Excellent hotel, very tasty breakfasts, everything is good and tasty in the lounge room too. The room is excellent, with a good view of the city, high-quality bed linen and pillows. On my birthday, the hotel made a compliment, which was also very nice. A spa with a swimming pool and two saunas of 70 and 90 degrees, they really lacked the ability to throw water on the rocks, the air is very dry, so the showers are littered with disposable glasses that are used to throw water, but in general it does not spoil the overall feeling of the spa. Free parking.

One of the best and most beloved hotels in Minsk. Large rooms, comfortable bed, water in the room.
The reception is open around the clock and is very customer-oriented.
The restaurant is very good. The breakfast is rich, it costs 80 rubles, but very typical, lately I go there if I'm in a hurry.
Lunch, which costs 40 rubles for lunch, and here it is generally great.
Regarding the restaurant, my wife tries carbonara everywhere, as a marker of the quality of the cuisine. So according to her, this is the best carbonara in Minsk and one of the best in the world.
The spa at the hotel is quite decent. If you do not use the services, then you have a 20-meter swimming pool, two saunas and a Jacuzzi.
Well-deserved five stars. I highly recommend it

The Renaissance Minsk Hotel has exceeded our expectations. I really liked everything from the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out. Beautiful lobby, modern, interesting. The rooms are cozy, beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, with a nice bathroom. There is a tea set, a minibar for those who wish (for an additional fee), there is an ice machine on the floor (I saw one for the first time in the hotel), which is very convenient. We had a balcony in one of the rooms. I also really liked the SPA area. I especially liked the working hours of the spa and pools from 7 a.m. to 23 o'clock!!! Everything for the residents!!! The girls, the spa staff, are very kind. Even when we came to the pool at 7 a.m... The pool is clean, 2 saunas, a Jacuzzi, there is free tea by the pool to drink hot after the sauna and pool. There is a restaurant, a summer cafe and a bar on the ground floor of the hotel. We managed to eat everywhere. Everything is decent and very, very tasty!!! It's even difficult to single out one thing. All the dishes were great, but the cakes... They are simply FABULOUS!!! The girls and guys at the reception are all very polite. Very decent service!! The breakfasts are just a bomb! I haven't seen such good breakfasts for a long time. Champagne for breakfast to start your morning pleasantly. I will not be able to list the entire range of breakfast, there is a very wide variety... We really liked the pancakes and the red fish... In general, everything is very tasty! Next to the hotel (in the next building) there is a grocery supermarket with a large selection. We were just walking around the neighborhood and came in. Yes, if anyone is interested, there is an entrance to the casino on the ground floor of the hotel. We weren't interested in it, but it didn't bother us either. Thanks for the rest!! The delight hotel. Everything is great. We lived according to the club format. The executive living room is an additional pleasure. Good dinners with alcohol.
We rested in the room with my wife and two small children. The room is spacious, there was an extra bed.
The pool is not bad, you can go with the kids. The children also had a lot of fun, even sat in the sauna for a while.
The exchange rate in gostintets is also quite profitable.
One disadvantage: there were difficulties with extending rooms for late check-out.(we rented 3 rooms by the company), high load. It turned out to extend only one number and then with great difficulty.
After the extension, there were difficulties with the keys. They couldn't open the doors. I had to drive back and forth several times. As a result, the engineer or the administrator opened it with a master key.
And the toilet tank was leaking and the button in the installation was broken, the masters were called. Be gentle with the bathroom😁

I liked the hotel. The rooms are nice, quite spacious, the shower is excellent. We did not have a balcony (standard on the 6th floor). The breakfast is delicious, with pancakes and salted fish. The pool is super, even with a large number of people, it was quite spacious.
The metro is a 10-minute walk away, and a taxi also arrives quickly.
What can be improved: put toothbrushes and toothpaste at once, I don't understand hotels at all where there is a dental kit, but you need to beg for it, put it right away along with other accessories! Only low-quality factory juices are served at breakfast, no fresh juices. You expect more from 5*.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 75th anniversary and did not regret choosing this hotel at all. Everything is great. The staff is smiling and polite. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The spa pool is included in the price. There is a Thai massage, but it is at your own expense. Parking is convenient and quite free. In general, I liked everything very much. If we go back to Minsk, we will definitely choose a van hotel. Thank you for a pleasant time. And after the walk we came and were pleasantly surprised the staff congratulated my husband on his birthday there was a bottle of champagne and a cake on the table!

A modern comfortable hotel for the discerning public! The real five stars. Very friendly and lovely girls at the reception. Amazing breakfasts with the right sparkling and wide variety of dishes and fragrant tea. Special thanks for the opportunity to choose sausages NOT from pork, but beef and lamb for breakfast! The rooms are spacious and have high-quality bed linen, I do not want to get out of bed! The spa is a bit crowded in the evenings.

I really liked the hotel. We took a suite. Two large rooms. A large bathroom and an additional toilet. Large windows. The room is in excellent condition. Clean, modern.
Breakfast was coming in. It is possible to order additionally from the menu.
There is a spa area with a swimming pool, a hammam. Thai massages are not expensive by Moscow standards. They do it very well.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor. But unfortunately the price/quality of the food does not match. It's not exactly "family dinners" there.

