Luce: Beautiful sea, you can swim and dive from the pier, large territory, swimming pools, water park. the food is delicious, but there are nuances. normal alcohol. Ice cream, snacks, coffee, ayran, bars. There is a beer bar with bottled beer, nuts and popcorn. Animation. Live music, shows. Friendly staff. There are shops nearby.
Minuses. Labyrinths of corridors. Problems with wifi in the room. There is no difference between paid and free wifi. Cockroaches. The smell of sewage in the bathroom. It's noisy in the evenings. If there is a disco in the next hotel, then it was very loud.. At a children's disco, the volume of music is simply prohibitive. The water in the pools is quite cold. Colder than the sea. By the way, the water in the shower in the room changes temperature all the time.. the boiling water is cold.. It is impossible to configure it. In the rooms, instead of normal clothes, there are large waffle towels... The minibar has been updated only 2 times, and the update time is at 2 p.m... not during cleaning. We had a child's dream at that time... and this minibar is so-so... There is not a single children's channel on TV. Cocktails in the evenings are so-so because of water with sugar substitutes instead of normal cola and sprite.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday, we had a rest since October 7, we really liked everything, everything was delicious in terms of nutrition, beef, fish, chicken, turkey, alcohol is also excellent, we tried everything in a week) from beer to tequila, I always woke up with a fresh head). Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The hotel is a solid four. The staff speaks excellent Russian. The territory is large and there are a lot of greenery and fruit trees. They try to solve all the issues quickly. Convenient access to the beach and a good pier.
Of the disadvantages, I will note the frequent problems with the elevator, which causes inconvenience when being with a small child. The minibar was replenished only 3 times during the 7-day stay. At nightfall, cockroaches crawl out. It was possible to observe steadily 3-5 every evening. The rooms are cleaned promptly, but not efficiently. There is a thick layer of dust on all furniture surfaces that need to be reached at least somehow.
But in general, as I said above, the hotel is a solid four. There is a lot to strive for if you eliminate shortcomings.

Great hotel!We had a rest in early September, we liked everything. A huge selection of food, eyes are running away, everything is delicious.The rooms are well renovated but not super modern, the staff comes and cleans every day, but if you want not to be disturbed, you can hang a sign on the door so that they do not clean your room.
The beach is beautiful, there are enough sun beds, there are two showers on the beach. In the evenings, performances take place in the amphitheater and by the pool. The pool is large, there are three slides. There is a snack bar on the beach, and another by the pool.
And delicious coffee is prepared in a coffee shop also next to the pool.Everything in the hotel is very clean and shiny.The feature of the hotel is cats, there are a lot of them here and they are watched and cared for here.

The entrance to the sea is medium-sized pebbles, but there is a pier, so there were no problems with entry. The food is without frills, but you can always find something delicious. The animation is good, the video shows that the guys are trying very hard!
The disadvantages of the hotel are very poor Internet throughout the territory and cockroaches in the bathroom (I saw it several times, I wrote, because it's still 5 * and this shouldn't be).

I have been staying at this hotel since October 15th. Kemer district. A hotel with a large territory, you can say right on the shore. A lot of greenery, interesting design. The food is very good, a large selection of dishes, varied, everything is cooked delicious. The main restaurant has two halls, one open, the other inside. Everything is clean, used dishes and appliances are removed from the table quickly. Mostly young guys work. There are several cafes. There is no alcohol in the cafe on the shore except beer. From 11h the ice cream is delicious. Animation is weak during the day. The standard room is on the 2nd floor near the reception. Very nice room, everything works, safe is free. The bar is free of charge - water, fanta, cola. There is a street with shops not far from the hotel, but everything is expensive there. There is one small shop in the hotel.

