Классный отель, понравилось расположение, приличный номер (стандарт), обслуживание отличное, персонал вежливый, я бы даже сказала заботливый, милые девушки всей душой стараются решить ваши вопросы. Тишина - в целом комфортно, но вечером слышно музыку из соседних клубов, которых вокруг в изобилии. Нам на 4 этаже было не критично, но друзья с 3 этажа говорили, что не могли спать (они довольно капризные). Ванная комната отличная, современно и очень эстетично, дают тапочки, халаты, полотенца, из косметики мыло, шампунь, бальзам (зубной пасты и щётки не было). Впечатление приятное от отеля, еда в ресторане очень вкусная, рекомендую.

В целом красиво, чисто, уютно. Жили с видом на внутренний дворик, что оказалось плюсом, так как на выходные территория вокруг отеля становится пешеходной зоной , а также местом тусовки (вокруг множество баров и заведений, тусовка до утра).
Парковка 50 byn, по курсу 37 ₽ на 23.07.2023 примерно 1850₽ за сутки.
В округе множество заведений, очень понравилось в ресторане Имена, советую к посещению.

Новый современный отель в Минске. Вежливый персонал. Удобные, большие номера. Комфортная температура в номере. Кровать с мягким матрасом, 2 вида подушек. В номере есть всё необходимое: сейф, чайный набор, холодильник (в нём мини-бар), халаты, тапочки и пр.
В санузле новые мягкие белоснежные полотенца.
Немного непривычна стеклянная прозрачная стена, которая отделяет санузел и номер. Для одного гостя эта деталь, наверное, покажется изюминкой. Для двоих гостей в номере это в перспективе может представлять неудобства: когда одному гостю придётся оказаться невольным свидетелем гигиенических процедур другого :) Ну и если один из гостей проснётся раньше, то свет из санузла может мешать спать другому
В целом, желаю команде отеля развития и процветания. Такие места нужны в городе.

С подругами остановили выбор на этом чудеснейшем отеле! И остались довольны на 100% персонал безумно приветливый и отвечает на все интересующие вопросы. Номера маленькие но уютные, все необходимое и есть. Очень чисто. Уборка проводилась. Единственный минус. Надо понимать что вы живете на оживленной барами и пабами улице. И музыка будет играть до утра😅 лично я так за день уставала, что не слышала ничего. А моя подруга уснуть не могла( Поэтому свои особенности есть!
Зато позавтракать, пообедать и поужинать можно реально на одной улице)

Рекомендую бронировать через сайт отеля, там нередко бывают различные акций, которые не дают агрегаторы (островок,я.путешествия и Пр.)
Отель находится в центре. Огромное множество заведений в пешей доступности буквально выходя из отеля.
Станция метро в 5 минутах ходьбы
Паркинг для автомобиля платный, подземный с лифтом сразу в отель и из него (со скидкой для проживающих)
Вай фай быстрый, скачал фильм минут за 10-15
Завтраки по системе шведский стол, вкусные.

Great hotel. Starting with the polite girls at the reception, ending with the room. Everything is perfect - the room has everything you need, snow-white bathrobes, slippers, all accessories, a hairdryer. Very cozy and beautiful room. And the location in the city is excellent - the center, everything is nearby. Next time we will definitely come here!

Все отлично, персонал, завтраки, расположение. Музыка из баров не мешала, окна с хорошей изоляцией. Обходили все вокруг - доступно и удобно, метро рядом. Основная беда с паркингом, заезд возможен только в будни, 50 руб. Сутки. Рядом все парковки платные. Удалось припарковаться на платной охраняемой парковке за 48 руб. В сутки.

Отличный отель в самом центре туристического Минска. Рядом Верхний город, парк, проспект Независимости. Рядом метро Немига.
В отеле уютные номера, удобная кровать и подушки. Просторная душевая, интересное решение с стеклом между спальней и ванной комнатой.
Отель находится на шумной улице с барами и кафешками, вечером доносится музыка, но мы жили окнами во двор, шум был некритичный.

Excellent hotel, modern atmosphere, good breakfasts, pleasant reception staff - all issues are solved instantly, decent Parking (50 brub), you can't hear much noise from the "cheerful" street, the Windows looked out on the river. Gym, sauna. All the delights of the city are within walking distance. We liked everything, extended our stay at this hotel.

