly to quickly recognize the license plate, then contact the specialists. Your excuses that you need to "catch a corner" in order for the camera to work, this is a pathetic sight. You have expensive Dahua design cameras (Hikvision would be better). They don't care about the angle. You just don't know how to set them up. Pay the money to the specialists, and they will do everything. The phytobar is excellent. I haven't tried the food, but there are no questions about the sport. I would just like a choice of pre-mornings. One is not enough. There are no questions for the staff. Even in a stressful situation, they behave with dignity. There are questions about the guest WIFI. The speed is limited to 4mbps. It's a disgrace! Unfortunately, I can't put a higher rating yet. Most of the issues mentioned above can be solved without serious investments.

The best fitness (of all that I have seen) in Minsk. Very clean and comfortable. The simulators are new, there are all modern functions. There are a lot of shells, you don't push. The pool is large and deep enough. The shop and cafe at the club are convenient, but there is little choice in the store.

Today's visit to the club just made me change my previous positive review from 2022. I have been coming here for more than 4 years and I know how the club developed all these years, before the hired management came from Kazakhstan ... today there was not a single mention of such a Great and Important Holiday for Belarus as Victory Day. Nothing. But on Halloween and Valentine's Day, the club was full of pumpkins and Balloons... no symbols on May 9th, no congratulations on our Victory. This is probably not important for a citizen of Kazakhstan who came to our country to work.… And the pool ... From 9:00, the instructors took 2 of the 4 lanes for personal lessons, and 4-5 people were packed into the other two, because people wanted to exercise in the morning and then go to the Immortal Regiment, to Stella to participate in festive events ... but money is more important, apparently ... there is no customer orientation ... The past management of the club, both Russian and later Belarusian, did not allow themselves to do this!!! I am sure that all members of the club with experience will confirm this fact. I am writing with the hope that the regulatory authorities of our country will finally pay attention to the club, which apparently needs to provide a legal education for a visiting gender mercenary and focus on the fact that in our capital and throughout the country this club used to occupy a leading position in the fitness segment, and now we, many members of the club As we get older, we are thinking more and more about changing our usual place for health improvement in mind and body …

By the way, it hurt everywhere, because Olga repeatedly got on her nerves, which she was told four times, after the fourth she just stopped in a stupor, and when my wife asked what was going on, she said she was "thinking", then she just ran the device over her legs, which made it very hot. My wife dissuaded me from going to the emergency room and fixing her swelling, but you must know about Olga's incompetence.

The club is increasingly deteriorating in terms of staff. I think there are no instructors of group programs at all. There are personal assistants who conduct group sessions. There are zero preparations and all programs are maximally monotonous. Plus, the schedule is oversaturated with Pump and Balance at the most popular time. There is nothing to go to and no one to go to. There is almost nothing to visit except the pool.

I bought annual season tickets for the children a couple of months ago. On April 25, a week before the changes in the terms of the contract, they called that the conditions would completely change from May 1 (the children's room, the children's pool, and the training conditions would be closed). This is the first time I've seen a contract change like this, plus they don't know exactly what the conditions will be, even the day before the conditions change, they don't have a class program, they do everything on their knees. The sales department responds that we don't know anything ourselves. It is clear that the team does not quite understand what they are doing. Most likely because of the small number of children, but marketing and sales are lame. There is only one name from the Russian network. There was also a mess when buying season tickets from the sales side.
Otherwise, the gym, pool, cafe, reception and all the adult coaches are cool, except for the young coaches who are in the kids' club, they don't know exactly what service is, children teach children.

Having been doing fitness in Minsk for 4 years now, I have visited more than 10 different gyms. However, after getting to know WorldClass, other halls are no longer taken seriously. This is really the best place if you are not confused by the above-average price.
The advantages are obvious: convenient location, free parking with always available places, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, spacious gym and large cardio room.
Everything is balanced. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of visitors, but if you avoid rush hours, there are no more than 10 people in the hall. This allows you to fully enjoy your workouts in a comfortable environment.

I came to Minsk from Russia on a business trip for two weeks. I came to this gym and asked them how much a one - time visit or a monthly subscription costs . At the reception, I was told that there are no such subscriptions, but only for a minimum of three months. I asked to get into my position and, as an exception, issue me a monthly subscription. I was sent to the manager, who said that they could only make a small discount. As a result, 2 weeks of training cost me 500 Belarusian rubles (15,000 rubles of the Russian Federation). You need to treat people like a human being, and you have money in the first place, as much as possible to strip them from customers. You can't do that!

Very good indeed! Yes, there are bigger halls and better saunas, but this location has a very good complex. There are simply no normal pools nearby. A beautiful pool without any hydro-massage, waterfalls and other nonsense, so no one is crowding around the side. The gym is not big, but there are no queues for exercise equipment even during rush hour, as I understand it due to the fact that many people go to group classes. The simulators themselves are very comfortable, well thought out to the smallest detail, these are not "Lyubertsy rocking chairs" for you. The best part is that there are no dibile jock trainers who offer to train for cash. Trainers are very correct and do not climb to do exercises with their wards while you are doing exercises on a specific simulator. Also a big plus is the availability of a closed parking lot for club members only. The only disadvantage, as for me, is that they work from 7-00, for morning swimming it would be good to shift this time by at least 6-30. The staff is friendly, always ready to help, very polite.

I agree with Andrey's review of 22.05. If something is broken in the club, then it is repaired for half a year, no matter what it is a hair dryer, dispenser, locker, shower. The sanitizer dispenser in the gym is constantly empty. The air conditioner in the group program room has not been working for more than a month recently. In addition, the coaches of the group programs are very weak. Not at all the level of a premium club. There are only a few strong coaches, most of the time is filled with young, untrained and very arrogant girls with high self-esteem. They do not pay attention to the comments of clients, the coordinator of group programs apparently selects staff not based on professional skills, but on personal sympathies. I have been going for the second year, but I constantly monitor the situation with new clubs in Minsk, I am waiting for a real premium class at the Moscow level.