The hotel is super. The beach is beautiful, sun beds, access to the sea, the pier is all decent. The cuisine is very tasty, there is an abundance of everything, there is always a variety. Meat and fish are always several types. Coffee bar, beer bar (bottled beer((( .Animation is very strong, almost 24 hours a day, the guys are working, they give their best, not for show. This was our second visit, and we liked it even more than the first visit. A good hotel, a wonderful territory (landscaping and gardening at a height), good cuisine, varied-the chefs are trying very hard. There are about 50 cats/ cats walking around the territory (very friendly and not aggressive, all are examined by a veterinarian, neutered / sterilized, they are monitored and fed, I would say that this has become a feature of the hotel). Convenient access to the purest sea from the pier, and a descent from the shore is provided. All the staff is very friendly, the animation tries very hard to entertain all age groups and they succeed. We were offered the 2nd room (after we went to the reception in the 2nd building on the 3rd floor 2331 with a view of the inner garden, partially the pool and the sea were also visible. Cleaning: towels were changed every day, pillowcases 4 times in 2 weeks, white bedspread (to be covered) 2 times in 2 weeks, as well as bed linen. In principle, everything was fine with us, except for washing the floors. Firstly: the floors were washed with dirty water and a rag of the same 1 time in 2 weeks (only the dirt was removed). Soap, shampoo and shower gel replenished the bottles (refilling them) constantly. Probably the only disadvantage is that the paid Internet does not catch well, it constantly disappears (it works unstable). Especially on the beach. And after 23h -that's it, you can forget about it almost until the morning, as if it was cut down on purpose. Overall, we were satisfied. We wish the hotel prosperity and preferably the elimination of minor shortcomings.

A cool hotel, just in moderation, beautiful territory, not too big, but it's real to get lost. The kitchen is my honor, the chefs are trying very hard. Excellent economy 5! It is aimed at families with children. Delicious food, wonderful children's animation! Good service, an old but clean room, cleaned well. The audibility is very good, the child slept on the beach for a quiet hour, since it is impossible in the room, it wakes up the constant slamming of doors and conversations in the corridor.
The entrance to the sea is rocky, not very comfortable, but there is an entrance ramp. After the passage of ships along the coast, garbage sometimes floats, but in the morning it is always clean.
One more thing upset the hotel - all the deck chairs are occupied by 9 a.m. ((and there is no one, and they may not come at all.
In general, at first I was upset after checking in - but the staff, animation and attitude of all employees make you feel that you are really part of the family. By the way, they have "our guest is our family" written on their uniforms.

It's a good place.

During the day, sports activities by the pool. In the evening, entertainment shows in a small amphitheater and discos.
You will definitely not stay hungry here, since in the main restaurant there is a lot of time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A snack restaurant is available on the street during the day, all of course with an all-inclusive buffet. A bonus to this cafe with sweets and ice cream, and of course bars, one bar around the clock.
There is a small shop on site where you can buy accessories for swimming and relaxing.
The staff is very friendly, there is always someone who speaks Russian from the staff.
There are a lot of cute cats on the territory of the hotel.

We stopped by at 8 in the morning, at 11 we were already given a room (strongly asked).
Silence in the room: Room 1101. The closest to restaurants and the sea. a full-fledged balcony overlooking the courtyard. The air conditioner does not get on the bed, cools decently, quiet. The room is large.
With the door open, you can only sleep from 23 o'clock until 6 a.m. Before that, the music of the neighboring dobedan, after 6 - garbage collection, glass ringing, etc. With the door closed, there is silence from the street. But the front door does not delay a single sound. The constant rattling of the trolleys does not allow you to relax at all.
Beach: comfortable sandy and pebbly.
There are many sun beds. There is a small area (30 sunbeds) for non-smokers. Lifebuoys are fixed in the sea - a cool theme. Of the minuses, the hotel does not recommend taking sun beds, such as packing things. It doesn'T work! At 9 a.m., it's already hard to find three sun beds nearby. In the neighboring dobedan there is a strict ban on booking sunbeds. I don't know if it works). Tighten control over "occupiers", maybe with fines. Increase the non-smoking area, throw out water scooters and boats from the beach.
Food.
Diverse. There is a lot of it from the beginning to the end of the restaurant. There are no queues even for the delicious dishes of the "day". Lots of fruits. But a lot of food is frankly spicy (even baked potatoes), meat is often either spicy/ fatty, or tough. but there is almost no Russian cuisine - only buckwheat. There are no broths, our soups.
Juices are a chemical tin. There are no normal juices or milkshakes at all. Nowhere.
We haven't tried alcohol.
Animation for children.
Well done. A variety of entertainment in the miniclub, something new every day (cooking pizza, cookies, theme days, decorations). Every evening there are 30 minutes of a children's disco.
It is clear that the animators are not engaged for show, but with a soul. Elena Ivanovna, hello, you are cool! :)
Adult animation - interesting performances in the evenings, diverse. But the Turkish night is a little weak in our opinion. There are different things during the day, but I can't estimate it-I didn't have time.
The reception speaks Russian, promptly solves all issues.
After a week of rest, they caught rotavirus hard - 4 days in the hospital under a drip. The reason is not clear, but in the evening before that we took our first swim in a large pool.
Cleanliness is tin. The plates are frankly not washed, the room is cleaned for show. The floors are not even swept by the campaign, towels are changed inexplicably. There is a special sign that, if left on the bed, the bed linen will not be changed. Stupid PR - the location of the sign does not affect the replacement of underwear in any way. We were separately asked to clean the room well with antiseptic while we were in the hospital with rotavirus. We returned 4 days later, but the bathroom was not even touched (it was easy to understand).
Will we come back again and recommend it to friends? The question is open.

