My favorite place. We go out every weekend to eat out, and the choice always falls on khinkalnya. The food's rating always ranges from "very tasty" to "very, very tasty." The waiters are polite, helpful, and always interested in feedback on the taste of the dishes. It's a wonderful place!
You had a 24.11 - khinkali with mushrooms, beef and cheese were simply delicious, about khachapuri and kharcho the same opinion!
The service is also at a high level. The waiter does not need to wait forever, they served within 5 minutes, the table was cleaned in a timely manner, despite the fact that there was a full landing!

It was this point that turned out to be the worst.
Firstly, it turned out to be a problem to find a table for 6 people here, they offered a table designed for 4 people, as a result they sat like herrings at this table.
Secondly, from the moment the waiter (Ilya) brought the menu and came over to ask if we had chosen anything, it took 20 minutes. And then after we had already approached ourselves and asked to accept the order.
Thirdly, he accepted the order, and after that he said that the order was still waiting for 40 minutes 🫠
Is this normal? Why not tell us what the waiting time is when entering an institution or when we were placed at a table?
We love this chain of establishments, but after that there is no desire to return.
