A stylish modern restaurant with an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The waiters serve professionally and unobtrusively, give good advice when choosing dishes. Good cuisine. The dishes are beautifully decorated and delicious. Special thanks for the tender "Liver of a young rabbit in honey mustard sauce with creamy puree", fabulous "Cottage cheese pancakes with sour cream and strawberry sauce" and a delicious dessert "Panna cotta with chia and strawberry mint sauce".

Stayed for a couple of nights, nice hotel. We lived in the main building, a nice room with a very comfortable mattress. The reception/staff is fine.
Breakfast is quite OK, everything is very tasty in the on-site restaurant, but for some reason on the second evening their kitchen decided to close an hour earlier.
There is a large parking lot, it is very convenient by car, it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the city.
Of the small disadvantages:
The corridors require renovation.
For some reason, the lighting lamps on the territory are not changed, for example, several lanterns were not lit right in front of the main entrance.
In general, I recommend it!

A pleasant place, cozy, nice and clean rooms, even worked on the style. The polite staff at the reception, which I can't write about the staff in the lobby bar, are not attentive, they took one order, prepared another, and even did not make a happy face. The Internet was not working, we called, the master came in 10 minutes fixed everything and helped to sort out the safe, advice, make the system simpler with safes. The bathrobes and towels were clean and changed immediately if desired, the buffet was served in the morning, the food was excellent, you didn't touch it here, the variety struck the taste too, the morning started beautifully. I liked the outdoor and indoor pools. There are several types of saunas, a font, everything is at the highest level, it is a pity that we could not order and steam properly, but next time I hope these services will be punished. Of course, prices bite, especially for food, but you go there with the knowledge that prices will be three times higher than we are all used to seeing in cafes. I went for a day, it's not enough, you need to go for a week, then you will plunge into relaxation to the fullest. Overall, it's a great place to work with the staff. Thank you for your work.

A country hotel of European level. Large rooms, own territory, Playground, there are rabbits in a separate house. A SPA complex with a full-fledged swimming pool (it's a pity that access for guests is only until 11 am). There is a boat station nearby where you can rent a boat according to your taste and budget. The breakfast is excellent, a huge selection of dishes for adults and children. You can spend the evening in the restaurant with a sea view and a good selection of dishes.

I rarely write reviews, but I found the time for this occasion.
A very beautiful location, an incredible view of the lake, sailing boats create a very romantic atmosphere of the place and I really liked it in general and I even returned a week later. And I'll probably come back again.
But there are disadvantages that I would like to note, and which spoiled the impression of the recreation center and the Volga region, to be honest, I felt Spanish shame for Belarusians)
I have a lot of high-level hotels and recreation centers in different countries, so I am writing because there are things that surprised and amazed me:
1. Check-in from 15.00, we were settled only at 18.00 - the house was not ready. We rented a large Premium house for two days. The price is appropriate. No one could answer the question of the reason for such a delay. My family arrived at the base around 16.00-16.30 and the girls from the reception did not even offer water or tea while waiting for the house to be cleaned. I think this indicates a low level of service, since the guys were off the road and they had to wait for unknown reasons.
But we must pay tribute to the management who gave us a 20% discount for the first day of our stay.
2. All sorts of small surcharges are very unacceptable - pay for coals, pay for firewood, pay for delivery. Breakfast and spa are not included in the price of the house, pay for them too. But by the way, I would not have paid attention to this and would have considered it OK if I had not arrived a week later in a suite that is several times cheaper at home, but breakfast and spa were included there.
And all these additional payments for small things make you feel like they want to withdraw more money from you, although these are all small things. Increase the value of the house with this money, and make it so that it is free - it will be much more pleasant and people will leave satisfied and happy.
3. The house is large, beautiful, everything is cozy and wonderful. But I spent these two days as a manager in a call center. I couldn't relax, because there is something constant in the house, then the air conditioners don't work, then they work on the contrary and we can't turn them off, but they turn off at the reception (also a very strange system). Then the plumbing needs to be called, then the microwave is not working, it needs to be replaced, then the salt was not poured, then the alarm went off, no one knows how to turn it off. And so for two days, strangers walk around the house, because there are constant questions.
Well, at the end, when I left, I was already laughing))) however, this is even funny, we also paid for tea and coffee, which was in the house, and I have not yet met more than one hotel where tea and coffee were paid in the room)
There were also nuances, of course- pillows are not comfortable, one per person, small and thin, as if you sleep without a pillow at all. Why I'm writing this is because the suite we stayed in later had two cool pillows each. And in general, it seemed to me that the linen in the house is worse than in the room. But at the same time, I will draw your attention once again to the house being 4.5 times more expensive per day.
Well, that's how it is) but otherwise everything is fine!)

A friend's wedding was celebrated at the Ravenna cottage. A wonderful, soulful place on the riverbank. Clean, well-maintained territory. There is a place to walk. You can go sailing. Everything is very neat in the room itself. Spacious rooms, clean linen, bathrobes. The service is at the highest level. The kitchen is a separate song. Bravo to the maestro chef. The only possible disadvantage is the prices. But, it's worth it. I definitely want to come back here.

