A terrible organization. They eliminated the accident of the heating network in the yard of this organization, so they categorically prohibited entry into the territory of emergency vehicles and the use of manholes in their territory of the city sewer. They said to pump water onto the roadway and this is at sub-zero temperatures. It's just a disregard for people.
