The hotel is great. The location relative to the sea is convenient. The service is decent. There are shuttles to the center of Sharjah and Dubai. The food is delicious. We ordered food for lunch according to the menu - there is a special one in Russian, we took huge portions of beef steak and king prawns. We had a rest at the end of December before the New Year. The air conditioner was turned off, the window opened with a view of the pool. The pool is clean and the water is pleasant. We went swimming in the sea to the Lulu Hotel, where everything is great too. A pool with warm water. Hot water jacuzzi outside. Sauna -you can set the temperature yourself. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is beautiful. We saved 10,000rubles by living across the street from him and didn't waste any money. We'll be back.

It is very difficult to cross the avenue to go to the sea. This is a problem for the elderly and children: there is no pedestrian crossing. We returned from this hotel on 10.01.2025. Everything is great in this budget hotel! The price and quality match. The breakfasts are varied, pancakes are baked and scrambled eggs are made. The beach is nearby at the Lu Lu Hotel, towels, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. A wonderful candy store at the Lu-Lu Hotel. We came for 6 days, we were determined to rest and be positive, so nothing marred our vacation. There are transfers from the hotel to shopping malls in Sharjah and Dubai. The bus stops at the shopping center, which is next to the subway, so you can easily get to the center of Dubai by metro. There is a Romil representative at the hotel, from whom you can buy excursions. We took two and both were great: young professional guides, good food, interesting places, a good bus, and most importantly, you don't get taken to advertising shops with nonsense. We had a rest with my wife a week ago, I liked everything. A cozy room with high ceilings and a view of the pool. Wonderful breakfasts that resemble a mini lunch. We ordered dinner, the food is super, huge portions. The location is good, the sea is across the street. Ten minutes slowly, the hotel,, lou lou Beach,, infrastructure, which can also be used. The pool is heated, the beach is equipped with sun beds. There is a sauna, a gym. The staff is friendly. The room was cleaned regularly. Shampoos, gels, soaps, replenished during. A 3* hotel, with excellent breakfasts, very clean and friendly staff! Another plus is the high ceilings, the insect screen on the window and the silent refrigerator! Room cleaning every day with a change of linen! High quality linen, mattresses are ok, pillows are very high.
Cons- there is no pallet in the bathroom, so after a shower the whole room is flooded and dries for a long time, we will open the leaking sandusher and the side of the toilet bowl, so they did not fix it for 9 nights and the water always leaked!?!?!
Since I was vacationing during the season, all the previous reviews that there were enough sunbeds on the beach of the Lu Lu hotel were not true! All the sun beds from 6 a.m. were occupied by tourists Lu lu, I saw how people who dreamed of being under the umbrella paid for the beach guards who knew who went on an excursion, but took the sunbed?! It is very unpleasant to see new umbrellas without a straw cover, which no one is going to put in readiness, and people huddle in the shade on 5 sun loungers under an umbrella, just to hide in the shade in 31 degree heat! The sea is magnificent, the entrance is wonderful, but the paid service for a sunbed with an umbrella is not provided!

We had a rest in November 2024. We liked everything. The sea is about 10 minutes away at a quiet pace (we swam at the Lou Lou hotel, the owner seems to be the only one).The staff is polite. You can check in early (we arrived in the morning, and check-in is at 14.00) if there are available seats and if you pay them a little extra. Meals were taken for breakfast and dinner, it can be changed for lunch and it's free, we liked that breakfast is mandatory, and you choose the second meal yourself for lunch or dinner. We got a room with a view of the pool (none of the rooms have balconies with this view). There are rooms for smokers, there are for non-smokers. The room is clean, the linen is perfectly white, there is no smell of tobacco at all and there are no signs that the room is for smokers (my husband smokes, I thought the room would be an ashtray, it turned out not to be so), thanks for that. There is a kettle and a hairdryer in the room. Soap, gel, shampoo are replenished, but take your toothbrush and toothpaste. They give 1.5 liters of water per day, by the way, there is no water in the restaurant either. We took excursions from Ramil, he sits on the ground floor near the reception, you can also change money from him and solve all the questions you need with him, he speaks Russian well because he is from Russia. We swam on the territory of Lou Lou halal beach, left the hotel, crossed the road and walked to the left for 5-10 minutes. They are allowed to enter the territory upon presentation of a card from our hotel. if you give them one card, they will give you towels for the beach, in the evening when you leave the beach, you hand over the towels and take the card, tomorrow according to the same scheme. There aren't enough deck chairs.There are no beautiful places to walk around the hotel, you either have to walk a long way to them or take a taxi. You can take a FREE tour at the hotel, get to the Dubai shopping center, I don't remember the name further (you can ask Ramil) take a 4-hour walk there (you can walk through the shopping center on the first day, and the next day through Dubai itself) and take the same bus back to the hotel (no latecomers are expected!) this is a working life hack.In general, I recommend the hotel if you are not afraid to walk 7 minutes to the sea.

