I liked the beach. There aren't many people, considering the New Year holidays. The sand is white, the water is clear.
Each cafe has its own sun beds with umbrellas, they charge 100 baht apiece. The staff responds quickly to you - they bring drinks and food to the table next to your sunbed. Or you can eat at a table in a cafe. The prices are about the same everywhere, the food is delicious.
As for the street, there is practically nowhere to go. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, and you need to go to the rest or stomp around pretty well. 7/11 is on the other side of the street from the beach (through the ring to the left), there is also a mini market with fruits.
Overall, we liked the beach itself, but there's nowhere to go in the evening.
A very beautiful and quiet place. On the left (if you face the sea) you can go to a small cozy beach where there are few people. There are a lot of fish near the rocks in the season, you can safely swim in a mask and admire the underwater world. There is a passage to this "hidden" beach through the cafe, which stands on the left by the rocks. The road is quite good, the main thing is to take your time and find a well-maintained path. In the middle of the beach, a little deeper from the sea, there is a toilet with a free shower. Deck chairs, of course, for money, not expensive, you can take them for a day and calmly leave your belongings, swim, walk. Cafes, everything for a snack is there. There are usually not many people, as they are far from the noisy places. We rested nearby at the hotel, we were delighted with the cleanliness, beauty and sparsely populated, and the underwater world. There are waves here in the off-season, just like everywhere else. You will not admire the fish, you need to go to the islands for this. But you can swim in the waves. At the same time, be sooo careful. Sometimes they are delayed. Now there are lifeguards or beach workers everywhere who look after relaxed tourists who want to go further into the water during the waves, blow whistles, call back to shore. There are mangrove trees in the shade of which you can hide in the heat.
A cozy and picturesque beach. On the left, in the dry season, there is a gorgeous snorkeling. On the right too, but on the left there are a lot of big fish and it's very interesting! Rocks are dangerous in the rainy season! Be careful, it can wash away and swim out unrealistically ...
In the dry season, the sea here is very calm and affectionate. You won't be able to dive during the rainy season.
We spent a few days on this beach.
Convenient access to the water, excellent infrastructure with many cafes and street food outlets. Sparsely populated. Convenient parking for private transport. I recommend you to visit.
A great beach with a nice view. Soft sand. A small number of people. There are many establishments (Audy is the best). There are rescuers, a shower, a toilet.
On Surin Beach, Phuket, you can enjoy peace and comfort, because it is famous for its cleanliness and coziness. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday on the shores of the Andaman Sea (Burma).
A vacation in Thailand is a Paradise on Earth! I just got back. It's about the beach here. It's clean enough, I noticed- they clean it up. It is the month of August, that is, the rainy season. That's not how I had an idea about this season. I thought, as once in books - continuous rain for months! 🥴 No. Everything is different! It was half a month, I saw the rains, but they practically did not bring me any negativity. They were mostly at night, a couple of times during the day. Although they were strong, they were short-lived. Rraz! And the sun is shining. And the best part is this: the air temperature is from 30 degrees! Whether it's raining or not, it's not cold at all. I even tried exotic things for myself- swimming in a tropical downpour in the ocean. Here the beach does not go out into the bay, but immediately, as I understand it, the Indian Ocean. And here's another piece of joy: the ocean temperature along the beach is amazing! According to my observations, it's 34 degrees!!! There is absolutely no discomfort of entering the water! 35 in the air, 34 in the water - it's a fairy tale!!! Further. The infrastructure is good for recreation. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid-100 baht. And the employee will be watching closely. So that the sun does not burn you with direct rays, you make a sign to him and he rearranges the umbrella, or puts two. A broom sweeps sand off the mattress. It's a small thing, but it's nice. I noticed after all the considerable time of my stay that the prices for a snack at the beach are even lower than in the restaurants of the streets. When leaving the beach, there is a huge bowl and from it we take fresh water with a ladle and wash off the sand from our feet and shoes. Not bad. Then you walk 50 meters, there are free toilets, fresh water showers, cleaned yourself up and went to your hotel room. Well organized. And yes! That one time that I specifically went to Surin Beach in the beginning of a tropical downpour, I noticed that the electricity of the beach infrastructure was turned off. Respect to Thais! That's the kind of security she is. The peculiarity of my vacation on the beach was this circumstance: I did not see the quiet surface of the ocean once in half a month, waves constantly. 