We were very Impressed by the dedication of this family business and the various and weird kinds of cheese, like the ones infused with cognac or wine! We bought several old cheese after the tasting “ceremony”. It was very worth the trip up to Sevan and the day spent there.

A guy who speaks Russian well met us at the farm. He told me what types of tasting they have, told me how the farm was founded and what products it specializes in now.
We chose a tasting set for 7000 AMD, which included 10 types of cheese, meat and wine.
I must say right away, we ate too much, although there were 2-4 small pieces of each cheese. There were also grapes, strawberries, sauces, almonds and biscuits on the plate to interrupt the taste of cheese between tasting and different varieties.
During the tasting, we were also told a lot of interesting things about cheeses, the farm, etc.

Семейная сыроварня, бывшая коровья ферма, которой пришлось скорректировать род деятельности, благо в семье нашёлся химик биолог. Сыры есть привычные, обычные и специфичные.
