The location is super fire. Convenient parking both outside and inside. The view from the window is excellent if the windows are facing the street. It is pleasant to sleep, the summer sun does not shine through, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. Of the cons, the breakfasts are rather faded, the carpet on the territory is quite old.

The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, overlooking Independence Square. Within walking distance is a restaurant of folk cuisine Cornflowers, GUM, a Church built in 1910 (next to it is a chic restaurant), etc.
The hotel and the city itself are clean.
The staff is very pleasant, always ready to help, communication is 10 out of 10, in the city as well!!!

A very tired Soviet hotel, from the interiors of the lobby and rooms to the washed robes. Not 4 stars. But the room was clean, the location of the hotel was excellent, the staff was pleasant, parking in the courtyard. Everyone has already written about the loudly working ventilation system, I confirm, the dream is like on a transatlantic flight. We didn't use the breakfasts after reading the reviews. An urgent renovation is required, or still a price adjustment.

The security guards were a little too clever with boarding and passengers from the tourist bus.
The guys placed the group at the reception perfectly and quickly.

The price is too high. We settled only because it is possible to accommodate dogs. There is a touch of sovkovost on everything, albeit pretentious. Very uncomfortable bed linen, the feeling that it is wet all the time. And a terrible set of cosmetics. I've probably never seen cotton swabs of this quality. They bend just in the hands. Very unsafe. Cotton pads are not clear what they are made of. The same shower gel. Probably for that kind of money, you can already somehow keep up with the times... It is impossible to change the direction of the shower head, and it would not hurt to clean it periodically

A good hotel. The interior is restrained, I would say classic. Cleaned daily, towels are changed too. The staff is very attentive and caring.
The location is convenient, and the view from our room was right on Independence Avenue!
All the sights are nearby. Restaurants with delicious local cuisine are within walking distance.
The breakfasts are not too varied, but delicious.

I have traveled to more than 100 countries for my work. There are a dozen or more hotels in each country. I can say that it's not bad about the Minsk hotel. Of course, expensive hotels in Singapore, Malaysia, Arab and Asian countries in general are not enough. But much better than many French, German, and even many American ones. I don't mean Hilton and Hayat. In general, 4. It's fine. Breakfast and dinner are a bit weak for such a generous country as our native Belarus.

Excellent location, very close to all the attractions. Good breakfast buffet. We stayed here from April 28 to April 30, for 25 thousand rubles. The room was a little disappointed, modestly, there were 4 scorch marks on the carpet (traces of an iron), which really spoils the look of the room. The hotel has a casino, it is small, 2 roulette tables, 2 card tables and slot machines. I liked the staff and the service.

The Minsk Hotel left a mixed impression. First, about the good things. The hotel is conveniently located, many attractions can be reached on foot, near metro and ground transport stops, from the train station, if you arrived by train, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the hotel. In the immediate vicinity there is an underground shopping center "Stolitsa", many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has good breakfasts, good business lunches and decent service in the restaurant. The rooms are ordinary, medium in size, and quite comfortable. There is a kettle, tea and coffee set is updated every day + 2 free bottles of water. There is no cooler, you fill the kettle with water from the tap. The mini bar is paid, it is located in the refrigerator. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bathing caps, toothbrushes, bathrobes. The bathtub is high, it may not be very convenient for someone to climb in. I would recommend handrails to the hotel for convenience. The Wi-Fi in our room on the 5th floor at the end of the corridor was very unstable, and the reception hall was excellent. By the way, there is an administrator in the lobby who will help you purchase excursions. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, at first everything was fine with cleaning, then we came to the room - it was not cleaned, they knocked on our door at about 18.00, stated that we had not been cleaned, we asked to throw out the garbage, that's all. The next day we arrive, it is not cleaned up again and one of the key cards that was left in the room is missing. I went to look for the maid, she said she picked her up by mistake. I drew her attention to the fact that the room was not cleaned, to which I received the answer: "why make the beds, it's already evening" (we left the hotel at 9 a.m.). They wanted to get away with it, but it turned out that the garbage in the bathroom was not thrown out and the room was not vacuumed. We went to the reception, after that we sat in the lobby for half an hour, waiting for the room to be cleaned. I think this is an unpleasant case, but a private one, I attribute it to the human factor and remove one star. Another moment - the hotel congratulates you on your birthday with a gift in the form of fruits, but only after a reminder). At least that was the case in our case. Despite the "fly in the ointment" in general, I recommend the hotel for accommodation. I would have returned to it myself.

