A great place for breakfast. The coffee is delicious, the cheesecakes are normal, and a croissant with plenty of fish. Everything was done quickly. I remember when this cafe first opened, the impression was just wow - I wanted to come back again and again. The service has been lame lately. Recent visits are associated with unpleasant emotions. I especially remember the last two times. The first time: It was morning, and a girl and a guy were working that day (unfortunately, I don't remember the names), and the young man seemed to be doing a favor by accepting the order. The impression was brightened up by a girl who was polite and friendly.
The second time: just yesterday. After training, I went in for tea and got a reply to my order (from the same guy) That the cups are over. I understand everything, but: while I was standing and waiting on the street, a guy came out with tea 🤷🏻♀️ It's a pity that after such an amazing start, you now run into cooking only when there are no other options left.

Unfortunately, the service and work of the staff greatly outweighed all sorts of advantages.
They came with a girl, ordered coffee at the same time, cooked only for me and some man who waited even longer, the barista likes to stand, flirt with the girl working next door. When asked when the second coffee would be ready, two men standing near the cash register said that Hogwarts was being prepared, coffee was brewed without a barista.
As a result, the coffee did not taste incredible and was not worth the money, there are places with better service.

We were here twice, the first time I took an ice-match to take away and liked everything very much, but the second time I decided to go there to work. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi at all in the coffee shop next to the train station (the barista girl said that they have a password-protected Wi-Fi only for employees) and this was very surprising, a lot of people come there with suitcases and I consider the inability to use Wi-Fi a very big omission.
I think that I am not the first to write about the strange system of serving coffee in the hall without sugar, and that it is very inconvenient to return to the cashier for it.
Overall, it's not bad, but there is something to work on.
P.S. cherry plum syrup is just wonderful there😊

Nice interior, convenient location. The choice of drinks is small. Prices are above average. Desserts range from medium to excellent. The coffee itself is different: flat white is delicious, espresso is acidic slop, more like an under-extracted ristretto. In addition, espresso is served in a rather large tea mug. The situation was partially saved by a large glass of water.

In general, the baristas were busy hitting on some girl employee from a nearby store😅 We do not condemn, but I would like to get my coffee first, and not wait 10 minutes. The place opens early. There are breakfasts - this is a big plus regarding the location, but I always take croissants - fresh and crispy.
You don't have to wait long for such a busy coffee shop.
A large number of guests pay attention to the design and interior and always take pictures of the place, but this does not interfere in any way, even gives some kind of cozy atmosphere.
At the entrance you will always be greeted by a huge gingerbread from Shrek)

Positive: beautiful interior, cozy atmosphere, delicious coffee, convenient location in the center.
Cons: inconvenient beverage delivery system. When ordering, the staff does not specify whether sugar is needed, brings coffee to the table, then you have to go back to the bar yourself and pour yourself sugar from a single jar for the whole establishment. It would be much more convenient to add disposable sugar bags to the serving or make a service system when the customer picks up his order himself. By the way, after a polite question about sugar and a request to bring it, the waiter indicated where to go himself, there is no sense from such a filing.
Croissants look beautiful, but they are constantly not fresh, the cost of eclair is above average, but the quality leaves much to be desired, unfortunately, it was not fresh.
I would really like to raise the level of service and improve the quality of baking

It's a terrible coffee shop. We came to drink coffee in the evening, we thought everything would be fine because the popular grid in the Republic of Belarus. It's just awful, the staff snorts when they asked to wipe the table, the guy just clicked and started freaking out and looking for a rag. The cups were dirty, maybe something with the dishwasher, I do not know. I highly do not recommend this place.

But the huge problem is the quality and speed of service. Americano and latte of standard volume were waiting in the hall for 20-25 minutes. It's like they forgot to add coffee to the latte. To add sugar, we went to the counter near the cash register, took the container, poured it and carried it back) Everything is strangely thought out. In general, the prospect is good, but there is still work to be done)

I really didn't like the behavior of the staff. We came with a friend to drink coffee, while we were choosing, the baristas actively communicated with each other and with their friend) laughed and joked, not paying any attention to us. It seems that they do everything in the workplace except work. After this negative impression, we decided to leave this place. I really hope that a preventive conversation will be held with the staff. I will be glad to visit the cafe again and finally try coffee.
