I do not recommend it. I ordered soft windows from them, and that's what ended up: 1. Exceeding the production time. According to the contract, the deadline was up to 25 working days, but the order was completed only on the 28th working (38th calendar) day, after I started adjusting the deadlines. On the website, the advertisement generally states that the production takes up to 7 working days. 2. Deviations from the drawing. Of the 5 windows, 2 were made with deviations: additional strap fasteners were added next to those provided in the drawing. It seems that they were not originally made according to the drawing, and then they decided not to redo, but simply add fasteners according to the drawing. 3. In response to my comments, I received the following comments: “No one promised you that the windows would be made in a week” and “You may have been lucky, they installed extra fasteners.” The company does not admit its mistakes and does not accept constructive criticism. 4. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality. There are uneven cuts in places, but not critically.
