In general, I treat the Rouge network well and often buy there, but this store in Rio Mall, specifically a separate employee, just pissed me off.
I bought Hermes toilet water on August 8. At the checkout, I immediately took out a discount card (I have 15%) and told the cashier about it. The cashier said "later, later" and punched me toilet water without a discount. But this is half the trouble, everyone makes mistakes. The problems started after.
To my remark that it was punched without a discount, the cashier began to say in a boorish tone that I did not show the card and, they say, it was my fault. And when I asked her to make a refund, she hung up at first, and then said that "there is no manager, we can't make a refund, come back in an hour." I decided that she was not the priority of my communication and decided that I would return the next day, as I was late. But then she told me that she would not give me the receipt or the goods.
There are some inadequacies, so I decided to call the office and figure it out. Imagine my surprise when I did not find the official website of the network and phone numbers in the public domain. Only the group in FB. I picked up some phones through Spyr and called.
The girl immediately got her bearings on the phone, asked for a cashier, they talked in Armenian and the cashier gave me the goods and receipts. She didn't apologize, of course.
I left and came back on August 12th. There was another shift, but the situation with the inability to return was repeated, only now "we do not have a cashier." When I asked if they sell goods, they answered in the affirmative. I found out when they would have a cashier and left. The third time came on August 13th. There was the same employee who punched me the product without a card, and then was rude "it's your own fault."
I gave her the goods. She spent 40 minutes trying to get a refund, constantly calling and texting someone.
As a result, I got a refund and asked, "Excuse me, do you want to buy at a discount now?" It was the only "kind of apology" from this girl and only when trying to sell me the product again, which I just returned.
He turned around and left.
Total:
1) unprofessional actions of the employee (did not hear, did not look and did not ask for a discount card)
2) boorish communication and lack of apologies
3) Three (three, Carl!) trips to the store to return the product.
Not a foot in this particular (Rio Mall) store anymore. Such employees, in a good way, should be fired.
Just a dislike. The sellers follow you around and don't leave our side. Which is terribly annoying. Prices are twice as high as in Moscow. You can shoot yourself
