It's a beautiful and large-scale building, but it's a little dark inside. No postal services were used. But I would like to express my deep gratitude to the employee at the IMEI registration window for her kind and patient attitude, for her sensitivity and professionalism. The employee explained everything in detail, suggested where to call, and what steps to take. They came twice. Unfortunately, they didn't ask for his last name. The woman is sitting on the right, closer to the kiosk. Thanks! You have helped us a lot!

I send only letters from the Main Post Office and only registered ones with a track number. This is a guarantee that the letter will definitely reach you. The staff is friendly, they will explain everything and there is a place where you can fill out the address if you buy an envelope in this building. Anyway, you can write a letter while you have the time and opportunity. The building is large.