Хорошая цена, в сравнении с конкурентами рядом, шикарное расположение, номера чистые, тапочки и халаты, фен, сейф, холодильник, тв. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Уборка номеров на 4-, полотенца меняют по просьбе. Завтраки не рекомендую брать, лучше справа от отела завтраки 24 часа сходить, и вообще ресторан красивый, но невкусный, из 5 блюд одно вкусное. Просите номер с видом на реку, там тишина, не слышно музыки с ресторанов. Отель рекомендую!

The trouble with getting to the hotel by car or taxi, especially on weekends. It upset me. And taxi drivers, as usual, for the first time, do not understand that taxis are allowed to enter the barrier to the hotel. They stand there and don't even try to drive. And if I have a lady in heels, or suitcases?? Access to the hotel must be provided!

I got a room with windows facing the end of the building. Music is blaring all night! It's impossible to sleep there! Not a single soul warned about this, and I would have been ready to pay, but immediately upon check-in, and not at half past midnight for an additional fee of half the room price. I don't even want to write about the other disadvantages of this hotel, just spit in the face for my own money.

The hotel was pleased with a clean room, excellent service and a delicious menu in the restaurant. We were there in early December, there was already a New Year's atmosphere and comfort!
Cons- the street is pedestrian, a taxi will not arrive at the hotel on weekends. On weekdays - 10 minutes free check-in. But, it takes 3 minutes to walk from the barrier, this is normal, unless with suitcases :)

Отель хороший: номера чистые, уборка каждый день, завтрак шведка, достаточный, чуть выше уровня трехзвездочного отеля. Но ОЧЕНЬ шумно на улице. Ну и в отеле всё слышно, даже не смотря на то, что старались делали шумоизоляцию. Квартал для ночной жизни. До 4 утра на улице дискотека. И если вы хотите спать - не получится. Когда на ресепшене предупредили, что шумно - я не думал, что может быть ТАК шумно)).

Отель новый, открылся по-моему в ноябре 22 года
Номер просторный, чистый, свежий
Немного смутила ванная комната за стеклянной стеной с зеркалом, т.е. из ванны виден номер, а из номера ванну комнату (которая еще и совмещена с туалетом). Сейчас кстати много отелей с такими «комнатами», видимо такой тренд!)
Расположен на самой тусовочный улице, при этом хорошая звукоизоляция и можно спокойно спать, не смотря на шум и музыку за окном.
Персонал никуда не торопится, работают в своем режиме, нам после дороги пришлось долго ждать заселения, т.к номер не был готов к 14:00, наверное это единственный минус
Коктейли в баре🔥
Завтраки по 25₽, тоже отличные!
Вообще тут все на лайте, очень непривычно после московского ритма жизни.
В Кафе на одноименной улице завтрак можно ждать час и даже больше…

Бары, кафе и прочие увеселительные заведения на любой вкус)
Из нюансов - ночами в этом районе играет громкая музыка. Если вы спите очень чутко и просыпаетесь от посторонних звуков, то скорее всего выспаться не получится.
P.s.: мне было комфортно, спал великолепно даже с учётом того, что окна выходили на Зыбицкую.

But 5 stars is deserved, the price is quality.

there were glasses for juice at breakfast , I asked at the bar , they gave me a mini mug for tea , I thought I was misunderstood 🤣
But it turned out that... You can't give juice glasses from the bar..😂
And you can 't wash it either because , fuck knows why ...
I didn 't swear and figure it out , I just ordered water from the bar and 2 glasses for money ...
It 's clear that at home, I can drink from the palm of my hand😂 , but on vacation in a decent hotel to listen that there are no glasses for juice , drink from tea mugs , so to myself ...
They drunkenly broke a glass in the room , called , said that we would pay , asked to clean it , came the next evening , the glass was still on the carpet , called again , cleaned it , but the fragments remained , in the end I myself asked for a vacuum cleaner and cleaned everything

Among the advantages: comfortable rooms, good location of the hotel near bars. On the downside: on weekends, the street becomes pedestrian and you have to walk at least 100 m to / from the taxi (even with suitcases).
