The attitude towards children in this hospital is simply disgusting. There's a real boor sitting in the waiting room. When we arrived at the Emergency Department, there were already 2 families in it. I went over to ask her where we should go to go to the hospital for referral. She snorted and said take a queue. We sat down and took a queue. After some time, a father and son came in. They went to the window, wanted to clarify their questions, but the employee of this institution just got up and left. After some time, she returned to her workplace, ignoring everyone, she did something and left again. The father and son were at a loss. They stood there for about 15 minutes. Then she came, took their direction and entered it into the database. I immediately thought, why did she take a referral from the people who came in after us, but didn't tell us anything about it? I went up to her and asked her if she needed our referral, why didn't you take it from us. She started to get indignant, "Am I supposed to keep an eye on everyone here?", "How do I know who's here in turn?", when we were the only ones standing in front of her. I replied, "How were we supposed to know to register a referral if she didn't say anything about it?"
On this unwelcome note, she entered us into the database, we visited the doctor and the child was admitted to the hospital.
The second situation.
In the evening of the same day, we visited the child in the hospital. We went in through the main entrance, asked the employee who sits next to the wardrobe about the reception hours and how the visit is carried out. She explained everything. We put on shoe covers, masks, (they said you don't have to wear dressing gowns since the child is 13 years old) and went to the ward. Everything went well. The next day, we also came to visit the child, went up to the 3rd floor, went through the checkpoints, the nurses saw us and said nothing. We went to the child. She was being given an IV drip at that moment. We sat for about 7 minutes and a woman flies in. He starts shouting to the whole ward that only one parent can enter (there were three of us, my mother, my husband and I were 6 months pregnant). She came right up to me and started swearing at me, and I didn't say anything and didn't raise my voice, I said what a disgusting attitude to everyone here. That the people who work here don't know how to talk. My husband and I left the room, and she slammed the door behind us. And I heard her start to raise her voice at my mom. All this in front of sick children!!!!!! Mom calmly came out and told her that we are adequate and sane people and we don't have to shout, but speak calmly.
The third situation occurred today at 22:00. The child has bad knees. At about 22:00, they got sick and I advised her to go to the post so that they could look at it or give her a pill. After the child went there, he informed me that the whole department had yelled at him. They said he was faking it and no one would give anything. According to the child, the child told her, "Why are you yelling at me? Is it my fault that they hurt?" The nurse started yelling at the child, saying that she was either calling an adult or calling a doctor. The child called me and put the nurse on the phone. The nurse started complaining to me in a raised tone about how bad the child was. She talks to children from other wards during the day. I calmly replied to her that the child's knees hurt, she turned to you for a post, for what reason are you yelling at her? She replied to me that she had given her a pill at 5:00 p.m. I clarified once again, why does he raise his voice at her? She didn't say anything to that.
She started saying that there were small children on the second floor and that our child was talking. But what does it have to do with 22:00, and she's talking to me and yelling at the whole ward. I told her that I know what the attitude is towards children and you don't have to tell me anything. She handed the phone to the child without answering me. If this happens again, I plan to file a complaint.
After the repair, of course, you will not recognize the hospital. It has become very beautiful and colorful. Wonderful specialists work, competent doctors, very friendly and lovely nurses.
A new version of the old hospital. The department for newborns is not provided for newborns and their mothers, there are no facilities in the wards, toilet, shower, refrigerator are all in the corridor. 21st century and they don't learn anything from us.
A meeting place with moms is not equipped , there is no place for transfer , there is no bench where you can sit down and wait
