Pumpkin soup with shrimp: Delicious, simple, carrots perfectly complement the taste, croutons are not very deep, tasteful.
Mushroom cream soup: delicious, simple, nothing superfluous, creamy in moderation, not cloying.
Duck fillet with mashed potatoes and berry sauce: the duck is not the most tender in life, but it is cooked well, mashed potatoes without enthusiasm, but also without pretensions, the sauce is great, not cloying.
Pork tenderloin with onion marmalade and potato slices: very tasty, a separate respect for the onion to the chef, interesting taste, the meat is tender and properly seasoned, the slices are classic.
Pasta Carbonara: not bad, it even looks like a classic, but one thing: the parmesan has turned into a cheese crust that I dislike so much. I advise you to serve the cheese separately in a container, it will be better this way.
Beef tartare: the tartare body itself is good, but for lovers of the pure taste of meat it will not work, the marinade is very strong, but that's exactly what I like. The yolk is served separately, an interesting solution with bread. In general, it is delicious.
Salad with liver and mango: my compliments to the chef separately for this dish, it is very tasty. The liver is slightly bitter, but it only adds charm to the dish. Combined with mango, sauce (served separately) and green filling, the picture adds up to a masterpiece.
Salmon croissant: classic, salmon has a very weak taste, but it's even good for breakfast. The dough is pleasant
Onion bread: good, bulbous is not intrusive, gives elegance

On the street, the tables are in rainwater, some of the chairs have already dried up ...
When asked to wipe the table in order to drink coffee and have breakfast outside (some of the chairs were dry, you could sit down), I was refused with a "cosmic" justification: "All the chairs will dry out, we will wipe the tables."
The employees have no logic, no desire to work in the morning.
If this is the position of the management, it's a shame for an institution of this level, if the position of the employees, something needs to be done with them.
A special wish to the young man (waiter) for additional banter towards customers - an employee cannot do this!!!

I went into a cafe, the girls at the checkout stood talking about their own, and continued, sat down at a table, no one came up and offered a menu, after 10 minutes I had to go get it myself. Next, I watched a picture of how a guy came in with a small pomeranian, not a single person sitting in the hall said anything bad about a small dog, someone just smiled, someone came stroking. The girl approached the guy and instead of politely asking him to move outside or find a compromise solution, she just snorted that this was not normal.

We went to Paul for old times' sake, visited the cafes of this chain in other cities. Unfortunately, Paul disappointed. With a fairly high price level, the service is just like in a dining room. At the entrance, we received a "bonjour", perhaps this was the greatest courtesy, we no longer got the "orevoir"). By food: soups with the addition of oil, which exists by itself, taste the same as in a regular dining room. Duck with a pear for 25 Belarusian rubles, just upset: the meat is tough, the pear is not cooked, almost fresh. Tea was brought: mint and lemon, but they did not warn that it was not brewed yet, the first poured cup was just boiling water. There is 1 tea bag per half-liter kettle. From the good: the cocoa was delicious. The receipt for 2 soups, 2 hot ones, 2 cocoa and a kettle of tea amounted to almost 90 bel. rub. Another toilet in the institution pleased with its clean and beautiful appearance, hand cream is available. The tables in the cafe are quite comfortable, there are places on the street. It's up to you to decide whether to visit this cafe or not, I'm not going here anymore, it's just not interesting.

We arrived 40 minutes before closing time. Instead of immediately taking an order at the checkout, they were sent to sit at the table and wait for the waiter. As a result, we waited 10 minutes for the waiter, then waited until they deigned to approach us again. There were no other visitors at that moment. As a result, I had to leave without eating and with a spoiled mood.

I was in Minsk and was going to have breakfast: why not in a cafe in the French manner? There were several nearby, but after reading about the supposedly ancestral roots of the institution in pre-war France, I took my money there and went myself too)) The entourage in the cafe reminds of France: waiters in white, knee-length aprons, bread display, etc. I ordered coffee and a croissant with red fish, began to look forward to a crispy, hot bakery product with a rich aroma, combined with coffee makes me wake up with a smile, towards a new day! Well, you know...). then everything was a little bit wrong) the croissant was cold and moist and did not smell like muffin at all, it seemed to be made of some kind of gray flour, it was, as if, yesterday and bought in the supermarket, and not baked right there, I had to remind myself about the coffee again, the waitresses frowned, this is not how I imagined the service and quality after looking at the pastoral picture with the esteemed great-great-great founders of the bakery. I wish they would be surprised if they sat down with me at a table and tasted supposedly croissants)) Personal opinion)) I wish the team and the owners success, I won't come in anymore.
