The place is beautiful. We've been there more than once. We decided to celebrate my birthday for the last time . Choosing a house is problematic, as they try to move you to the wrong place. They say we know better what you need. After all, we got what we need. The house is not bad, But it is not prepared in advance for occupancy.. The house is very dirty. The heating is bad, and a man comes in to keep an eye on the stove. Thanks to him. There are no cleaning supplies so you can clean yourself. The water is only cold. Poor quality cooking utensils should be taken with you.(pots and pans). I had to rent extra beds in the hotel. It's cold there too, the heating is weak, and it's blowing out the window. The water is only cold. There is a boiler , but the water was heated only in the morning .We tried to return the number. They said that we do not practice this, the authorities do not allow it. I wrote a statement, an employee came about 20 minutes after submitting the application and brought the keys back. She said she contacted the director, but he wouldn't let her take the room back. The staff is not competent, not polite.