🌊 From quite energy-intensive, to pleasantly rocking on the surface. There you need to understand the rolling mechanism and ... two options: either dive under the oncoming wave, if it is high and powerful, or jump on it and ride it with pleasure.☺️ Someone might not like it, I was getting high. What else? I practically didn't see any animals in the water, no jellyfish, no dangerous creatures, this is a strong plus.➕ This does not happen in the Red Sea . Here, it's just getting pleasure from being in the hot water of the Indian Ocean. Once or twice, after strong waves at night (apparently there was a storm somewhere in the ocean), I still saw jellyfish. The size of a piglet. And a couple of times something pinched me under the water, I think it was a jellyfish, but I didn't see any traces and consequences, but I think it's necessary to voice it. Then they disappeared. Oh yes! I didn't see it myself, but they told me that they saw a fish jump not far from the shore, 15 centimeters long, flat like a pike. I don't know, I haven't seen it, but I'm bringing the information. The beach is sand. Clean. There are rocks at both ends of the beach, but there are none here. There are rescuers, a tower, tanned guys, they strictly monitor the situation, the warning flags were constantly red. And when the waves were strong enough, they whistled us out of the water. Are we really afraid of some kind of oceanic storm waves?!- It's empty!🤪😚😎 But the service is there and functioning. One more thing. The place is not consumer goods, the neighborhood is not cheap and as a result there is no mass of people on the beach, I really like it! There's nowhere to fall on Patong! And here it's quiet, but smooth, rest, for example, with children or with a friend is just the thing! And I've seen such variations all the time. Ah! Here's another thing! I knew it myself, I read the reviews before the last trip, but I still fell into the Joker's trap!😩😜🥴Our tourists wrote, the sun is Melting, this is not the Moscow region! Be sure to take a protective cream with an index of 80 or more! Nooo! I'm with a mustache myself! I took 40! Well, as you know, after 10 minutes, the process of charring the nose, cheeks, forehead and chin with ears, neck and other gastronomic names of my taurus began!Cream 40 is a complete... uh... unsuitable remedy for protection! 😩🥴 I had a plan for the evening- a taxi ride to the Patong Night Market. There's such a thing! Whooh!😎😜🤪And I have burning and fire all over my body, although I was in the sun for 10-20 minutes, and out of two hours, the rest of the time I hid under an umbrella, look, I picked up radiation from the sun in excess of the norm with a margin!I did not change the plan. Yes, it's better to order a taxi via the Internet, download the program, buy a local SIM card, something like a thousand and a half for eight days, with unlimited Internet. And the connection there is great! Five gees are everywhere!!! It flies and everything opens with a bang! Eh...😡And here I am in Patong! Ooo! It's something with something! Oh, is it just about Surin Beach? Then I won't. I bought panthenol burn gel with aloe there, for 100 baht!😳☺️That's what he saved me: in the afternoon, I'll smoke up- quickly go to the room, put on some makeup, it cools my body and ... in the morning I'm ready for radiation!🤪😜😚 I can write so many interesting things, but what if someone doesn't like it? I'm worried! I emphasize that I have expressed only my own opinion, it may not coincide with the opinions of other tourists, but I am very pleased with the trip and Surin Beach beach. I want to go there again!!!😭🏖️❤️🔥
A normal beach is quite possible to swim, but here is my selection of beaches for better
I will leave you the top beaches of Phuket in my opinion and leave until tomorrow, so as not to make 10 posts per day.
Kata Yam is one of the two beaches near our hotel, less popular than the neighboring Karno beach, which is a plus, it is surrounded by rocks around the edges where you can dive with a cafe, 🐠🐠🐠🐠 of 🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠 possible, there is a small secret lagoon on the left edge that you need to crawl through a shit hole, but It's worth it, 2 videos
Nai Harn is a beach with the best sunsets, as evidenced by the number of yachts sailing to see it, along the edges of the cliffs immediately turning into a forest
Kamala is a good tourist beach with big waves that are fun to hang out on, which is more important. It has one of them (sea turtles, there is no such emoji). I advise you to look for her in the left corner of the beach, she swims in a small pool. As I catch up with the turtle, she slows down to tease me, then runs away when I pull my hands close to her shell, I will remember all my life
Kalim is a one-time beach with the coolest stone landscape
We love this beach very much. Clean water, a small coastline, a picturesque place. And right by the beach there are cafes and a small bazaar. Waves can be very large with a reverse flow. You have to be very careful and attentive with children. The beach is more suitable for adults.
