I bought underwear from this company back in the early 2000 and then I was very happy, I liked it. Now, while in Minsk, I went to the Stolitsa shopping center and there I went to this store, bought everything! Milavica has always been famous for its good quality! So I left happy!

A large selection of underwear, swimwear (etc.), mainly Milavitsa and Laume, but there are problems with the size, the cross-country is large, there are no running sizes at all, neither small nor large. There are a lot of fitting rooms, no one bothers anyone. Sellers are not smiling from the word at all, they will not offer help in selecting goods, they are forced to answer questions, either they are very tired, or there is no interest in customers - and so they will buy everything. There was a feeling, once again I did not want to bother with my questions. But we managed it ourselves, we pleased ourselves with a friend))

Products for the elite. Good quality, but expensive. Not for the average customer. While the prices were adequate, I always bought underwear. Now I'm avoiding it, and so are my friends. There are decent manufacturers with acceptable prices. Rating 3 for the unjustifiably high prices.

The store offers Belarusian and Latvian underwear. In the beginning, I chose the sizes and models at random and obviously did not get there, I was upset and then I was lucky with a consultant, passing by the fitting room I offered help. I almost got an individual selection (bra-fitting)
, the beautiful Tatiana picked up several options, helped with the fitting. I got a good mood from the purchase. I wish there were more such employees. Thank you very much to Tatiana, I wish you success and grateful customers.

I can't help but write a review for this "wonderful" store. Despite the good products, the whole impression can be spoiled by the SALESWOMAN of this store. The boorishness is incredible, if memory serves Olga. I'm not retelling the dialogue, the point is, look at the eyes. As a matter of fact, the others were not rude, but no one would run to help, they did not even greet customers. In general, the communication culture is lame.

I take the products themselves often, I like them, but in this store the saleswoman is something with something. This is my second time in Minsk and I just don't know the addresses of other Milavitsa stores in Minsk, so this time we came back to Stolitsa shopping center and the same thing - we are not interested in customers at all. Sellers with sour faces, if you ask, answer as if you owe them. In general, the service is not very good.

There is a large selection, prices are significantly lower than in Russia. But I got a sales consultant just something with something. When asked to pick something up, "here it hangs, look." I will not retell all the communication, but the most pearl from her is "when you lose weight, then buy it." With this attitude, of course, I did not buy anything. I don't understand how this woman can be allowed to work with people in general, especially in a store in the center of the capital.
