The hotel is really nice. The personnel’s helpful and polite.
The location is amazing cause you may literally walk there from the railway station and get to all the most interesting attractions, shopping malls and cafes on foot. If your train arrives early or leaves late, it’s free and secure to leave your luggage at the hotel.
The rooms are clean and neat with all the necessary supplies such as slippers, bath robes and the toiletries. We especially appreciated the mattresses to sleep well after long days of walking and exploring the city. The hotel WiFi worked well and the internet was stable.
To sum up, the Minsk hotel is a great choice for your stay in the city center.

Excellent location - almost all the central locations of Minsk can be reached on foot, near the metro station.
Good rooms for four. It was spacious, the room had 2 soft large armchairs, a bed, a table, and there was also plenty of room for passage. The room has everything you need - refrigerator/mini-bar, kettle, safe. The mattresses and pillows are not bad. A comfortable and large closet. The bathroom is clean and it is as spacious as the room. Bathrobes, lots of towels.
We checked in at exactly 14, there were no problems with check-in, the reception staff provided all the necessary information. The lobby is very atmospheric. There is an exchange point right at the hotel.
The breakfasts are not bad, but they are slightly short of the Russian four. Porridge, omelets, meat dishes, side dishes, cheese/meat plate, coffee/tea are available. Even a few desserts to choose from.
The hotel in a retro building looks very majestic, I liked everything about the rooms and the food, I recommend it.

Very convenient location. There is a subway nearby. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Our room had a magnificent view of Lenin Square. And under the square there is a huge 3-storey shopping center, where you can find a lot of Belarusian goods: groceries, manufactured goods, and clothes. Very convenient! The entrance to it is located next to the exit from the hotel.
Everything is nice in the hotel itself, too. There is a 24-hour bar, an excellent restaurant. The staff is friendly. We felt at home there . We are going to Minsk in the spring of 2025 - we will stay at this hotel again!

A good hotel, with a very convenient location for tourism. We walked from and to the railway station -15 minutes with suitcases, it is also convenient to walk to the main points of the city, enjoying the city. Excellent staff service, thanks for the early check-in. Everything in the hotel is clean and sound, the room itself is very high quality, and the number of outlets was pleasing. The plumbing is on top. The shower is not tropical, and there were no watering adjustments, but still the quality of the shower caused aesthetic pleasure + the water pressure is excellent. If you lower your expectations of breakfast, the hotel is wonderful, you really want to come back.

++ clean, quiet, everything you need in the rooms is there. The breakfasts are normal (but not wow at all, the minimum set), close to the metro, the center, train stations.
What to improve: tell guests about the hotel's services upon check-in (many did not find out that there is a spa with free admission), add half board with dinner (for business travelers), free the refrigerator from the minibar with an insane price tag (it is busy and it is very difficult to put something useful there). Clean the soles of the irons periodically (I came across a very scary copy for expensive shirts).
And yes! 4* and there is no drinking water for the guests. I haven't seen this for a long time, even in the simplest mini-hotels. This is very inconvenient.

We stayed at the Minsk Hotel at the end of December. There are no complaints about the hotel, everything was on time, the room is clean, there are good mattresses and a choice of pillows. The location of the hotel itself is the best you can think of, the center, metro, train station, shopping center are all nearby. The Upper Town and many attractions are within walking distance.I can't say anything about breakfast-the reservation was without breakfast. Thanks to the hotel staff: I left a valuable item in the room, the maid handed it over to the reception desk and everything was sent to me by the delivery service. If we come to Minsk again, we will stay at the Minsk Hotel with pleasure.

