I turned to the director, to which she told me that they also need to earn money, and without a certificate, the money will not be returned. In the locker room, the cleaner shouts at the children that they come out wet from the shower. After talking to other moms, they confirmed that the cleaners here are rude and rude. We wrote complaints, but the administration is satisfied with everything. I went into the locker room today and there was a puddle near the exit from the shower and drawers, although there were 2 children. To my remarks, Nina, the cleaner, began to prove that she should wipe up puddles only after leaving, and that a child or an adult might slip, she doesn't care and generally needs to wipe herself in the shower and get dry. That there are rules and in general we have been in the locker room for 15 minutes, and that my child has a wet head and going out in cold weather will immediately get sick and the director and the cleaner don't care. Children don't follow the rules, and neither do adults. But in order to wipe it quietly, she began to scream and read the rules, saying that the child should already walk and dry himself. I now understand why they say that, you can shout at children as much as you want and adjust, and what will fall and break something is nonsense. Rude, rude, arrogant! I am terribly shocked by such a service.

There is a complete disgrace in terms of the attitude towards visitors, starting from the entrance, eternally dissatisfied madams who give out the keys to the lockers, then the cleaners are a separate disaster, arrogant, uneducated boors!!! Lockers, subject to availability, give out everything nearby by numbers, provided that half of the locker room is free!?! The only thing is that not all of them are coaching staff, but it's hard to call some of them a coach! In general, one disorder!!!

The sports complex is renovated. Neat, clean. The women's locker room is in order, there is a shower and a clean bathroom. The gym is budget-friendly, but clean and the atmosphere is friendly, there is no pathos, everything is simple. However, the treadmill has not been repaired for almost a year and the mats have probably not been washed for three years.
The pool for children is great. Professional trainers, a warm children's pool. In an adult at 25 m, as soon as you get there. Sometimes 3-5, less often 2-3 on the track, mostly people go after 50. In general, thank you for having such an inexpensive complex, there is an opportunity for both adults and children to play sports.

We went to the staircase and then the most important person met us - the cleaner. And the cry began - why are we going without shoe covers. And nothing that it's 29 degrees outside and no one has heard about the rains for a week (there are no puddles either), that the receptionist didn't say a word about shoe covers, and I didn't see any vending machines with shoe covers downstairs.
Then another one joined her - with indignation on the same topic.
As a result, perhaps the gym is not bad, but as long as the cleaners allow themselves such behavior towards potential customers, I do not set foot in this institution.
