They were eager to get me to visit, calling back twice, offering better times. I accepted the later one (for 16.00) and went. There are 2 clinics, 1 for children, 1 for adults, I needed to find which was which and arrived at the correct clinic at 16.04, going to the 3rd floor and waiting to be checked in. I was told that since it was 16.07 the doctor already had another paitent and couldn't see me. I was informed that after 5mins my appointment was voided. At no time was I told about this or had it sent to me (by SMS). I asked if I could see the doctor after, but was told no. Terrible customer service.