The hotel's location is very cool - everything is close: a beautiful square, several casinos for every taste, a cinema. On the eve of the new year, there are many Christmas trees and lights)
In addition to the standard set of towels, the rooms have large sets of bathroom accessories, slippers, and bathrobes. Mini-bar (it is available for a fee, but tea set/water and chocolate bar are free). A great hotel in every way! Location - railway station is a 10-minute walk away, bus stops, restaurants of Belarusian cuisine "Cornflowers", "Litviny" are within walking distance. The casino is located in the hotel building. The Stolitsa shopping Center is practically door to door.
Very helpful security guards and reception staff. Standard rooms with a good bathroom and everything you need. Breakfast in the hotel lobby is beyond praise! The freshest pastries, mind-blowing quiches, freshly squeezed juices and more! Sharman!Highly recommend👍😉

I needed a hotel within walking distance from the railway station, the Minsk hotel is 10-15 minutes on foot. The location is very good, near the square, beautiful fountains, the underground supermarket "Stolitsa", where there are a huge number of shops and cafes. The room is clean, I was pleased with the bed (mattress and linen are super ), the plumbing worked, kettle, slippers, bathroom accessories, bathrobe are available, everything is on the level. The windows of my room 515 overlooked the ventilation of the restaurant, which was audible, but if you don't open the window like the noise of cars, you get used to it. The staff is friendly, there is an ATM in the lobby. I was satisfied, I recommend it.

Good location of the hotel. Wonderful cuisine, the breakfast buffet conquers with the quality of food and variety. And at other times, you can have a great meal in the restaurant. Friendly staff. But the receptionists are not always prompt. It depends on the shift. But there were situations when it seemed that the guests did not care about the lantern, and let them solve problems with taxis themselves, for example. But if I ever come to Minsk, I will stay at this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights, of the advantages:
-excellent cleaning, clean, lots of bath accessories. A very large selection of breakfast food (including desserts). Lovely polite staff.
Cons: -it was quiet on Friday night, and on Saturday and Sunday nights there was music (from the casino downstairs??) We lived on the 3rd floor, just above the casino. Perhaps it's quieter on the floors above. The bed is very soft, if you are used to hard mattresses, it will be uncomfortable.

Lived here for a few days. A good hotel, clean everywhere, friendly staff, ready to help if necessary, buffet breakfast, plentiful and for every taste. The rooms have everything you need. The location is convenient in the city center, there is a public transport stop and metro nearby. In the evening, you can walk around the square and along the avenue, look at the installations, sit in a cafe.

The hotel has an excellent location - the city center, near the Stolitsa shopping center, metro, many buses, railway station, Krasnaya Kirkha, Minsk gate. Everything is within walking distance. A very presentable entrance. Excellent security (the suitcase is being searched as at the airport). But it's not immediately clear at the entrance why the guard takes it from you. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The cleaning is excellent, the bathroom has a wonderful set of accessories. They put it in every day. The bed linen and towels are of excellent quality. The single bed is wide enough for a comfortable sleep. But the mattress is not orthopedic (my back hurt all the time). The maids are wonderful! There are pretentious staff at the reception. When checking in, they did not take into account the wish (when registering a month before check-in, I wrote the quietest possible room) and asked the same thing during the conversation. As a result, I got a room with windows facing the courtyard in the corner of the hotel buildings and directly above the exhaust system motors. I decided that I would use the declared air conditioner. It turned out to be a common hood, which does not cope with its function even by a C grade. And it makes noise. As a result, I didn't get any silence or cool air. I have asthma, so it's clear that this is important. I anticipate the hotel's response in advance that it was necessary to change the room. No, you have to be attentive to the guests, cherish them. And not to make them rattle their nerves on vacation, settling your joints. Half a liter of water. A bag of black tea, a bag of green tea and a bag of coffee. There are two sugars for three sachets. Divide as you wish. Well, it's a shame for 4* to be so generous. I had to buy everything. And,, the cherry on the cake,, the phrase of the girl from the reception when checking out of the hotel . We're not detaining you anymore. Train your employees! We pay you for this and for the service. The price and quality do not match. I wanted to put 3, but the maids and the concierge helped you out. They get a five, the rest three with two cons.