We rested from September 28 to October 7. The weather was great all the time. The beach is wonderful, the sea is warm. Everything is fine with adult food. It's not a big choice for a 5-year-old child, but somehow they got out of it. We haven't been to Turkey for a long time and were afraid to go, but we were lucky: the staff is friendly, tourists too.

The food is excellent! Diverse. Meat, fish, seafood, and cheeses are delicious. In the afternoon, in the garden near the pool, grandma bakes amazing gozleme tortillas. The animators are working hard! There are a lot of activities. It's great that the stage for performances is facing the sea, so in the evening it did not interfere with those who wanted to relax in the room.
The territory is small, but you can take a walk. Beautiful, well-groomed. The hotel's feature is cats. Well-groomed, not intrusive. Walking in the garden.
There are a lot of sun beds everywhere - by the pool, the beach, in the garden.
We got into the period of the mass arrival of Russians. 85% accurate. And a lot of children.
These are the advantages.
Cons - this is not a very good wifi, even which is paid. Rather, it works well at the reception, by the pool, on the beach near the router.
Several cockroaches were seen in the toilet a couple of times. They informed the reception, they immediately came to disinfect.
But! We haven't seen this again. The restaurants are very clean.

ROOMS: I don't know about the others, I'll write about the one we lived in. For $50 we were given a large family room next to the reception. The room is in good condition, the only thing in the bathroom is always water on the floor after taking a shower. The room was on the side of the road and you could hear garbage trucks arriving in the evening. It didn't hurt much. About cockroaches, as they say in some reviews. One dead cockroach was spotted next to the pool, not a single animal flew or ran in the room. Maybe, of course, they are in the rooms next to the kitchen..
room cleaning for three, sometimes for two. That you leave a tip, that you don't, there is no difference in cleaning. The floors are terribly dirty, even after wiping. Sometimes they wipe it with a terribly smelly rag, which has to be eroded by this smell.. They don't wipe under the beds, and apparently they haven't done it for a very long time.
Wi-Fi: at the reception they assure that the free Internet is only there, if you want it on the territory of the hotel, buy it. For two phones, $ 30 for 10 days. In fact, the free Internet catches even on the beach, the paid one works exactly the same as the free one, and just as bad. You don't have to spend money.
BEACH: there is an area with sun beds on the lawn next to the beach. Sunbeds need to be occupied until 8:30 a.m. at most (by this time the last row is almost completely occupied) do not leave circles and vests, a child's vest was stolen from us while we went to lunch ... by the way, sometimes sunbeds are brazenly stolen, and then they throw up their hands saying it was free here)))

