We visited Minsk for the first time, visited the Robinson City Hotel for the first time - fell in love with the city and the hotel at first sight. The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk, surrounded by pedestrian zones and a huge variety of cafes, terraces, restaurants. At the reception, we were greeted by friendly girls, with one of them - Daria, we began to communicate by phone. The fact is that access to the closed parking lot of the hotel from Friday to Sunday inclusive is available only through the hotel reception - the street becomes pedestrian these days. Daria explained everything to us how to get to the hotel. The hotel suite is very comfortable, clean, stylishly decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is inaudible, although they are present on the floor. The buffet breakfast includes the entire standard selection of drinks and products - everything is fresh and delicious. We were afraid, after reading the reviews, that it would be very noisy, but our fears were in vain - even in a room with access to a busy street it was not noisy. I definitely recommend the hotel and on subsequent visits to Minsk we will stay only here.

Next, you need to put the car in an underground parking lot, take a ticket, go up to the reception and pay for it separately. We lived in a suite, and the idea that we should pay for parking separately was not pleasant, given the cost of the suite.every time you enter and exit, you need to take a ticket and extinguish it at the reception. It's inconvenient! But the most important thing is the noise. This is terrible, especially for people with light sleep. Every evening, and we were there for 3 days, and most of them were weekdays, until 23 o'clock salsa danced under the windows of the "quiet" room so that the walls shook, and this is not a metaphor. At 23 o'clock, these people left, but it started tic-tic-tic in the bar under another window, and ended at 4 a.m. It is impossible to sleep in principle. In addition, the quality of room cleaning sometimes did not please. Well, it's frankly disgusting to leave the suite and stick your nose into the cleaning trolleys of the staff with rags every time. Therefore, we will not come to this hotel anymore.

Lovely hotel, everything is great. We will definitely come back. But there is one thing. The hotel restaurant has a 20% discount on all menus except alcohol for hotel guests. T e must act. A great hotel in the center of Minsk. Good location, metro is close, attractions are within walking distance, tusovochnaya street with bars, clubs and cafes.
The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfasts are varied - buffet. The room is clean and cozy. It's funny that the bathroom is behind glass translucent walls. The equipment is complete, cleaning and change of towels / paper / soap is regular.
On the ground floor there is a spacious hall with armchairs, tables and a sofa - you can relax, surf the Internet and charge your gadgets.
There is a high probability that we will return to this particular hotel.

I liked everything very much! Convenient location, modern interior, new furniture, original idea with a bathroom door, delicious breakfasts (up to 12 (!) hours, which was very surprised and pleased)
Since the trip took place on weekdays, it was not noisy from the word at all, although the windows of the room overlooked clubs and restaurants (I do not know how things are with noise insulation on weekends). Moreover, the girls at the reception immediately warned about possible inconveniences at the entrance (which, as it turned out, did not exist)).

The location is the most central in the party part of the city, the street is full of bars, we were on Thursday it was generally quiet after 11, we slept normally, but they write that it is very noisy, it probably happens on weekends.
Next to the awesome Bulbashi restaurant, I advise you to visit.
The hotel left a very pleasant impression, we regret that we did not choose it a second time on the way back, and got into some kind of hut.

At first, when checking in, the girl somehow stuttered - they say the hotel is in the center, it can be noisy. We didn't pay much attention to this, but it turned out that they settled us in the room farthest from the elevator and the windows are just on the street with cafes, discos and open verandas. In general, we hardly slept every night until three in the morning, even with the windows closed. I agree it's a big minus, but otherwise everything is fine.

Excellent hotel in the very center and in the "epicenter" of Zybitskaya. A rarity in modern hotels is a large lobby with waiting areas. There is its own underground parking. Overall, it feels like a good hotel. But there are nuances that are important to consider:
The semi-luxe rooms overlook Zybitskaya and it is clear that it can be noisy until late at night, especially on Fridays and before holidays, the windows are good and isolate the sound, but not completely - so if you want to sleep with the windows ajar or you have a light sleep, this option is not for you. But the standard rooms overlook a quiet courtyard.
Another "joke" is the transparent walls of the bathroom - so, of course, you can fence yourself off there, but in general there is really no intimacy in the "toilet area". If you are shy of each other, it will not suit you. I don't know why this was done, it doesn't add much beauty. It would be logical to make mirror surfaces transparent only from the inside. But something went wrong.
The breakfasts are varied, but average for me. But the restaurant area itself is large and very pleasant.
In general, if the nuances described above do not bother you, this is really 5 points and a good price / quality ratio in the center of Minsk.

