I was dissatisfied with the quality of service. On January 1, I came to this store to pick up the order and hand over the item. I bought the item I was going to hand over for cash, so I was sure that there would be no difficulties and if I bought a new item for cash, they would simply refund the difference.
But in the end, when the seller found out that I had a refund in addition to the purchase, she asked which cashier I had paid at last time. Why should I even remember that? It so happened that the cash register where I was counted last time was not working. I had to wait for 10 minutes at a non-working checkout while the sellers chose among themselves which of them would issue a refund to me. As a result, the refund was made by the same girl with whom I paid for the order. The question is, why such difficulties? Why should a customer remember where they were paid last time and waste their time?
Please improve the service system in this regard. I sometimes made refunds at other stores, including the Mark Formel chain. But this is the first time I've encountered such a situation.
After the expansion, the store will not be recognized. It has grown by several levels. A team of different ages, always friendly. They will always help with the choice of both shopping for themselves and choosing a gift. A huge selection of models. You will always leave with a purchase. Thanks to the sellers and the management of the store and the company
Good quality of items and assortment. After the expansion, the store became much more pleasant to visit, the aisles became wider, the lighting was better and even the staff became more smiling)
I don't understand why they take inadequate punters to work in this store, who came to work to download the rights of visitors? I dropped the T-shirts today because they were hung up by a mountain that it was impossible to move them and look at them or pick them up. A girl with a long dark brown ponytail began to run over me and demand respect from me for her oh, what a great person, she was hysterical that I did not apologize to her, began to make a scandal and tried to embarrass me that I was so ungrateful, although this is absolutely not the case. Moreover, by age, this lady did not look like a teenager who lives by showing off. I didn't tell her anything, but she started pouring all her stress on me. I don't understand why I bothered her so much. Then she also pointed out to me that I was obliged to say a number of things in front of the fitting room in a boorish form, trying to ride me out. When I said that, actually, this is her job, she said, "Respect, actually, has not been canceled." The bitch decided to take it out on her victim. I wonder if she and her colleagues are happy that they have omitted another "nonentity"? 🤡
I have never met worse sellers. They just forgot to give me the order from the website. The seller said that the order would be delivered now and asked to wait. I stood and waited at the cash register. And the seller put it next to her and served the customers further. I waited for 20 minutes, then I got tired, I asked how much longer to wait, and she pretended that everything was as it should be. She gave me an unpacked bag with washed things in it and said "check it out."...
I came in a couple of times, I didn't like it. It's very cramped. The seller is annoying and nervous, she answered very irritably. I wanted to buy something for training, but after talking with the seller, I no longer had any desire to choose something. Moreover, it was difficult as it was. It's cramped in the store, the product weighs tightly - it's impossible to really look at it.......
Another store that even has clothes for me (I have a non-standard body shape). But the prices do not bite and are worn for a long time. It suits me personally!)
I put 5 stars, I found the socks I wanted, I screamed like even a piglet doesn't squeal, it caused so many emotions among the staff that they probably got hooked on sedatives) and so everything is fine))

As in every Mark Formelle store, there are so many things in the store that in order to find just the right thing, you need to spend a lot of time and literally rummage through everything, and even correct things falling from the racks every time (an overabundance is not always good!)I ordered goods with pickup several times , there were no problems , everything was fast and efficient. Special thanks for men's socks in sizes 46/47, it is very difficult to find them in principle nowadays! 👍🏻
