I've been with the BANK for 12 years ... probably by far the best bank in Belarus, this particular customer service department is just super, always polite and smiling staff ready to solve any problem.

Disgusting service, an incomprehensible queue, bring customers without coupons to the general checkout from another queue altogether. We sat for an hour during rush hour, finally the ticket was in turn, while I was walking from the other end of the hall, the next customer's queue was pressed. I never got there.