1. Located in the heart of the hangouts and nightlife. But this did not bother us in any way, despite the fact that the windows faced the street where bars buzz until 8 am! 5 minutes walk to the Town Hall and the center.
2. The staff is the nicest! From receptionists to maids.
3. The rooms are very comfortable, stylish and very clean. They are equipped with everything necessary for living.
4. Meals are standard for all 3⭐. We only had breakfast included, the choice is wide, everything is delicious and fresh.

An important point that we did not know about: on Saturday, this street becomes a pedestrian zone and it was impossible to order a taxi to the station, that is, you need to calculate your time so as not to miss the train. We had 50 minutes left before the train left, and we covered this distance on foot. The hotel employee simply could not call a taxi by the pre-arranged time. That is, it was necessary to walk 2 km at 5.15 am. I think that a taxi could be called to a different point. But these are details that were not taken into account by me. It turns out that there is a transfer service, but we became aware of this at the last moment. So pay attention to this moment.
The room has really transparent walls in the bathroom, it's cool, but everything is visible. A good drip shower, good towels and bathrobes, pillows and linen in the room are new.
Attractions and restaurants, the metro are literally within walking distance. I recommend the hotel to visit.

My husband and I were in Minsk for the first time. The choice fell on Robinson City and we did not regret it.

I recommend the hotel, we liked it.Cozy clean room (no complaints about cleaning), good location (near the Upper Town, the promenade along the Svisloch river, 2 metro stations within walking distance). Excellent service (both at the reception and in the restaurant)

4 star hotel, 4 star review. The location of the hotel is the coolest you can think of, the historical part of the city, a bunch of cafes and a pedestrian zone. Underground parking is expensive, but it's worth it. But the service at the hotel is not so good. Upon check-in, they were given an already occupied room, quickly corrected, but the unnecessary fuss was not compensated in any way. The breakfast in the restaurant is the usual continental, not a single dish of national cuisine. At least draniki or sorcerers could offer, but no. The menu of the restaurant itself is very poor. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise in the room, it was difficult to fall asleep. They are 5* short. But still, I recommend staying here - the location outweighs all the minor disadvantages.

Dad completes the registration of the statement and payment of the bill, I hold out my card from the room for eviction, the girl at the reception takes it in her hands and at this moment, the man standing behind me in the queue approaches the reception point-blank and begins to ask the girl at the reception about how to pay for parking and check out. At the same time, the girl sweetly maintains a dialogue with him and completely ignores me. At a loss, I ask her a question, but how would I check out and leave and how this man turned out to be the priority of her attention when servicing. The girl with perfect confidence in her high level of service says that he just needs to check out. A curtain, a silent stage. In general, the girl did not even apologize for serving the man, and not me, despite the fact that I came up in turn and handed over the card with the words "check out". What an under-service and lack of professionalism in the service sector. NB: I clearly expressed the opinion that the service was disgusting, turned around and left. For reference, the room costs 12 thousand rubles at the cross rate.

A very cool impression of the hotel itself.We had a junior suite.windows to the courtyard.I read reviews and was scared by the noise.This particular room 534 is perfectly quiet.
The room is modern and beautiful.a comfortable bed.
The staff is all polite.from the maid to the receptionist.
But there is a big BUT...breakfast.You won't stay hungry.but it's very monotonous. There is no greenery at all.there are many different rolls, eggs are only boiled and scrambled. the coffee machine is one and pours small portions of coffee.
There is something to strive for in terms of nutrition.Otherwise, 100% recommendation

But I put a 3-star rating on the restaurant - the range of dishes for breakfast is narrow, the waiters are not friendly, the dishes that were ordered in the evening to the room were not tasty.

The most beautiful place in the city. They shut everything down on weekends. Windows - powerful double-glazed windows, 100% sound insulation. Very clean and comfortable rooms, super breakfasts, friendly staff. 4 stars tc no spa. Everything else is in abundance.