A good beach, everything is close by, after swimming at the sea you can have a delicious meal, a variety of food, you can buy beach goods, not a bad market , I recommend
A great, beautiful beach!!! I like to have lunch with a sea view after the beach. We often went to dinner , the sunsets are great !!! Not far from Surin beach there is Laem Sing beach, the beauty is not real , not equipped, walking with small obstacles, but for the sake of such beauty I can do anything. We went to the observation deck ( it 's a little higher up the mountain , so that we could see all the beauty of Laem Sing from a height !!
We've been there twice a week, and next year is definitely already planned there. I like the beach, quiet, sparsely populated, clean. One of my favorite beaches!!
One of the best beaches. Small, cozy, there is always a place. Parking is huge, and the smoothies are delicious. The sunsets are incredible, the nature is amazing
Great beach. The water is clean. The views are magnificent. The cafe at the end of the beach doesn't look presentable, but the food is delicious. Everything is fresh.
I really like this beach. We rested on Kamala, but very often we went to Surin beach, by taxi 8 minutes approximately 250 Baht. Glaciers and umbrellas of 200 Baht per person can be rented on the beach. Low tide is not as noticeable in Surin as, for example, in Kamala. The sand is lighter, the sea is very good. The cafes are only on the beach, but like everywhere else you can have a delicious meal)
A clean beach. The water is perfect, the bottom of the sea is not terrible. Of course, the service is old deck chairs, but the Thais are trying, they will always meet you, show you the place, remove the sand and bring a coconut. There is no party in the evening, just for a relaxing holiday. In the evening there is a cafe, sunset and warm, gentle sand
It's a great place. Only 100 baht and you will be given a chaise longue, an umbrella and service (you can order food and drinks, they will bring) or you can buy everything yourself and just settle down and relax. The water is clean . The sun is merciless, take 50 or 75 from the sun!!
A magical place! Especially in the morning before 10.The most beautiful beach is on the left side (towards Laem Sing), which is on the right side. Excellent local cafes and cute souvenir shops are local. The water is turquoise and clear near the shore.I love this beach - one of the best in Phuket.
One of the most favorite beaches in Phuket) Cozy, clean magnificent sea, beautiful stones, you can have a quick and inexpensive snack (if you stand facing the sea, there is a good cafe on the right from the very edge, where you can cook delicious noodles, rice and much more).
Great beach, not crowded.
I recommend choosing sun loungers from the guys in whose cafes the flags of the countries are present. The sand will be swept off your chaise longue and your bike will be parked. This is the left side of the beach. The first exit from the road after the observation deck on the road from Kamala.
The best beach in Phuket is a fact!!!!! The water is clean and beautiful , parabolic vision allows you to see the entrance to the lagoon from two sides at the same time , but provided that the jamb is already coming to the middle , but there are nuances such as antique sun beds in the style of sovdep plus and delicious but not beautiful restaurants , I strongly do not recommend smoothies " mole " theme for an amateur . otherwise , it 's cool but you need to live on rawai or naiharn or better between them
My favorite beach in Phuket is with clear, clear water, water activities, and beach cafes. Sun beds are 100 baht, just like everywhere else in Phuket.🌊🌴😄👍
I am very surprised by the reviews, where they say that it is not crowded. It's like Anapa on the central beach. The water is teeming with people. Sun beds are piled up under the trees, there is almost no place for those who do not like to relax on sun beds. For such people, there is one tree where everything is almost on top of each other. We were afraid to eat there, the smell is rotten. It even smelled on the beach.
Very clean and equipped beach. Buy a cocktail, they will bring an armchair and a table! Drinks and food to choose from! There is shade from the trees, prices are normal
For two years I chose this location in Phuket solely because of the beach. It is captivating that it is small and somehow cozy. The most pleasant places to eat and hang out right to the end) the best Mai Tai in Aydi cafe. In 23, the beach was severely damaged in September by severe storms, washed away a lot of sand.. I don't know if it was restored.
