Great hotel! Starting from the interior and ending with the service. Very nice and helpful staff. Many people speak Russian, which is nice. Excellent breakfasts with stunning views of the city and the Bosphorus. When my husband got sick and couldn't go to breakfast, the hotel manager sent him a plate of fruit and freshly squeezed juices. I asked about his health every day. It's so nice, as if your family is interested. Thanks! It's worth a lot! The hotel is also located in the best area of Istanbul. Everything is nearby, the best shops, restaurants.

The hotel is awesome! The interior and design look expensive and very beautiful, the service and staff are wow, they will always help, explain, there are those who know Russian, which is very convenient. The food is very tasty, there is a choice and even a very good one, the restaurant where they eat is generally excellent, and the view is even better. The rooms are new, well cleaned, the design and the view are beautiful. Anyone who goes to Istanbul for a walk, etc., I recommend this hotel!!

I have long wanted to stay in this small and cozy hotel in the center of Istanbul... The dream came true, leaving a beautiful aftertaste... Attentive and responsive staff, caring from the first minute... A good breakfast on the roof of the hotel with stunning views of the Bosphorus! Excellent room cleaning, the maid was like a fairy, no worries and always perfect cleanliness! Wonderful chocolate as a compliment before going to bed - it's so cute! The hotel has an amazing meat restaurant, I confidently recommend it! We didn't have time to visit the hammam, so we'll have to go back ! The door lock caused a bit of trouble, which did not work well otherwise everything was fine. Thank you for your care and warmth 🙏🏼
