I went to the clinic for the first time. Very convenient location. I was pleasantly impressed by the staff, the clinic itself (a pleasant aroma walks through all the clinics) and the charming dermatologist Olga Nikolaevna Radyukevich. If you need paid services, such as tests or consultations, everything goes quickly and without problems. However, when it comes to basic medical care, questions begin to arise. I went to the clinic twice with a minor finger injury — it just needed to be treated and bandaged. Nothing complicated, no major interventions. But both times they refused me, saying that there was no such service, and offered to make an appointment with a surgeon in a couple of days. The question arises: are you really a medical center that is ready to provide assistance, or are you just making money on tests and consultations? For paid services, everything is fine, come, pay, get the result. But if you need basic medical care, even the simplest, be prepared for the fact that you may be denied. It is a pity that in such a seemingly good place there is no opportunity to receive basic medical care.

It turns out they have a huge parking lot, they explained to me on the phone how to get there and as soon as I passed the barrier, I immediately received an SMS about how to get to their parking lot.. I'm from another city.. I came for the procedure, and the anesthesiologist tells me that I will not be able to drive for a day and the call center should have warned me about this when I signed up... My nerves gave out.. Thanks to the doctor and the personal, they offered to do it without anesthesia, otherwise I was about to leave... Many thanks to the doctor, nurses, and anesthesiologist..They are professionals in their field, everything went well and painlessly.. Everything was then told and explained in normal language and not in medical terms.. But I will remember this Call Center and its employee for a long time, it's just probably not her job.. Normal people will warn you and tell you.. And then somehow I don't give a shit about a person, let him look for parking and find out all the details immediately before the procedure..The channel has 5 stars, but one for their dispatcher.. Honestly, because of this, I don't want to go there anymore.

The clinic is pleasant, new, attentive staff at the reception and the administrator. There was a very unpleasant experience from visiting a phlebologist Pavlova A. G. Came to the appointment in a state of stress because of her problem. The doctor communicated rudely, listened with a mocking grin and made not very appropriate jokes. There was an appointment for ultrasound of the veins of the lower extremities with Dopplerography + consultation (there was swelling after traveling and severe stabbing pain in the legs because of which I could barely walk). The doctor did not want to do an ultrasound for me at first, saying that I was winding myself up and he knows everything perfectly well without an ultrasound. I had to insist that I get an ultrasound (which I originally came for), and then insist on Dopplerography again. The whole process of examination and ultrasound was accompanied by rude jokes and bullying from the doctor. I really do not recommend this doctor if you expect respectful attitude and sensitive attention to your problem.
