I consider it one of the top hotels in Istanbul, everything is fine in it
1.spacious rooms with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus, comfortable beds, pillows, excellent sound insulation and air conditioning system, the room has everything you need, which is important - a capsule coffee machine and an ironing board with an iron, excellent room cleaning, (bed linen and bathrobes are very pleasant, perfectly white);
3. Amazing breakfasts on the view terrace according to the buffet system, but at the same time in the open kitchen, with you the cook can cook any dish you like, all high-quality products, a huge selection of fresh pastries (there are gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free PP) always fresh a variety of fruits, a large selection of hot meat, poultry, fish, a huge a selection of cheeses, including your favorite grilled haloumi, in general, everything your heart desires and even a glass of cold sparkling wine;
4. luxury spa, whenever we stop, we take a 3-hour program including hammam, scrubbing, steaming, massage, I really like the design of the spa area, it calms me down, relaxing music plays, dim lights, pleasant aroma throughout the spa area.
5. Excellent panoramic restaurant, and in the evenings a club on the roof of the hotel.
6.Good relaxation area by the pool, excellent service, clean pool, free water, pleasant music

The hotel is great. I really love this network. This hotel was opened in 1990, but it was obviously renovated and everything is in good condition. The breakfasts are great. A gigantic territory and a wonderful park around. There is a football stadium and Dolmabahce Palace nearby. From the point of view of location, there is not much walking distance. There are descents and ascents all around. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Taksim metro station. I recommend taking half board for food. A wonderful breakfast, lunch in the afternoon in the city, and dinner at the hotel. Ala carte dinner. He's just super. It is much more expensive to order separately. There are no restaurants around especially within walking distance. Because of the stadium, there may be traffic jams and taxis can also take a long time to get there. The main highlight of the hotel is the views of the Bosphorus.

5 stars for the view of the Bosphorus. It's just breathtaking. I don't want to leave the lobby, it's so calm and majestic.
What could be improved is the dinner menu: expensive and very limited. In addition, the appliances are placed directly on the table, without napkins. For 5 stars, it is unacceptable, I think.
Otherwise, everything corresponds to the level.
The location is good, but taxi drivers, hearing your address, raise prices. But this, of course, is not the fault of the hotel, but of the robber taxi drivers. :(

The location is good, but you are not on the hill. The view above the 8th floor is beautiful, but there is a parking lot in the left wing below. Shower, gel, cream -with menthol.There are no shower caps, cotton pads 2/3 pieces for two, cotton swabs are also in the limit. The friendliest is the cleaning lady. Upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 2000 euros, but agreed on 300. In the restaurant, the kitchen does not have time to cook for breakfast, you have to wait for something (grilled vegetables, cheese pie, sometimes fish)

A wonderful hotel!!! I want to come back! And yet once again about the staff - just the kindest people!!!!! Absolutely everything! From reception to cleaning! The location is gorgeous, the apartment with a view of the Bosphorus is just a fairy tale. Two photos at sunset are just the view from the room on the 8th floor. The breakfasts are good, a large selection and delicious. The fish and seafood restaurant is great! In addition to the howl, it is convenient to get to the Dolmabahce Palace (it can be seen from the hotel), as well as to the pier (I do not remember the name) and the maritime museum. 10-15 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a small park both nearby and on site.
Swiss Gurme was not reached.

I didn't like the hotel. We rested for a week with the child.
1. The room with a view of the Bosphorus turned out to have a view of the Bosphorus only from the side
2. The pool is indoor, small, shallow, smells of bleach. Swim only in hats.
3. There is no common SPA area.
Hammam and sauna entrance is only through the locker room.
4. The breakfasts are ordinary and mediocre
5. The outdoor pool is not heated
In general, you don't feel like you're in a 5-star hotel.