There is a large parking lot for cars. For residents free of charge.

We chose based on reviews and were not mistaken.We booked two rooms, a regular room and a club room.The differences between one and the other: in the usual everything is standard, without breakfast.In the club room : the room has a coffee machine, a mini bar.Breakfast is also included and you can use the lounge area with food and drinks, from 7 to 23 without restriction. The breakfasts are very tasty, everything in the lounge is also super tasty, there are both fish dishes and meat, a lot of salads, snacks and desserts.White wine, red wine, champagne!! Of course, the Spa area.The pool is large, there is enough space for everyone, there are two hammams 70° and 90°.Jacuzzi with hot water.We went for a massage (by appointment), it's just a fairy tale.Only specialists from Thailand work.I would like to note that the hotel is perfectly clean.
Everyone at the reception is helpful and hospitable.At the check-out, they asked if they liked everything.And they gave me two bottles of water for the trip !!! Thank you very much!!

I chose a hotel based on 5 stars in Minsk and, preferably, there should be an international network.
Among the amenities are a central location, parking for residents and a SPA.
This, perhaps, is the end of the advantages.
Upon check-in, they immediately found jambs in the room - a leaking towel rail, stained and torn walls.
The balcony is all dirty and obviously no one has cleaned it.
The robe was very washed and had a huge hole in the sleeve.
We went down to tell the reception about it - shrugged our shoulders and that's it. There were no apologies, no offers of a change of number or other compliment.
They asked for a champagne bucket for the evening. It took a long time to clarify - for a bottle or a drink, I said that for a bottle. They bring a small bucket for the drink as a result. The misunderstandings did not end there - the bucket was with obvious chips along the edge of the bucket and a huge crack. And this is a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star hotel.

A great hotel with a full package of services. Comfortable, clean, located in a convenient location. Wonderful breakfasts for every taste. A spa area, and a separate pool for five! Children and adults are happy. The only thing is that you need to go not for 3-4 days, but for at least a week in order to fully experience all the advantages of this hotel. Excellent hotel, full five stars.The breakfast is just super, there is everything or almost everything + sparkling.The rooms are great, the view of the city is wonderful.We took an executive room, had a snack from 15.00 and a good dinner from 19.00 with drinks (juice, beer, Ipa, white and red wine, carbonated drinks).The staff is polite and courteous, it takes 5 minutes to get to the center or a taxi, we also walked, about 30 minutes.There is a supermarket and a KFC nearby.The spa area with a swimming pool,Jacuzzi and sauna is included in the price for the whole day, I recommend the hotel

The bar is open until 1, but there is a long wait.

We were at the hotel in July 2024.
The hotel literally has everything: a delicious restaurant, bar, casino and spa, and overall the hotel is very comfortable and freshly renovated. The rooms are very clean and nothing is broken, the breakfasts are delicious and varied. The location of the hotel is a little far from the main cluster of bars and restaurants, but it's a matter of a 15-20 minute walk or you can take scooters or taxis.
In general, I recommend staying at the Renaissance Hotel to anyone who is going to visit Minsk.

Check-in and check-out were quick, everything was fine. The room is cleaned daily and water is provided.

The hotel is nice, very clean, modern, the staff is friendly and ready to help.
We took a club room with 2 separate beds. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows, clean linen.
The hotel has its own outdoor, guarded parking lot.
The food is delicious in the hotel's restaurant and bar. We visited the SPA, took a massage service, quite well, the SPA itself is very good. We were satisfied with the visit to the hotel. The location of the hotel is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Independence Square.

A great modern hotel!
It is conveniently located - 25 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes walk to the metro, near the trolleybus / bus stop. Taxi service to the entrance . There is parking for private cars.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and the sound insulation is excellent. Tea/coffee/kettle in the room.
The staff is 5+. Cleaning is also 5+
Lobby bar - prices are no higher than in the city, very tasty desserts)
Swimming pool, saunas, gym are included in the price. The gym, however, is very modest. The pool is large, there are also plenty of sun beds.
The only disadvantage and that is not to the hotel is the smoking of guests from neighboring rooms. On my floor (9), the balcony with the neighboring rooms is shared (divided by partitions) and it is almost closed, only small gaps in the glazing. There was a smell of cigarettes when the balcony door was open.
I had a great rest and slept well)

The hotel is nice with a convenient location.
We took a deluxe room for three with a child, it is comfortable and spacious.
The room is clean, the bed with pillows is comfortable.
Meals for 5+/-, you will not be hungry, only coffee for 3 balls.
Of the disadvantages, the bed was not changed for 4 nights, but simply turned over the blanket (there were 2 spots and it turned out)
The rules say replacement 1 time in 3 days.

Very friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts (all kinds of eggs, porridge, red fish and much more, even sparkling wine)), we also came for lunch a couple of times and everything is also delicious on the menu. Free parking at the hotel for the duration of your stay, which is super convenient. The hotel also has a spa, it was not possible to relax in it, but we went for a Thai massage, just super! The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the center, close to shops/coffee shops. We would definitely come back again)
