Very bad service but everything else is fine: location, accommodation, food, drinks, pools etc.

I was vacationing alone with my daughter for 10 years on the 10th. The hotel is new , well maintained , beautiful . The nature is beautiful, there is always shade due to the pines and it is pleasant to move around the territory. The water in October is very warm and clear, there are a lot of sun beds and there are always free places. There are no shops across the street, you have to walk 10 minutes and there is a pharmacy there!
The rooms are pleasant, everything you need is there. The safe is free of charge. The mini bar in the refrigerator was rarely refilled, but we don't drink so much soda a day.
Food: monotonous and not particularly tasty. Fruits are the same every day - apple, banana, pear, plum, melon, sometimes watermelon. The shrimps were dry once . Chicken tastes terrible, it's not clear how it can be spoiled at all, beef is rubber. There is a queue for fish. There are a lot of desserts, the taste is average.
The animation is weak, you can hardly hear them - maybe for the best))) I went to yoga, but somehow I was not impressed, strange exercises and only 20 minutes, it's nice to be outdoors and in the shade.
Ironing clothes! I expected to iron the floor of the suitcase of things upon arrival, but I was shocked that irons are not issued for fire safety and there is no room for ironing. And to order a service costs 5-8€ one thing. I went crumpled in the end.
Overall, the impression of the hotel is pleasant, as it is very beautiful and everything is new, not shabby, not broken.
By the way, the bartender is really asking for your number and flirting. I don't know how much this is the norm within the framework of the hotel, but Turks are very fond of Russian women and do not miss the opportunity to meet.

We rested from August 13 for 10 days. There are no complaints about the territory and the hotel itself: excellent location at the foot of the mountain, pine trees, lawn…
The beach is rocky, it is not very comfortable to enter the water. But there is a great descent to the water from the piers. There are a lot of sun beds .
BUT the service is disgusting: the cleaning is substandard, the minibar was filled only after a reminder. And the food in the restaurant does not pull at 5 stars, especially at ultra. Poor diet, monotonous dishes. No frills from the chef.
And two days before departure, the restaurant "broke down", and we ate in the heat with flies on the outdoor terrace with a reduced diet.
I would also like to mention the work of the guys at the pool bar. Well done!!!! They gave their best one hundred percent. The only ones who can get 5+
I also liked the SPA services. But this is for a fee…
We will not definitely choose this hotel for the second time. Sorry…