We went with the child to Turkey (Kirish) in early September of this year. We chose this all-inclusive hotel for our holidays. So in order . Room service is fine:- we consistently changed bed linen and towels, replenished the mini-bar. The territory of the hotel is green (pomegranates, lemons, tangerines, various palm trees, shrubs grow) with many walking paths where many cats are found. They hold cats in high esteem, they are everywhere and there are many of them, they are cared for by a special employee. There is a main large swimming pool, a pool with slides and a small pool for children. There is a playground for children with slides and swings. There is also a small playground on the beach. Towels are free. The beach is 100-150 meters away. The hotel is located on the first line. There is a private pier. There were enough sun beds for everyone, they are both on the beach itself and in the clearings under the trees, it is cool and fresh there. The air temperature is +32-37 , the sea is warm (+29) , there were no storms. Swimming and swimming are comfortable. There are water sports. Prices are around 5-8 thousand rubles in 10-15 minutes. The hotel has a gym, but it is quite small: small dumbbells, a block simulator and a couple of treadmills. It's not an option for jocks. There's not much I can say about animation. We were at the beach mostly. And they entertained the people near the basik. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian, and everyone works hard to make the rest of the guests comfortable. Of the contingent, most are Russian families (~ 50%), pensioners from Europe, as well as other foreigners. In the evenings there was a mini disco for children and entertainment programs for adults. The fruits are local, but the melons are always green, bland and not tasty. During your stay at the hotel, you can book one visit to the restaurant, which offers a choice of cuisines such as Turkish, Chinese, Italian and fish. We were in Rybnaya, I didn't really like it. The portions are scanty, only squid are delicious, but they are also offered in the general restaurant.. Drinks include juices, sprite, pepsi Cola, fanta, cocktails, coffee, teas. Natural freshly squeezed juice costs 2 euros. There are alcoholic beverages, which I do not know, as I do not drink. But on my birthday, a bottle of red Turkish wine and fruit were brought to the room. It's a small thing, but it's nice. We did not go on excursions, but as in any department, they are offered immediately upon arrival. In general, we are happy with the rest, we left in a good mood. But I still take off the star for the "tired room" and very loud music that played until midnight. We have already been to this hotel for the 2nd time.(Before that, we rested in it 2 years ago).The beach is shallow, the sea is not muddy from this.There are plenty of sun beds under the awnings.The hotel itself is not big, but the area is green.The hotel is well maintained.(But not 5ka in the traditional version.)
There is enough food, fruits and vegetables, cheeses, delicious pastries for 5ka.(With fish - you need to learn how to cook it, so as not to transfer the product.)
In the rooms, it is advisable to change the mattresses, which are already tired ...

We arrived at the hotel from 09/14/24 to 09/21/2019 on the recommendation of our parents - they were here more than 25 years ago.
Everything they write about the hotel is true, it is not new, there are shortcomings in cleaning, etc. But there are two big advantages, even three:
The staff is just super! They will prompt you, help you, there are no angry and indifferent looks, everyone is smiling! Well, very modlodtsy! It was my wife's birthday, they brought a symbolic gift, a trifle, and I accepted it.
The kitchen in the restaurant! Everything is delicious, there is a lot of everything, the eyes run away! Chefs and chefs are great! The waiters are stupid at breakfast, but not much, everything is great at dinner, there are no complaints. We had lunch at the snack bar on the beach, we had enough.
And the third: a coffee shop (mimosa cafe), a separate respect! Well done guys, delicious and sincere!
Why I took off the star for the service: on the day of departure, I ordered an alarm clock service for 2.30 am, the result is that no one called! Well, I set the alarm myself!
Yes, even breakfast with you is a mockery! A healthy bun and a small sausage inside. In general, one loaf! It's better to take a couple of pieces of pizza with you at dinner, although it's not accepted.
Now about the most unpleasant moment: the a la carte restaurant. Ordered for a birthday, there was Italian cuisine. Maybe we were unlucky, but:
- the dishes are not delicious (there are no cuttlefish in the pasta, the soup is a complete tasteless misunderstanding - it is impossible to eat, the salad is one name)
- after the salad, the waiter did not change the fork, but took the dirty one out of the plate and put it on my tablecloth!
- What a cherry! Breaded beef was brought - not a single piece of meat in a piece of meat! Only veins! The cook, doesn't he see what he's cutting? I tried to cut out the veins at the beginning, I spat, I couldn't, they're everywhere! They got up and left, and it's on their birthday! Thanks!
We went to a restaurant and had a great meal, there wasn't enough candle for the pies!

