On Monday of the first week, I called the office in Minsk and made an order for delivery to Brest. I was told that they would deliver on Wednesday and call me back. On Wednesday, of course, I did not receive any call.
Due to his busy schedule, he called back to clarify only on Saturday of the first week. They replied that there was no order, but you can order now, and delivery will be carried out on Monday of the second week. I agree, I am informed that the information will now be transferred to the Brest branch, after which they will call me back from there. They called back 2 hours later. I was busy (I honestly waited an hour and a half for this call) and did not see the call. I got free, saw the bell, called back - silence. Okay, I understand, the working day could have ended. On Sunday of the first week, no one called me back, in the middle of the day I decided to call back myself. They picked me up and asked me again what I needed. Great, I'm explaining it for the third time. They say it will be delivered on Monday of the second week. Great!
On Monday of the second week, there are no calls during the day. I call in the evening after work to clarify. They say that what they ordered will arrive in 30 minutes. Great! I'm flying there. I arrive minute by minute, I go in, they answer that I have to wait 5-10 minutes. Okay, we're waiting.
After 25 minutes of waiting, I still waited for the delivery. Okay, that's fine, anything happens. I go in, they give me an order. By the way, I ordered a cooling system for the acer aspire es1-571. I look at him and realize that something is wrong here. I turn the package over and see that this is the cooling system on the aspire es1-531. I say this, they tell me that everything is normal, they are compatible (spoiler: never compatible, because the places for fixing bolts are located differently + the thermal distribution platform is of a completely different shape). I say that I doubt their compatibility, which I am offered to go and double-check. Well, I think maybe I don't understand something at all and/or have lost my mind. Okay, I agree, I'm going to check and, of course, I fully confirm my correctness.