Бесподобный вид на Босфор! Панорамный ресторан на крыше отеля с шикарной кухней, играет диджей вечером! Офицант Бушра - наша любовь))
Ежедневная уборка со сменой постельного белья и полотенец, воду оставляют в неграниченном количестве по просьбе.
Если выйти из отеля направо, в 50 м мясной ресторан Gunaydin, огромный выбор потрясающих стейков.
Пешком вниз до набережной 5-7 мин, там можно на станции Бешикташ сесть на паром и доехать за 10 мин до Старого города Султанахмет. Туда же на такси намного дороже, и в зависимости от пробок от 30 минут до часа и больше, цена обратно может быть в разы дороже, таксисты зверствуют, «маленькая мафия» как сами себя называют.
Такси из отеля можно ждать ждать 20-30 минут в порядке живой очереди, лучше заказывать за 2-3 часа, тогда высокая вероятность уехать в нужное время.

I was at this hotel with my daughters from April 17-20. At the reception she said that her daughter's birthday was on April 20th and what a surprise could be made for her. The Russian-speaking girl said: don't worry, we will make a surprise for her. The child has been waiting for this day. Nothing in the morning , we went to breakfast and thought maybe there would be a cake , but also nothing . We returned to the room and again no congratulations . At 12 o'clock we were checking out and I went to the reception to find out about the promised surprise for the child on his birthday. I was connected to Roman and I explained the situation to him, to which he replied: OK.good. And that 's it. We sat in the lobby for another 30 minutes and waited for a taxi and no one came up to us. The child left upset. "Thank you" to the hotel for ruining the holiday.

Не очень комфортно добираться, с учетом знаменитого стамбульского такси, а в остальном все здорово: прекрасный вид на Босфор, довольно чисто, хороший район. Берут при заезде депозит 700 евро (за 7 ночей у нас была такая сумма).

Отель идеальный, жили неделю. Завтрак шикарный, каждый день одно и то же , но разнообразие такое, что не надоест.
Подушки на выбор - удобные. Матрас мне не понравился, он как облачко , люблю твердый.
Вид на Босфор - восторг. Локация прекрасная , но как и весь Стамбул горки , накачали ягодицы😅
Есть бассейн крытый и закрытый. В ресторане и лобби можно расплатиться UnionPay)

Hotel. It has already been decently cleaned (In the lobby of the hotel there is already worn furniture with torn legs, etc. Even the marble steps were already subject to repair (collective farm). The carpet is worn almost to holes.
Gorgeous views of the Bosphorus, excellent breakfasts, but the general deterioration of the interior upset.
I am sure that there are enough alternatives for him at the same not small cost.
After living here, there was no room with a view of the water, I was upset that I did not go to another place. Maybe my opinion is at odds with the mass, but it is like this🤷🏻♂️

Пять звёзд оправдывает. Вид на Босфор шикарный. Территория не большая, но есть, что плюс для городского отеля. Кормят вкусно.
Нужно привыкнуть к навигации между двух башен, но это за день осваивается.

I fell for the booking rating. As a result, I moved to another hotel ahead of time. Thanks to the hotel for returning the money for the time not lived, although they should not have. That's it. The hotel is old and everything follows from this, the staff doesn't care about you (except for the restaurant and the room service, as it seemed to me). There are a lot of people, the audibility is very good, so calm falling asleep for larks is problematic.

Прекрасный отель!
Вид на Босфор что днём что ночью завораживает! А завтрак с видом на против с 17го этажа -это что-то!
Полностью соответствует своему уровню и цене. Расположение достаточно не плохое, можно везде добраться!
Вообще Стамбул очень колоритный город!
Рекомендую!

Мы поселились в этот отель с 19.06.2022. дни что мы провели там прекрасны. .отель шикарный кухня просто вкуснотище. персонал очень вежливый особая благодарность Aleyna and Murat очень приятные и вежливые люди.номер где мы жили прекрасный 3 комнаты 3 душа кухня гостиннастоящийая.вид с понорамных окон на Босфор.Вообщем остались неописуемые впечатления от души.