There were 5 days in early April. We arrived from Moscow by car. A suite room. 4th floor.
Positive:
- good location, the very center
- good expensive breakfasts, replenished immediately
- good polite staff
- table football downstairs)
- proximity to shops
- free parking
- a suite with 2 bathrooms and a Jacuzzi
- a good business lunch at lunch
- screening of arrivals, checking on the luggage belt, frame at the entrance
Cons:
- it's a bit noisy from the road, the hotel is still not a sanatorium type, you need to take this into account
- obscene remnants of a couple of people's vital activity under the mattress of the bed. We found it by accident when we were packing and checking things.
Total:
The hotel is exactly 4*, but, unfortunately, I was very upset by what I saw under the mattress, and that we slept on it, so the rating is 2 stars.
I think such things are unacceptable in the central hotel of the capital.

The hotel is very conveniently located: near the metro, railway station, public transport stops, underground shopping center "Stolitsa", many cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff at the reception, I arrived before 14 o'clock, it was very hot, I was checked in immediately - for which my thanks to the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the Stalin Empire building. Everything is comfortable and the location is great. The breakfasts are decent . A big disadvantage is that the use of the spa area from 8 to 12 days is unreasonably imposed. That is, as if the stars for the spa area are assigned, but you can't use it. Only you pay extra for this service. The hamam is not included at all. The jacuzzi is generally disgusting - shallow and functionally not working . By and large , I have big Complaints about the spa area and the hours of operation for hotel guests . Otherwise , I recommend visiting the hotel . The sauna is not comfortable at all . And there will be no opportunity not to lie down and sit comfortably and relax.

The location is great! Right on the corner of the square, next to fountains, recreation areas, a supermarket and a store in the subway. The room has water, tea, coffee, a kettle, a large bed, bedside tables, a TV, and in the bathroom there is a stone sink and a large selection of hygiene products. A minibar is available for a fee. However, there are disadvantages: the bed creaks very much, the furniture looks worn out, and the corners in the bathroom do not look fresh. We did not use the service, but the hotel has a spa where guests can use the Jacuzzi or sauna. The Jacuzzi turned out to be very small, so I had to wait and then visit the sauna. The hotel also has a restaurant with buffet breakfast, but we decided not to use this service. Instead, we decided to explore various establishments in Minsk.

When I booked on the phone, for two adults for two nights, without breakfast, a standard double room, they announced the cost of 14t (Russian rubles), but in fact I arrived alone and paid 17t rubles with breakfast in a single room. And they also prove to me that the cost was not announced to me on the phone (in Russian rubles) So when you book a hotel, ask them to send you a booking confirmation with the price and description of the room.

We decided to visit Belarus. We chose the Minsk hotel in Minsk and were not mistaken. The hotel is four stars. It is located in the city center. We booked this hotel based on tourist reviews + price + location.
We liked all three positions.
We had a very nice two-room suite.
Cleaning was carried out every day. The hotel staff responded adequately to personal requests. Well done. There are no complaints.
On January 1, at breakfast, there was a tray with welcome champagne. A pleasant nuance.
Very reasonable prices in the restaurant itself. The menu is not very impressive in its variety, but the famous Belarusian shingles are offered with different additives.
I would like to note the convenient location in the city center. Within walking distance there are shops, pharmacies, the entrance to the metro, a ground transport stop, cafes, a cinema.
Would I go back to this hotel again?.... Yes!

We have very creaky beds, how can you not turn over at night - so you wake up, your daughter will turn over on her, I do not sleep again, but the most terrible thing for me is the windows overlook the courtyard and there is a buzz from around the clock... I don't know what it is, a small production facility. Everything is clear, but then make the windows soundproof, I hear it all the time at night.
In short, my nights are sleepless, but my days are wonderful))).

One of the advantages is that the city center, everything is neat, the staff is polite.
But there are also disadvantages, maybe I just got such a room ... the toilet, when you sit on it, your legs hang down like on a bar stool with my height 175. The mattress on the bed leaves much to be desired, very soft, in the morning the back just falls off. Wi-Fi is slow.
As a result, a good hotel, but there is no "wow" rating and there will not be.
