The company is very strange , they are kind only until they paid for the order , after a while there were questions with the door, the open text said that they were not interested in our problems with the door , they were only interested in selling , and then at least go to court , they still won't do anything, in general, I do not advise this the company .

I bought a Metalux door in this salon. I approached the choice thoughtfully, slowly, traveled around several salons of different manufacturers and visited 4 salons where doors of this brand were sold. I was bribed by the fact that Yuri, a specialist, advised me in the salon, who installs these doors himself. He explained what disadvantages there are in the model that I chose initially and offered a close replacement option, but without those disadvantages. Therefore, after thinking about it, I chose this salon and ordered a door.
The installation process was also pleasant. We agreed on the time when the door arrived from production. We arrived exactly on time, and the installation took the agreed two hours. The old door was carefully dismantled, the new one was installed and adjusted, the garbage was removed, the hallway was closed with cardboard so as not to damage or stain something. After installation, they explained how to maintain and operate the door correctly and what situations may occur over time. I really liked the work of Yuri and his partner. It feels like professionals in their field.
In general, I was not mistaken with the choice, I can recommend contacting this door salon

Without exaggeration, this is the best door salon! From consultation to installation, everything is at the highest level. We received the most detailed consultation from Yuri. It is clear that the person understands what he is doing, it is he and his partner who install the doors. It took no more than a week from the moment of order to installation, because the door we needed was available at the factory. On the day of the order, they came to us for measurement. I want to write an honest review about Metalux products as a consumer. This is a terrible product - in all its forms and quality. And now for more details:
The door itself is thin - it is very easy to bend - the tin is simply painted and very light
Accordingly, it must be forcefully closed so that the latch goes in, because it cannot close itself under its own weight
Backlash when closing with a lock, different hole distances, respectively. In a box on the same level
The outer top cover has fallen off!! I glued it myself
As for the locks, it's the same as the door itself
The lower lock stopped closing and opening from the key after a month... The key itself barely fits into the upper one, it does not fit into the lower one at all. It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to close or open the lower lock from the outside
Then, as a result, the latch itself drove in - whether it was a spring or something, but it could not be restored, I tried everything!
Well, the cherry on the cake, as a result - all this is d ... not maintainable, like a Chinese fake, because the locks simply do not come off, they are firmly attached to the door with rivets!!
Some kind of bunch of holes, screws that do not hold anything, they scroll themselves (apparently drilled additional holes on the go)... The handle is loose...
It's necessary to come up with such a thing!
In any case, do not take them!
It's the worst I've ever seen
Ps do not talk nonsense in the answer that the door is for garages, you are selling the same thing now.
And you didn't have a service, and you don't!
For everyone, read the reviews ( <url> and so on) about this wonderful organization and everything will become clear

Excellent service, I liked it. It was necessary to find and install doors with a mirror in a short time, it was important to have them available. I chose the M748/1Z model. I ordered and paid on Sunday, was measured on Monday and was already installed on Thursday. It also looks like the lamb was damaged from the factory, it was replaced without problems, although I noticed it only in the evening, for which special thanks.
In general, I recommend, the main thing is not to talk in raised tones if there are any problems, but to discuss them calmly.