I liked everything! Excellent location, everything is close, 12 min walk from the railway station. The staff is polite, they settled in quickly. The room is clean, cleaning was carried out every day. All necessary hygiene supplies were provided.
Among the disadvantages are very uncomfortable pillows, I did not like breakfast, I will not order any more. The rest is 5!

There are no words to express gratitude to the management and staff of the hotel! It's amazing! It's amazing! You are great fellows! After the tedious travel, I rested both body and soul. As for the location, you need to keep in mind that the party routes are not located close, if you need a vibrant nightlife and bars and restaurants within walking distance, you should consider other options. If you are on a business trip, or you want to enjoy the atmosphere of the city while strolling through the historical center, then this is what you need. A very nice hotel. Worthy. Clean. Good sound insulation. Cosy. Good room filling. There is everything. From a bathrobe to toothbrushes..the only drawback is that we asked at the reception to call a taxi, an old, scary car arrived, but with such an inflated price tag from Yandex taxi four times. We refused. They called it themselves. As it is, everything is fine. Good breakfasts and a very good location. If we visit Minsk again, we will stay at this hotel and recommend it to others.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. In general, the hotel makes a good impression. Clean, nice rooms, modern furniture. The hotel is very well located: in the center, next to the metro. Breakfast food: sausage, cheese, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, cottage cheese. From the hot: omelette, cheesecakes, porridge, chicken, sausages. There were pastries and desserts. Everything is quite tasty, but monotonous. The waiters are not very restful, often the tables are with dishes left untidy. You can book excursions at the hotel, but everything is somehow difficult: you need to book, then come back later, etc. The beauty salon is also difficult to visit: we will call, come back later, etc. We had windows to the courtyard, there was noise from a working transformer or other powerful electrical device. The hotel has a solid four, which corresponds to 4 stars.

We lived in two suites very comfortably: comfortable furniture, an excellent bed, a well-functioning air conditioning system, TVs with many channels, various contents of the minibar; very high-quality cleaning in the rooms and in the hotel itself (perfect cleanliness); breakfasts are also very decent for every taste, there was something new every day; separately I would like to note the work of the guards - the guys are great fellows: polite, cultured, at the entrance to the hotel a security frame and an "X-ray" of suitcases, "troublemakers" are immediately quietly imperceptibly taken out (only such a case was observed once in a restaurant). Of the cons: judging by our numbers, it's time to repair the furniture, because somewhere the cabinet handle comes off, the cabinet handle falls out, that leather upholstered furniture, that fabric, although very comfortable, but already with obvious signs of wear; our windows faced the avenue, with an open window, for whom it is important, you can not sleep, it is very noisy; the restaurant's breakfast area is quite cramped, and there are a lot of people both at 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.; we got to a business lunch in the hotel restaurant once, but it is only for an amateur, and the main menu is undoubtedly delicious, but not very diverse, so we ordered it only twice, then we ate in other establishments, and there are a lot of them.

A classic hotel in the very center of Minsk. From the car and railway stations no more than 10 minutes on foot. There is a metro station nearby. I lived in a superior room. Great hotel! In the center, on Independence Avenue. Almost all the main sights of Minsk can be reached on foot. Next to the side is the underground shopping center Stolitsa. Huge.

The hotel is nice, beautiful, clean. The location is gorgeous - everything is within walking distance: shopping malls, Komarovsky market, railway station, Upper Town. The rooms are standard and clean. The bed linen is snow-white, spotless, soap accessories and even shaving and dental supplies were replenished regularly. The towels are white and clean. We occupied 2 rooms - 334 and 340 . In 334, the air conditioner does not cool from the word at all, the room is terribly stuffy, in 340 barely, it is also stuffy. I noticed such a feature in Minsk - air conditioners do not cool at full capacity anywhere (shopping malls, shops), the heat is wild everywhere, it was in July. The mini fridge in 334 also did not cool anything at all. At 340, the refrigerator had a mini freezer, which saved us at least a little. The staff is not friendly from the word at all. What's at the reception, what's in the restaurant, what's cleaning - everyone barely moves and no one smiles, they're stuck somewhere in the USSR. The breakfasts are meager and monotonous terribly. Moreover, if you come closer to closing, then something may already be missing. No one is going to bring suitcases to the room at the meeting, they were led through a translucent device and pushed to their feet and left. And one more "BUT" - we arrived at the hotel somewhere around 12 o'clock in the afternoon, checked in at exactly 14-00, or they say pay extra for early check-in. We have been to many countries and many hotels in Russia, but we have not seen this anywhere, everywhere if there is a free room, we checked in immediately upon arrival. Well, I understand that in Belarus, in principle, the service is lame everywhere - sellers in stores, waiters in cafes are mostly aged and dissatisfied, talking through their teeth.