We have been vacationing at the hotel since 06/12/2024. I liked the hotel. We arrived around 12 o'clock. They settled right away.
The rooms are not new, but clean, tidy, the bar with water and juices was replenished daily. Cleaning was carried out daily, without complaints. I liked that the ventilation in the bathroom was done wisely, everything always dried quickly.
The location of the rooms is done correctly, going out on the balcony, you do not see the neighbor's balcony.
The conder was working properly and coped with the cooling function.
There are no questions about nutrition, everything is at the highest level, for any choice.
The beach and pier are without complaints, the arrangement of auxiliary buoys on the water is well organized.
In the evening, it is interesting to watch a carousel of civilian aircraft that are visible at night. The sound from the planes is not audible, from the word at all.
I would especially like to mention the green area near the beach, on the lawn. In the heat and heat, it's a pleasure to hide from the sun there. Even at + 43 it is cool and nice on the lawn in the shade.
In general, it can be seen that all the hotel staff are determined to work so that guests feel good and comfortable.

Great hotel. We moved into it from another hotel from October 13 to October 19. Although they were both 5* in about the same price category, but the difference is enormous.
Everything is wonderful in this hotel.
1) The food is varied, there is a large selection and, importantly, everything is very tasty. There is also a large selection of food in the snack bar, which is especially memorable - these are the wings of the KFC, they added hot sauce and took their own alcohol right into it, except for beer they did not drink anything, so I can not say about alcohol. Delicious ice cream and coffee.
2) Checked into a quiet room. No additional payments were requested. The room is spacious, clean, and fresh. The cleaning was good.
3) beautiful green area, nice beach with pebbles and clear water. A good pier, where a lifeguard was constantly on duty. There are a lot of fish that we fed in the water by hand.
4) There is a polite staff at the reception. The animators are funny and friendly. Everyone speaks Russian.
5) The staff in the restaurant quickly removes dirty dishes, treats places with disinfectant spray.
6) Annoying male stares of the staff were not noticed.
7) There are a lot of well-groomed seals on the territory, they didn't bother much.
8) During our stay there was Oktoberfest, bingo with the main prize of hotel accommodation, live music, foam party, Turkish night, acrobats performance. The disco was from about 22:00 to 23:30. (which was not enough) after there is a disco in a cave with a bar, it was not stuffy.
9) of course there are only 3 slides. But the seams were normal, nothing was fighting back.
10) The contingent is young couples, families with children, pensioners.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel, we would return here again. I hope the staff will continue to maintain the quality.

My review will not be as colorful as many people write! I arrived with my child on October 31 and we stayed at the hotel until November 6.
Firstly, since we flew in October-November, we chose this hotel because they promise a heated pool on all sites. Naturally, we were at the sea in the afternoon, but in the morning or evening, when it was already cool, I wanted to swim in a warm pool, especially for a child. It turned out that the pool was cold. I asked to turn on the pool. At the first request, they nodded their heads, but the pool did not begin to warm up. The next day, I asked again if I could turn on the heating. I was told that it's the end of the season and they won't turn it on. The outdoor pools were just a key temperature, I climbed up to my knees and realized that this was not real. The pools were overflowing, no one swam there, even the fearless children did not take risks.
Secondly, nutrition. From October 31 to November 2, everything was not bad, the food was varied. Indeed, as in previous reviews, it was possible to eat normally in a cafe on the beach, BUT!!! they closed the cafe on the beach, the food was not cooked at all, the pool bar with slides also stopped functioning, as well as the hotel half-closed the restaurant and the food became 3 times less, although it was not bad.
Thirdly, 5 a la carte restaurants were promised. Upon arrival, I was told that, alas, they are not ready to provide 5 restaurants now, because they are closing soon, but they can provide one. I came to sign up for a restaurant the next day, they told me that there was no restaurant at all anymore, I'm silent that they didn't even apologize. And then in the span!
In addition to all of the above, we also encountered such nuances, for example, a hammam, a place where towels were changed / handed over, closed 2 hours earlier, the bar ran out of lemon juice and other such trifles....
Of the three managers, only one was polite. Another girl was constantly unhappy, as was another man, her colleague (I was not the only one who noticed this).
What I want to say in conclusion.... We left on the 6th, but there were vacationers who left on November 11th, i.e., the hotel was still working and selling itself on all sites.
Yes, the end of the season, but, guys, you finalize by the end of the season according to the promised points, and here you arrived, having read the laudatory reviews, and as a result, except to sleep at the hotel, go to the sea and look at your gradual closure of everything, there is nothing more to notice!
To drink coffee at the hotel, you had to wait 20-30 minutes for an employee, sometimes you had to look for him.
The coffee at Mimosa Cafe is really delicious, but it is open from 10:00. Sometimes I wanted to drink coffee early, but not fate.
P.S. The girl giving ice cream and the bartenders at the bar worked very well, they were the only ones who were smiling and friendly.

