Because shooting was planned in the evening, we asked to provide plus one light source. as a result, we provided it with a favor, with the fact that we will carry it ourselves. Well ok. We'll bring it without any problems. The customer called back to the studio, informed about the force majeure, but no one was going to cancel the studio - they shifted the time, eventually they heard that the studio had already made concessions everywhere. In fact, the hall turned out to be too small, they asked to work for 3 hours in one hall, and asked to be given the opportunity to change the hall for 1 hour, provided that it was free. In response, we received a categorical no! It's not allowed! although - the queue is not there from the word at all. As a result, they left without even finishing their time. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE CRIENTORIENTATION AT ALL! There are no such harsh conditions anywhere ... I felt great shame in front of customers by recommending this studio. I do not recommend it!
