I go to this department as a job. Several times a week.
Usually, people gather for the opening: about 20 people. And at 12-16 it is quite free.
On days of utility bills, it is better not to come here. There are a lot of people. Deep pensioners, it seems, come to chat, gossip, grumble and quarrel.
It should be noted that the staff of the post office is infinitely patient and polite. They do their job clearly and quickly.
The post office is large, clean, and tidy. The girls, of course, try and work. But in the "hottest" time there are always a lot of people and 1-2 people are served. It turns out very slowly.
And you can understand: there are no people willing to pay such a small salary.
