And for dessert, I get into the car, open the lid of my cappuccino 200 ml, and there's only half a glass (100, maximum 120 ml) to go back a little lazy, and there was no time because the order was waiting too long.
As a result, it's not super bad, but I won't come there anymore, the service is much faster for the same boats, do not consider it advertising, everything is not perfect there either, but it's faster for sure
In the last six months, the waiting time for an order has been 20 minutes, often 40 minutes. They are constantly being fed with promises, somewhere the legs are not ready, somewhere the wings. I was ready for any ready-made meat. It's the same thing to wait for in the morning and in the evening. I especially "liked" the attitude, employees, including the administrator, throw a burger almost in my face, despite the fact that they forgot to put this burger down. Not only that, but the burger was purely a bun and a small piece of strips. There are a lot of unhappy people. And yet, they constantly change the menu in the order without asking. How's that??? Instead of sharp legs, put original ones, or strips instead of wings. It's terribly simple!!! I've already talked to you about this for a long time. You apologized, invited me for a free order, and again the same nonsense.
Food is not strips, you still need to be able to spoil a semi-finished product (dry, dark brown, the batter was probably licked off - it wasn't there, there was zero crunch from the word at all)
Service - the order was announced ready, and when it came up, they said you need to wait, not everything is ready, then it's better - they confuse the serving (to take away / on the spot) They didn't give me a coke, and they didn't guess the sauces either. It feels like either several people have collected it, or they will look at the order once, and then guess from memory.