A hotel with a great location on Independence Avenue, sparkling with the lights of a big city. The room facilities are old, but the towels and linen are spotlessly clean and white. Everything you need is put in the bathroom, from cotton pads to shaving kits. The breakfasts are varied! The hotel is good, the location is nowhere more central - Independence Square. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is of high quality, the staff is highly professional and responsive. The Standard room has everything you need, including a bathrobe and slippers. A couple of THINGS (I can't do without it) - terribly squeaky mattresses, both in double and single beds. On the first visit to this hotel, we thought that we were just unlucky with the bed, on the second visit we realized that luck had nothing to do with it. The second point is that there was a curtain with black mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable to me. It can even be dangerous for guests with upper respiratory tract disease and asthma.

We were very impressed with our stay. This is really the best location in the city: it is easy to visit all the main attractions on foot, even with children. We took a suite, a two-room room and very clean✅ view of the city and the main street- additionally create an atmosphere🫶 I definitely recommend it, book in advance- very often all rooms are sold out.

We stayed here in the middle of July for 2 nights-everything was fine:location in the center,free guarded Parking,equipment and cleanliness of the room (556),breakfast.The room was overlooking Independence Ave., the noise from the street was barely audible.There is enough to fill everything, there is a full set in the bathroom, welcome 2 bottles of water (then you can take them at the restaurant), a kettle, tea and coffee bags, in the refrigerator for an additional fee.Various drinks are available for a fee.Air conditioning,TV,safe.The only thing missing was a shelf in the closet for small things, enough hangers, an ironing board on the floor. I don't understand those who write about meager breakfasts, the assortment is varied, mini cakes are good. The service is without complaints.There is an exchanger. The Stolitsa shopping center is right next to the hotel, but I liked the Gallery shopping center more, it is more modern, within walking distance.Who needs a market-it is also not far away. There are great places for walking nearby, we had dinner in Cornflowers, there are even queues to get there, national cuisine. It is a very warm, hospitable and beautiful city.

The hotel is a luxury! In the very center of Minsk. It is located on Independence Avenue - inside the history of the Stalinist Empire.
Near the red Church, GUM, central shops, Communal apartment, Belarusian flax..
Nemiga and the Upper Town are within walking distance.
There is also a market nearby - I recommend it to everyone. You won't find it tastier and at such affordable prices!
And, of course, the Cornflower Restaurant - food and authentic cuisine beyond any competition!!!

I liked everything! Starting from the moment of check-in and ending with departure, respectively. The reception staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and smells nice, both in the lobby and in the room. Cleaning every day, there are all necessary hygiene products. A comfortable large bed to rest properly. The air conditioning system is also present. Separately, I would like to highlight the breakfast-(buffet) everything is delicious and a fairly large assortment of products and dishes☝️
In general, the stay left only positive emotions, so if you go to Minsk, you can safely check into the Minsk hotel. There is a public transport stop within walking distance, as well as various attractions of the city, the metro is just around the corner.⭐⭐⭐⭐

the windows overlook the courtyard, but something similar to a large stationary air conditioner is working there, on the fifth floor - you can't hear it at all, on the floors below - I'm not sure.
The overall impression is positive, if we visit Minsk again, this hotel is our clear favorite.
