At the moment, with the current situation at the border, there are a couple of negative claims against drivers and bus fleets who make trips to Europe, in this situation across the Polish border
Firstly, at the ticket offices they tell false information about the time that you will pass , it's not 15-20 hours, but two or three days , so people who plan their trips or already have bus tickets in mind .
But this can be circumvented by paying extra money in the queue and transferring to another bus
This is the second pritension , which makes you very angry , past the fact that they earn from their own , they talk brazenly and you can say that they inspire you to leave the bus .
And then when the bus becomes empty and is closer to the border itself, they take new passengers from the end and charge from 40 to 70 euros per person , earning on this .So if you don't mind the money, this is for you.
IT'S JUST NOT POSSIBLE ANYMORE!!!
buses are 5-10 minutes late, or they may not come at all, is this normal?
I waited for the 139 bus for 27 minutes, 2 buses just did not arrive, and this is at 6 pm, when everyone is going home.
I don't say anything about the morning at all, but the bus is 5-10 minutes late every time, and people are in a hurry to go to work!!!!!
sometimes you just want to cry out of desperation - you buy a 50p ticket
. The result: you take a taxi just so you don't be late for work
is utter horror
09.08 at 10:00 Minsk-Riga (went to Braslav). Bus park number 5. Arrival in Boaslav was at 14:15. I was traveling to pick up a new passport, I had to make it before the end of the working day (17:00).
The bus broke down in Begomla. No one explained what happened, how much to expect, etc. Information needs to be extracted from drivers and we received it in a rough form. A new bus was called from Minsk. The drivers smoked and played on the phone, and when asked "how much to expect a new bus, did it leave, what time did it leave", we received an answer with a grin, "we don't know how the bus will arrive, we'll tell you." They also (according to them) could not contact and ask. We're in the Stone Age. We stood for three hours on the Run. It's a 2-hour drive from Minsk!!!! Accordingly, they do not have an established algorithm for working with a breakdown of transport.
We arrived in Braslav at 17:35!!!! We drove slowly, stood at each point more than we should (WHY do this if we had just defended 3 HOURS in a Run). Upon arrival, I was not immediately given my luggage, but was forced to wait until the tickets of new passengers were checked and only then opened. Although there are 2 drivers!!!
!!! I was embarrassed, even though I took the day off on purpose. Who will refund the ticket purchased in vain (above the average price)!?
The worst trip, organization, and staff in all years.