The beach is clean, the water is clean, the entrance is not shallow. The infrastructure is well developed.By 10 o'clock, everything will be filled with sun beds, there will be nowhere to lie in the shade.
We visited almost all the beaches of Phuket. There are wild, very beautiful beaches. But this one is for swimming and having a good rest. We were on it in the off-season, there are very few people. The sea is calm, then with waves (and so, and so good). I really liked that there are no surprises in the form of stones (on wild beaches they hit under water a couple of times, unpleasant). I would also like to note that there are sun loungers with umbrellas on the beach, towels will be provided free of charge. You can also eat right on the beach, the service is excellent.
In general, I definitely recommend it for the off-season (there may be a lot of people in the season)
Excellent beach, large coastline, soft sand, clean, you can hide in the shade of trees, or sunbathe on the sand. Sun beds under umbrellas are 100 baht, you can just rent an umbrella for 50 baht small and 100 baht large, in a cafe along the coast you can eat tasty and not expensive, fruits are plentiful. This is the only beach in Phuket along which there are no adjacent hotels, this is the beauty of this beach!!
Surin Beach was one of the best beaches in Phuket. Currently, the Thais have destroyed it, everything has been dug up, killed, mud, stench, the clearing in front of the beach has been dug up, they are building something, they have stuck it in the shade of dirty sun beds, cafes that smell of slop. It's a pity that such beauty was just ruined. The town of Surin itself is a continuous construction site that has no end... Everything that was built 5-8 years ago is very shabby and shabby, the quality of construction is affecting. They stick high-rise buildings in, but they don't really know how to maintain them. Thailand has changed a lot for the worse.
One of the clean beaches on Phuket Island, if you walk as far to the left as possible ( facing the ocean ) It's sparsely populated. Deck chairs for 100 , if you show 150 , you can immediately pick up 2 sun beds under an umbrella .
Nice, clean sandy beach. The coast is flat, the descent into the water is uniform. There are many snack bars nearby and a basin with water where you can rinse your feet from the sand. Mango Shake - 50 wat. Beer from 70 to 100 baht. There are rescuers. There are aquabikes. Tan as much as you want, sunbeds for 100 baht
It's a great place. The beach is very clean. Everything is well maintained. We came by bike , there is a place to put it . Palm trees are right on the shore. A good shade. You don't have to take the deck chairs. There are also cafes, makashniki, give me a massage.
Great beach, we were in October. There are not many people, a chaise longue in the 1st row is always available, but we chose from the shade of trees. Prices are normal, fresh 80 baht. Food can be ordered directly to the beach, just like everywhere else. But I was surprised that they brought it in ceramic dishes, and not in plastic. A trifle, but nice.
The entry into the sea is normal all day, the sea is clean (after Patong).
A wide beach strip, yellow sand, clear, transparent water, smooth entry into the sea. There are a lot of trees that create shade where you can hide from the sun. The sun beds are only under the trees, and the entire sand area to the sea is free. There are many small cafes, makashnits, tents with food, souvenirs, clothes, pancakes and fresh food.
The water is one of the cleanest on this Phuket beach line, a large selection of all Thai delights in the form of cafes, makashnits, massages and so on. The beach is quite clean, sun beds are available, the area is clean, quiet and cozy. We had a family vacation there with a child, everything was fine.
I really liked the beach. My favorite one in Phuket. Clean sea, well-groomed beach. The entrance to the sea is comfortable for adults, the depth is good for swimming.
A wonderful beach. It's very beautiful. Covered in palm trees. It's like an Instagram picture that pleases the eye. The most beautiful turquoise sea is here (always, at any time)
A beautiful beach with very clear water and fine sand, there is a toilet. Suitable for families with children. But there are no entertainment , food courts, markets here. Quite a quiet place
My favorite beach in Phuket. The approach is moderately smooth. It will be comfortable for everyone. There are cafes, sun beds, and the sandy strip is wide enough. The water here is the most beautiful!
One of my favorite strands of Phuket. Clean water, sandy beach, gradual deepening (which is important for vacationers with children), many restaurants and cafes for every taste. And it seems to me more secluded here, there are no sellers constantly tugging at my aunt, and the locals are very delicate and respect your boundaries and rest