Spa + pools. One outdoor heated swimming pool. The second one is 25 m indoors. For those staying at the hotel, free admission until 11 am. This is convenient for those who get up early.

The food in the restaurant is delicious (if it is the main menu, not the banquet menu), the portions are large (grams are indicated on the menu). The availability of gluten-free dishes. The cleaning is quite normal. The service is fast at breakfast. The opening hours of the spa complex are from 7.00 to 23.00.
Cons: restaurant service (lunch, dinner) is slow (for example, pre-ordered lunch and dinner will take more than an hour). The breakfasts are clearly cooked without enthusiasm on the part of the cook (for example, the porridge is excessively thick, like a lump, the pancakes are hard, although quite tasty, there are no boiled eggs, etc.). The check-in was almost without problems, they took passport data (remember about others, yes?), they said that there were problems with WiFi...but they will fix it soon, but for now they have given the password and the room cards. I almost forgot to return my passport))
Number: he's tired, very tired. There are a couple of photos showing this fatigue. The view from the window saves, although it was more pleasant to walk rather than stare out the window. 5 out of 10, although for 4 it is a very bad number in terms of condition.
Spa: a chic, free, clean 25m pool and an excellent sauna gallery. 8 out of 10, -2 for the fact that leftovers of food and cups at the sunbeds could stand for half a day
Food: there are 0 complaints about it, everything is delicious, tartar without unnecessary additives and fresh meat, shrimp are crispy and not overcooked, pasta, cheeks are all on top. 9 out of 10, there is no ideal :))
Territory: gorgeous view of the water, pleasant clean well-groomed territory, but fatigue is also visible in some places, I was surprised that in the morning water was drained from somewhere to the playground, turning it into a swamp. The noise from the highway is heard quite strongly. 7 out of 10
Staff and service: that's what really limps on both legs. The restaurant and the massage therapist know their business. The rest seem to have forgotten that they have favorite guests, and not "uninvited relatives" whom they want to get rid of as soon as possible. 4 out of 10
And this is the first hotel that knew about the guest's birthday, that the guest decided to spend it at the hotel - AND DID NOT CONGRATULATE, IN ANY WAY!
Instead of a conclusion: the place is iconic and therefore still popular with older people along the old rails. Those who do not need Wi-Fi to work, keep in mind that it is very bad both in the rooms and by the pool, inside and out.

Волшебное место! Территория прекрасная! Ландшафтный дизайн просто великолепный! Имеется большая парковка. На территории есть спа комплекс, в нём есть спорт зал, массаж, есть разные сауны, русская баня. Большой бассейн с баром, а на улице есть джакузи с горячей водой и открытый бассейн с подогревом, плавали в мае, очень комфортно. В номере чисто, уборка ежедневно. В стоимость включен завтрак по системе шведский стол, выбор блюд большой, всё очень вкусно. Рядом есть отдельно стоящий ресторан,с виду очень красиво, но мы там не обедали, просто не успели, слишком плотный график релакса)) На территории есть прокат велосипедов, скутеров, катамараны, лодки, катера, есть детская площадка. Персонал внимательный доброжелательный! По ценам что то дорого, что то оптимально, в общем на любой вкус и кошелёк можно подобрать пакет услуг. Место прекрасное, обязательно приедем ещё раз!

Wine was brought, the cutlery was defiantly thrown on the table, extremely negative and boorish employees, not hiding their disrespect for people!
The day after departure, a fresh scratch was found on the trunk lid, the car was in the hotel parking lot all the time and had not left anywhere since check-in!
To the claim in the chat that inhumans do this, they replied that prove that it is us!!!!
I think comments are unnecessary, this behavior speaks for itself!
As a result, they openly hate residents of the Russian Federation, natives of Moscow, and in any case they try to cheat with money-spa is an example of this
These actions are hooligan with an open form of disrespect for the origin of the client and do not hide it!!!

Территория большая, красивая, минское море , номера чистые, комфортные, все хорошо, за исключением бара. Вечером зашли чтоб покормить супом ( бульоном) детей и выпить по коктейльчику, бармен сказал, что супов будет только пару на выбор из минусов бара. Так как уже поздно . выбрали , салаты, сум с фрикадельками и коктели. Суп невкусный, фрикадельки ощущение что из порезанной сосиски, коктейл совершенно не умеют делать, сначала были просто как вода, а когда попросили с игристым, то кроме игристого ничего не чувствовалось . как бы мы не просили ( сироп, пюре, что там добавляют сладкое) налить больше, чтоб и цвет и вкус был. Нас не слышали

Приятное место. большая парковка, номер приличного размера. Кровати две - не полуторные, а одноместные. В номере чисто. Кондиционер работает, wi~fi работает хорошо и в номере и на территории. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Ужинали в лобби баре - тоже все понравилось. Бассейн на улице - лчень понравился. Территория ухожена. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный. Но - есть ощущение что отель переживает тяжелые времена. Кое-где явно надо поправить балконы, сменить устаревшие таблички, закрепить держатель салфеток, и держатель душа, проверить наличие шампуня, геля и тп, Но общее впечатление - очень хорошее и в следующий раз остановлюсь в этом отеле еще раз.
