The place is beautiful! But unfortunately, the whole impression was ruined, because the place around was chosen by the locals for picnics. It's not very pleasant to see the sights under the gazes of "vacationing" locals...

A beautiful place with interesting architectural structures that no one cares about. There are not even basic bins or trash cans, which are very much around. Everything is closed, boarded up... there are fishermen by the lake, moms with strollers and families on barbecue.

It was in the winter of 2024-2025. Weekend. Minus:They didn't get inside. All buildings require investments of monetary resources, professional application of the hands of craftsmen and restorers, builders… Plus:The place is beautiful, the pond.