I consider the 3* hotel to be one of the best and most convenient in terms of location. A quick 5-minute walk to the beach. We almost always take Breakfast meals. Lunch and dinner can be ordered according to the menu. Everything is always fast and very tasty. The portions are sooooo big. The rooms in the hotel are large, towels were changed every day and cleaned too. The windows are open, there are mosquito nets. There is always silence in the hotel and in the courtyard. Complete relaxation. Very friendly staff. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai shopping center. It so happened that this time I got very sick at the end of my vacation. I had a high fever for two days and on the day of departure too. I would like to express my gratitude to the chief manager of the SHAJAHAN hotel for his assistance and the extension of the stay in the room until the evening transfer. Sharjah Premier and Lulu Beach are the same host. In my opinion, the rooms are slightly better in the Premier, but Lulu wins by location (first coastline). The food is the same. This time we lived in the Premier, but we used the beach and the infrastructure of Lulu Beach. We have been going to these two hotels for the seventh year, before the contingent was 40 plus, the last couple of years there have been more Russian-speaking youth - especially for them: we witnessed the situation, the company was noisy for 30-35 years, turned on loud music in their room (apparently they were drinking) . We lived 5 rooms away from them, but even we could hear. The first time an employee from the reception came to them, apparently, asked them to calm down, after 20 minutes. The police had already arrived and we didn't see them anymore. Deportation. The guys rested for 2 days in total. Information for reflection. The staff turns a blind eye to alcohol consumption by tourists in the room, but so far it does not go beyond the bounds of decency
Among the novelties, I recommend visiting the "AYA Universe" immersive park! Mirrored rooms, exteriors of the future, etc. There are no excursions there yet, neither the guides nor Ravil at the hotel. We got there ourselves.

We drove from Dubai airport through traffic jams for almost 3 hours on a transfer. it is better to arrive early in the morning or at night.We arrived in the afternoon. The hotel is a pension for pensioners, I liked it, although I am not yet in that category) There is a vibe of silence and relaxation here. The kapets pool is warm but clean. I went with a child with little food, so there was always food left. They tried to split it in half once, but the rules forbid it. There is a large swimming pool, there is a children's area, there is a depth for adults. Beach towels are always available, clean. To the sea, go to the neighboring hotel for 10 minutes along the road. The beach is clean, the depth is not great, so in August the sea temperature is like water in a hot tub))). They were cooled in any room, there are air conditioners everywhere and in the pool. I definitely recommend you to visit. I had a vacation in mid-January, took a tour for a week through FUN SUN, so it turned out to be very profitable for the price.
The hotel is 3 stars and fully corresponds to its category. It's not new, but the standard room is spacious, lots of space, cupboards, a desk and all the amenities of a triple (refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, kettle), 1.5 liters of water and tea and coffee bags are supplied every day. It was my birthday, and the hotel complimented me with a plate of fruit, which is also nice.
Meal. There is enough variety to find what you like. Everything is delicious, and the quality of food, vegetables, and fruits is decent. Half board, breakfast and dinner were enough for me, you can buy lunch, or walk to the supermarket (across the street from Lo Lo), grab a snack. There's also a small cafeteria.
The rooms are cleaned, towels, gels and shampoos are also without reminders. Everyone is very polite, they respond immediately to requests and questions, as a rule, one of them is Russian-speaking at the door.
The hotel is located on the second line, there is no private beach, but there is a beach at the Low Low Hotel, which is a 7-minute walk away. The beach is perfectly clean, the sun beds, tables are washed, towels are huge, you can take two per person, there were always enough sun beds, the beach load was 30-40%. The sea is clean, beautiful, and cool in January, but I swam, the beach is gorgeous, and the sand is filled with shells. For comparison, the Baltic Sea in August is much colder and not comfortable for swimming (in my opinion).

It is better to take excursions from Ramil, it is cheaper, but they are not inferior in quality, and maybe even better. The sea is clean (but not all day), warm in September + 30, the beach with fine white sand. There are a lot of sun beds, there is enough space for everyone in general. The beach is being cleaned of debris. The beach is big and clean. There were always a lot of people in the morning, and in the evening the sunbeds were free. Passage to the beach through the LuLu hotel, a towel was received by card. The staff at the beach always brought mattresses without problems, helped with finding free sun beds in the morning. The beach is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The service is very good. All the staff is polite, friendly, helps with everything.
We only took breakfast. Breakfast is meager, after a week I'm already tired. You can't take anything with you - the staff strictly monitors.
They didn't take the deposit. This was a plus for us, because spending dirhams on the day of departure or changing back to rubles would be a problem.
The hotel is a little out of the way, it takes a long time to get to everything (to the exchanger, for example; the nearest Coppins Supermarket store is opposite the LuLu hotel, the rest are a little far away).
A 1.5l bottle of water / tea / coffee / sugar and shampoo/ gel /lotion /soap /paper - they put a new one every day. Tooth.a brush/paste is provided on request.
The room is cleaned every day. Towels are changed every day.
The shuttle runs in the morning and evening every day. There is access to Sharjah Market and Dubai shopping center.

Every day the room is cleaned, towels are changed, a liter of water, tea, coffee are reported.
There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. The public beach is 5 minutes away (large, white with a good shallow bottom, not equipped, there are lifeguards).
For clients, the hotel provides access to the LuLu hotel (5min), towels are provided, there are sun beds, umbrellas, a swimming pool.
There is a hotel across the street from Lulu and a grocery store in it.

Geographically, this is old Sharjah , a private area, the entire coastline is a beach. If you leave the hotel, turn left and take 110st to the mosque of the Holy Quran Foundation, pass under the bridge and get to the huge promenade. In the center of the embankment is the singing fountain of Sharjah from 18.00 and every half hour.
If you go up to the bridge at the mosque there and through it you will get to the gold market and the park .
The hotel provides a shuttle service to the Dubai Deira City Center shopping mall. There is a metro station near it.
