The hotel itself is not bad: spacious rooms, location (500 m to the sea), convenient Parking. However, the hotel has big problems with the staff: a complete lack of customer orientation.
We had a rest with a child (2 years old). They asked for an extra pillow (there are only two in the room). We were told that children under three years old are not allowed. It's not supposed to. Breakfast was also not allowed (there are only two adults in the ticket, although it was indicated at the time of booking that breakfast was for three people). In general, it is unpleasant to hear this, living in a room for 10 thousand rubles per day.
This is if private; I'll try a little more objectively, imagine: upon arrival at the hotel, you are greeted by a young girl with a Soviet-suffering face and without a gram of a smile with pompous politeness checks documents, gives out keys, in each case emphasizing that you will be responsible for any oversight (and you prescribe a price list for damaged property upon check-in). You come to your room, where Soviet repairs have been made, the shower head is broken, the faucet is rusted, all the closet doors are creaking. After reading the "price list", where even fines for damage to towels are indicated, which, moreover, is indicated aloud by the administrator, it seems that all the flaws in the room want to hang on you. However, you cannot check out of the hotel without consequences - the fee is charged in advance and not a penny of the amount for the entire stay is refunded.
While staying in a hotel, you ask for some small thing like an extra pillow, towels, soap - you are refused, simply because "it is not allowed". Even for a fee, it is not necessary, despite the fact that you have already paid not the smallest money.
When checking out, your room is checked to see if you have damaged anything - such is the presumption of guilt.
It seems as if the staff was given a hotel (and a pretty good one), but did not explain how to work in it. It's like a monkey was given car keys.
We had a rest in August at this hotel with my husband, I really liked everything.
We have not stayed here before, although we often come to Pitsunda.
There are hearty breakfasts in the dining room, the menu changes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the rooms have everything. They give out beach towels, which is very useful, since we forgot our own. The rooms are cleaned daily, we are happy with the cleaning. The staff is polite, the administrators are always ready to help, as well as the security.
We asked for a higher room in advance, our wishes were taken into account, for which I am very grateful to the girls. Upon arrival, everything was clearly explained and we were quickly settled in. We left quietly and also quickly. We'll be back next year!
Vacationed with my wife in the period 08/31/24-09/07/24 at this hotel.
On the plus side, the hotel is clean, spacious and that's it!
Of the minuses, the breakfasts are very monotonous and typical, there is no choice, and the most interesting thing is that you will have to go to the neighboring hotel for breakfast, through the football field! The lights are often turned off - be careful who takes rooms on high floors. Walking to the sea takes 15-20 minutes at a calm pace ...
Most of all, the attitude of the hotel towards its customers was disappointing. The day before departure, a certain Loban Oksana came to talk to us and accused us of spoiling the bed linen, demanded 5,500 thousand rubles to solve the problem. I was surprised by this attitude! But, I did not refuse to pay the required amount. He offered to pay by transfer using the company's details or by bank card! But Oksana Loban refused me, payment is only in cash.
I agreed and asked for a check as a document confirming the payment - she refused again, said they would not issue a check!
This situation and its solution finally spoiled the impression of a vacation at this hotel.
Also, the conversation (dispute) with Loban Oksana was loud and other customers at the reception heard our dialogue, which put me in an awkward position!
