Not far from the center. Nearby there is a "Kopeechka" and other shops. The room is spacious (we had the 1st one), due to the bay window, it can be said to be luxurious. Everything is clean, the linen is fresh. The furniture and plumbing are serviceable.
Parking is next to the entrance, but you can't get into it from the main street: if you're driving from the center, you don't have to turn around at the traffic light, but turn left onto a secondary street, then make the first left turn and drive to the hotel.
There is a kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, you can take dishes and cutlery. You can order breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. I really liked everything. On-site parking. We were checked in, and we were immediately given breakfast orders for the next day. It's a very cozy hotel, everything is homey. The room is large, with a bed and a sofa, comfortable for three people. Everything is working properly in the bathroom, there are fresh towels for everyone. The room has air conditioning, TV. Convenient location - we took a long walking tour of the city from the hotel and returned in the evening. There are shops nearby if you need to buy something.

Everything is fine. We arrived late, were greeted, discussed the breakfast menu (porridge, omelette, fried eggs) and immediately escorted to the room. The room is large and clean. All the towels were ready. A large sofa for children was disassembled by themselves, bed linen and pillows with a blanket were already in the room. There is no air conditioning in the room, there is a fan. You can't open the windows, there are mosquitoes and it's noisy. The hotel is right on the road. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast, we liked everything. It's great for an overnight stay, we recommend it.

We were at the hotel from July 5th to 6th.
What did you like:
1) Very low price for a spacious "family room with sofa". These days, tourists came to Mogilev to participate in the Kupala, which took place in Alexandria on July 6 and 7, so all the hotels were occupied, and this one was free. They thought that "for a reason", but they were afraid in vain.
2) A 10-minute walk from the Kopeechka supermarket. There is absolutely everything you need ;-)
3) The city center is a 15-minute walk away. 20 - slow step. Who does not want to go uphill - a taxi costs a couple of hundred rubles in Russian terms.
4) Clean room, friendly staff, normal portions for breakfast.
What didn't you like:
1) Seriously, everything was fine. Unless it is not very convenient for the elderly to climb the stairs. And for those who want a variety of buffet for breakfast, it will be difficult to get used to the choice of the breakfast menu from "porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs and something else I don't remember, but similar."
I personally liked the hotel and liked it. I think that I will stay there on my next business trip.

Excellent mini-hotel. Comfortable, comfortable. Not expensive for 2 people.The administrator is very friendly, she will tell you about all questions. There is a kitchen, you can cook something yourself. Or order breakfast and lunch. Coffee and tea are always available (included in the price). We will be in Mogilev, if necessary, we will definitely stop there.

A small hotel, pleasant staff. In general, it's not bad if you choose a budget option. Everything is already tired, but working, and this is the main thing. There is shampoo and gel in the shower, the presence of a hair dryer pleases, in the kitchen you can take a small kettle to the room. We stayed for one night in a large room with a bed, sofa and table, cozy. It was comfortable to sleep, the bed was comfortable. But the windows looked out onto the street, where cars drive at night, it was audible. It's good to always have earplugs with you, you slept with them perfectly. And with the windows open, it's definitely not an option.

We stayed for one night on a business trip from Russia. The room is clean, huge (rented single comfort), everything is neat. But the administrator, it's something with something. He doesn't answer questions, he sends them somewhere all the time. A very rude lady! I lowered my grade for this! The hotel owner needs to review the staff!

Everything is great here: the room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and the water pressure/temperature in the shower is normal. Even the shower gel from the dispenser can be used, unlike many other hotels in Belarus. Minus one thing: sooooo slow WiFi.
Bottom line: comfortable accommodation, but with the Internet, please do something.

I liked it. We stayed for 2 nights in a classic family room, without meals. The photos of the room correspond to reality, they were booked through the Island. Clean, cozy. The plumbing is working, without complaints. The room has a TV, refrigerator. The bathroom has liquid soap and shampoo, a hair dryer. Towels were changed every day. The staff is attentive and polite. They advised me what is better to see from the sights. Parking is on site, there are plenty of places. The location of the hotel is good - in a quiet place, 10 minutes by a quiet walk to the pedestrian Leninskaya street. All the main attractions are within walking distance.

The room is good for budget travelers. Shower, toilet, TV are all in the room. I ordered a room for four 195bel rubles. It's a little expensive for such a room. But that's not the worst part. There is a large bed and a sofa in the room, sleep as you want. Well, as it was, I paid for four and two sleeping months. Well, my wife and I are on a big bed. And how are the children? They are of different genders and ages. The room is cleaned for a B minus. There were even two glasses in the room. There is no service for two.

Great! The room with a sofa is large and spacious. Very clean. Nice big bed. Comfortable mattress, clean bed linen and towels. There is a large shower cabin in the bathroom. Unexpectedly good room. The hotel is located, of course, not far from the road, but we were lucky, the room overlooked the courtyard. There is a parking lot, the car was parked under the window. If we visit Mogilev again, we will definitely stop there.

Excellent value for money.
I have already stayed there several times when I was in Mogilev on business.
Nice rooms, cleaning every day. There is everything you need, even a small minibar in the refrigerator.
Polite staff. He tries to help in all matters, even those not related to accommodation.
The hotel is located a short distance from the very center, which is a plus for me. There are no crowds of people and loud music, and you can get to the main streets in a few minutes or walk for a maximum of 20 minutes.

We stayed on 04.01.2024. Room 7. The junior suite is positioned. It's cold, they didn't give heaters, referring to the fact that someone took them away, they have children, and our children should freeze... There is no kettle in the room, you are lying on the bed, and the wind is blowing through your nose. The toilet is attached so that the average person's feet do not reach the floor. The temperature in the bathroom is about 13 degrees. It's not clear how to take a shower that doesn't exist. I do not recommend it.
