I was expecting a bigger assortment. There were times when many brands offered real discounts. But they couldn't find anything for themselves. Although we noted for ourselves that the models in Belarus and Russia are different.
I liked the design of socks that I hadn't seen before, but the size for girls started at 36, and I wanted to buy a gift for a petite girl, that's her style, but alas, and ah, only children's.

An interesting design of the store, a good assortment. Mark Formel is cool clothes, stylish, fashionable and affordable. Unfortunately, the only drawback of this store is the men's department staff. The feeling that customers are annoying and interfere with work))) Eternally dissatisfied, they respond as a favor and often incorrectly. Then I find the right product on my own. I am not a moody customer, and the conclusion is not made from one visit, alas.

Today I ordered my underwear through the online store. My order is cancelled in half an hour. 6 days ago, two pairs of socks from a large order were canceled. There was a similar story earlier.
Today I just couldn't stand it and called the call center to express my indignation, the girl talked to me very nicely and assured me that the situation would be reviewed. In the evening, I decided to look for another underwear model in the application and... That lady!!!! I was blocked!!!!!!! I didn't brawl, I didn't swear, I just expressed my dissatisfaction. And for me, the product of this company is no longer available. I'll be looking for this store's complaint book tomorrow.

A very convenient location of the store, a large assortment of goods and probably all of these are advantages...all things are randomly hung up, it is very difficult to navigate. I was looking for a specific item, it turned out to be in the only size on the hanger. But I still decided to check at the checkout in which of the chain stores I can find my size for this model. And lo and behold, they have another size available (the thing was hanging on a hanger "there was 1h size left"))). They brought it to me, I tried it on. The model is great, the size fit, but I just wanted to run away from the fitting room, because it smelled terrible of cigarettes ((((. When paying for the purchase, I had to wait at the checkout for 10 minutes while another customer was being served and what did not work with her product-then she took the thing, then she did not take it, then she had some questions with the card. And only after 15 minutes I was offered to go to another checkout (at the bottom), seeing as I was already starting to worry that one customer was being processed for a long time. I am very happy with the things I bought in the store, but the store itself left negative impressions.
