I went to this place for morning coffee. Externally, the coffee shop looks quite cozy and well-groomed, but the attitude towards visitors is disgusting. When I came in, there were two employees, one was busy with other visitors, and the second was free, I turned to her, to which the busy woman rudely replied: "this is an intern, we don't touch her." I chose the coffee I was interested in and waited for about 10-15 minutes while the girl was messing with one client. When it was my turn, I began to pronounce my order, after which the girl without words took out a laminated piece of paper from behind the bar on which it was written that for some reason they did not make cold coffee, and with a grin poked it in my face. I have no complaints about the institution because it is clear that the founders are trying and I am sure that there is delicious coffee, but I ask the management to pay attention to the employee's girlfriend who worked at the institution on 08/29 at 9:30-10 in the morning and work on her manners and skills of interacting with customers. Otherwise, I wish the establishment prosperity! I'm not lowering my rating.

We went to the company for a specific drink (peppercino), it's good. However, there were unpleasant moments:
- lack of ice for cold drinks that others in the company wanted to take
- unfriendly baristas, everyone has unhappy faces
- the menu is ultra obscure. There is one thing on the banners, another on the scoreboard, and an advertisement for something that does not exist at all is shown at the checkout. There is no convenient list-menu, as in the same prefix
- the music is disgusting. The place is public, parents and children were in the hall with us, and a Russian track about whores and others is playing for the whole coffee shop. We thought that there might be such special music in the last hour of work - but no. We go in the morning the next day, the barista is different, the music is playing even worse. Rap with obscenities about unwillingness to learn -

I came in for coffee today, half an hour left before closing, I wanted to order a cappuccino. They said there was no milk, although I saw milk in their refrigerator. I think okay, well, we're tired and so for the whole day. I ordered a large AMERICANO with me, and they don't know how to make it normally, coffee doesn't feel at all, ordinary hot water with sugar. Why does a sign appear EVERY DAY after lunch with an apology about the lack of ice? This happens regularly, is it really impossible to freeze more ice in advance? I understand when this happens on a one-time basis, the influx of people was not calculated and this happened. But it happens all the time! The cafe is located in the city center, on a pedestrian street. On hot summer evenings, you want to take a walk with a cold drink, especially since there are delicious cold drinks in this coffee shop, but it is impossible to do this!

Drinks and coffee are good. Whenever I'm around, I take it there. In summer, cool ice- cocoa, latte, cappuccino. The staff is nice, but sometimes you have to wait a few minutes at the counter to be noticed, even though there are two of them standing there. I haven't tried desserts, but they look "tired" in the window. The waiting time is short, up to 5-10 minutes

The baristas are wonderful. Friendly, kind. The coffee is delicious and not expensive. Teas, mulled wines, soda. There are flour products, cheesecakes and other sweets for the drink. The music is well chosen. Everything is being prepared very quickly. Cinnamon and sugar are freely available, as well as tubes, caps and stirring sticks. Syrups can be added to the drink if desired. Very nice staff! They are so kind, friendly, smiling, despite the fact that no matter how I come, there is always a crowd of people. They make delicious drinks, put on cool music :
I have already developed a tradition during business trips to Brest: I leave, go to Sovetskaya station from the station to watch the time of lighting the lanterns, then leave to work, and in the evening, shortly before the lamplighter arrives, I go to the Hotfix, take freshly squeezed juice and pasta and sit on a bench to wait for the arrival of the most famous person in Brest region.
I will sum up with gratitude for the pleasant impressions created by the barista, and for the desire to come again and again 🥰
