Посещаю этот пункт по месту жительства. Всегда все в порядке, никогда не видела, чтоб сотрудники бездельничали. Всегда помогут, улыбнутся. Сотрудники постоянные, текучки нет. Судя по тому, что я иногда вижу в очереди (иногда такое случается, но это нормально) - знают некоторых жителей Сергиево в лицо. Ниже был отзыв про то, что попросили паспорт при авито доставке. Так вот, авито ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАЕТ, что он понадобится на пункте, если это почта.

Отличное отделение , доброжелательный персонал !!! Таких в первый раз видела веселых и добрых !!! Очереди нет , работают быстро !
