I bought an air conditioner. The installation of the 1st stage was ordered from the same office and after the repair, the 2nd stage was ordered from them: the girl manager said that they would install, connect and tell everything. As a result: the drain system had too long a tube, the hole for it was too low. It was necessary to cut the tube and make a hole with a drill a little higher (work for 5 minutes), but I was told that this was not included in the list of works and cost 40 rubles - I refused. In fact, the master himself, purely at his discretion, cut off the hose and fixed it, without additional. holes. After installation, there was garbage left, and some kind of broken tool case was also thrown there, no one began to take out the trash or at least pick up their broken box from the apartment. After installation, the climate was turned on at 18 degrees and that was it - the installation was completed. No one explained anything, the air conditioner was not checked in different modes and did not explain anything to me - the reality is at odds with the words of the managers. When asked if they would give some kind of installation document, they said that it needed to be written out. The document is very strange, and the office is generally from Gomel, although they do the work in Minsk. In general, the installation brought only a headache. If you agree, then discuss each stage with the manager.

At the appointed time, a team arrived with all the tools, a conditioner with a spray gun was installed in 3 hours, without dust or dirt.