The area is very beautiful. There are many recreation areas, 2 swimming pools (one with small slides), entertainment, cafes, bars. Every evening there is a show program, discos.
There's just a lot of food. For every taste. From 8.00 to one o'clock in the morning, the dining room is open almost all the time. A cafe with free ice cream and snacks is also open during the day.
It is better to book the ala-card cafe right on the day of check-in for several days in advance.
The sea is clean and warm. The beach is stone. It is a little inconvenient to leave the sea.
But the numbers were pumped up. We had a standard. There was no closet. There was a small rail with 6 hangers and 2 shelves. For my husband and me, this is very close. There were no towel hooks in the bathroom, and there was barely enough dryer for one towel. Disposable kits (slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes) were issued once upon entry.
Although it's a shame, but in general, the impression of the vacation did not spoil.
The seals were filled separately. This is a feature of the hotel. There are a lot of them on the territory. All are well-groomed, many make contact.

You won't stay hungry) the hotel is located in the quiet village of Kirish, where there are mostly expensive 5's and a couple of threes on the second line. The market does not come here, currency exchange is only at the reception, but many places accept cash rubles and online transfers in Savings. One of the disadvantages for someone may be the lack of super animation, disco. The hotel is more family-run and for German pennies) We were going to sunbathe, swim and get enough sleep. The rooms are good: fresh renovation, comfortable shower, quiet with the windows closed. Animation and discos go on exactly until 23:30 at the neighboring hotels, then silence. There are a lot of drinks, borscht soups were pleasantly surprised this time, meat products are also a lot and delicious this time... mostly Russian-speaking people, Russians, Kazakhs, Belarusians, Ukrainians have a rest...they speak Russian... There are a lot of Germans, Czechs, Hungarians, and some other foreigners... Turkish vacation turns into a Black Sea vacation, it remains to bring churchkhela and barabula.... and this is a 5-star hotel.... where to go next time? Definitely not here.

We have been staying at the hotel since 23.09. I can say right away, my vacation was a success! The food is excellent, even the husband is picky, he always found something to eat, beef, turkey, chicken, fish, every day on the menu. On the territory of the hotel, you can always eat: tortillas, ayran, coffee in a coffee shop, various cakes, ice cream. The animation is great, girls, fire!!! Always with a smile, very attentive and not intrusive. It was nice just to chat with them! In the evening, in the amphitheater, there are various shows. I liked everything! There are, of course, hotel guests who will not be pleased, as always, a fly in the ointment... Oh, I'm thrilled!!! Special thanks to the manager, in relation to the guests, Gulcheniz. We celebrated 26 years since our wedding at the hotel, so a bottle of wine, fruit and congratulations were brought to our room. And in the evening, in the restaurant, the waiters congratulated us, brought a cake, it was very nice ☺️ I recommend the hotel! This is not the first time in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. Thank you all for our wonderful vacation!!!

A great hotel for your money ( June 2024 103000 rubles per person).
I called him Alvadonna on minimals))).
The territory is very similar (I compare it with Alva exclusive in Belek). Everything is green, the gardeners are excellent.
For children, this is paradise - they have "passed " into animation and they bake pizzas, then dance, then sing.(There is even baby food in jars for babies-which I have not seen in all hotels at all).
The food is excellent, varied, delicious (if compared with the same Alvadonna, then of course it is more modest, but the price tag is much lower).
The room is great (the only thing is, I did not take a hair conditioner this time, but there is no one, take it). Hair dryer, air conditioning, everything works.
The whole day there is ice cream in rodka, a coffee shop with excellent coffee (I haven't seen this anywhere at all),
there is a cafe with beer effect and bex 0.33 and nuts/popcorn from 14.00.
There are enough sun loungers on the pool and the sea, the mattresses are clean and new.
