A lovely and cozy house. I celebrated my birthday with close friends.
As for any girl, comfort is very important, and this is right to the point. Convenient location, modern renovation and everything you need. I also want to note that any weather is not an obstacle to cooking from the grill, since there is a barbecue area at home.
Marina is a very pleasant hostess, whom you can contact absolutely on any issue, and will show and tell.
I want to return to such a place, which I will do again.

My family and I recently visited the Romantica house and were delighted with our stay. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the house, and we immediately felt at home.
The house was perfectly clean, which for us, taking into account the presence of a two-year-old son, was an important criterion.
I was especially pleased with the presence of a pot and an abundance of children's toys. Our kid found something to do, and we didn't have to worry about his entertainment.
It is necessary to note the stunning view from the window.
We are grateful to the owners of the Romantica house for their warm welcome and care. We will be happy to come back here next time.

We had a wonderful rest with our big family during the New Year holidays at the Romantic cottage.
The location was great: we were in nature, but at the same time we could be in the center of Minsk in 20 minutes.
The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We ordered a bathhouse - the bathhouse is excellent and quickly heated.
There is a barbecue area outside, or you can use the barbecue on the terrace.
We had a great stay and we will remember the beginning of our 2024 for a long time!

We spent a week in this house with our family and were delighted with our rental experience! Cozy, spacious, fully equipped, with a fresh renovation and a sauna, it became our shelter during our vacation in rainy Minsk. The views from the windows created a feeling of being in the forest and promoted relaxation. Marina is a helpful hostess, she helped with all the questions that we had. We definitely recommend this house for those who want to spend time with a large company, enjoy comfort and privacy during their holidays!

In this beautiful and cozy corner, I celebrated my birthday, surrounded by the care and warmth of a wonderful hostess. Her kindness and responsiveness were a real gift, always ready to help out at any moment. I especially liked that this place had everything you needed: an abundance of dishes, towels, etc. Even despite the weather, we were able to enjoy the evening by cooking a barbecue in the cozy walls of the house. Thank you for the wonderful time and the care you have put into creating such an atmosphere.

A great place to relax. Everything fully corresponds to the description.
There were no problems.
I rented a house for the weekend from Friday evening to Sunday with a late check-out. My wife and daughter 4+ were with me.
The hostess Marina, kind and helpful, explained everything and showed: how can we enter the territory on our own, how to get to the house, what is inside and how to use it.
She gave a large bag of toys for the child and showed where she could get a blanket so that her daughter would not play on the bare tile floor.
We didn't want to do a lot of cooking during the holidays, so we ordered dinner from the hostess on Friday, meat for barbecue on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
But it was absolutely not necessary. If guests want to cook everything themselves, the house has a kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Dishes, appliances, pots. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and seasonings are available inside for free.
Matches for lighting.
800 meters from the house there is a super market "Santa" (from 9 to 22), where you can buy absolutely everything you may need for recreation: coal, ignition products, meat for barbecue, alcohol, salads, side dishes, ready-made pizza, etc.
The house is clean and tidy.
The sauna is excellent.
The fact that the guest house is located on the territory shared with the owners did not prevent you from spending your vacation in any way.
A gorgeous place, I've never regretted it!

We rested in the Romantic cottage with a family with a child (10 years old) for 10 days. The hostess Marina is very friendly and welcoming. The house is cozy, has everything you need, even a sauna. A pleasant surprise was the appearance of the second floor with two spacious bedrooms, in the evening there is very pleasant lighting due to lamps made of Himalayan salt. I slept very well, there was silence around. We booked the house, because we wanted to visit Minsk, but we didn't want to stay in a hotel in the city itself. It turned out to combine a visit to the sights with a vacation outside the city. Near the house there is a forest, within walking distance of a supermarket, a bus stop, a Playground within a couple of minutes walk. The area around the house itself is green and well maintained. There are things to do with a child (swings, football, slide, sandbox, etc., sports equipment rental). The hostess's children played with our daughter, jumped on a trampoline together, played board games, she was delighted. Marina cooks very well, we ordered breakfast and dinner several times. Shish kebabs, however, were not cooked, because they are not amateurs, but the house has a nice playground with a barbecue, surrounded by thuja trees. It's nice to relax on the sun beds, or have tea at a table in the evening. The whole family was very happy with the rest))

A gorgeous house, I have never regretted that I rented it!
I celebrated my birthday there with the guys, everything went fine, the hostess is the kindest and most sympathetic person, there are few of them left, explained everything, showed and told.
There were no problems!!!
And the house itself is chic, clean and cozy both for any parties and for ordinary gatherings
I will be happy to come back again

For an excellent place to spend time, rest and comfort, this is the exceptionally best and most certainly convenient accommodation option in all respects: two families of 4 people comfortably accommodated, received not only positive excellent emotions from the atmosphere, tastefully and qualitatively arranged, but from the immediate vicinity of the center of Minsk (~20min), shopping centers (~5..10min)by car. Everything you need is available!

I celebrated my birthday here with friends - I didn't regret it. The house is nice and cozy, the sauna is good. We checked out the barbecue area inside the house. The hostess is pleasant in communication and helps to make your stay comfortable. Minor issues were quickly resolved. 9 people comfortably accommodated for the night.
One of the minor disadvantages is early check-out in the morning.

We rested in the Romantic house with our family . Me, husband and son of 7 years in August 2023.
Thank you very much to the guys for the warmth and comfort, for solving all our questions that have arisen. The house is cool, very cozy, there is everything you need and even a sauna inside the house. The territory is very green. Instead of a fence, there are gorgeous, huge thuja trees. There is a swing, trampoline, mini football field, tennis, swimming pool. Near the house there is a forest where we found mushrooms! Our son was delighted with the hostess's son, we played together. The owners themselves are sincere, pleasant people. We will definitely come back. Thanks!

They were scrupulous about choosing a house for her husband's birthday and when they saw this estate, they immediately realized "Here! It's him!"
Of course, there were worries about "expectations/ reality"..
But when we arrived, we were incredibly glad that the whole house and the atmosphere of this place was even better than in the photo😍
We got a lot of positive emotions as soon as we arrived there!

Sauna, barbecue both outdoors and indoors (for cold weather, this is a great option), a lot of entertainment on site, cozy bedrooms for relaxation, shower, bathroom and much more🙏

A great place to relax with friends! It was easy to decide on the venue of the birthday party, since we had already rested in the Romantic's house, there was no doubt where we could go, since the impressions after the 1st time were only positive! Service, comfort, cleanliness at the highest level!

The house is excellent, it is located on the territory with the owner, there is absolutely no interference in this, no one bothered, an excellent approach to employers! All conditions, we took a bath, there was enough kindling for 7 hours, the provision of devices is complete! Barbecue, skewers, dishes, bed linen, towels, everything is clean and new, there are no signs of use! Good quality bed linen (cotton). We rested at a temperature of 4 degrees, indoors, at night with the windows open it was warm and comfortable. The repair is excellent, tiles, interior decoration of shower sets and other repair elements are of good quality, not slippery and safe! Stylish, comfortable, high-quality! It turned out to be a great birthday gift! Thank you Marina!!

Beautiful cozy house, the territory is very well maintained, polite hostess. But there are moments, knowing about which, we would not book this house. Maybe it doesn't matter to anyone, but it was essential for us. The house is located on the same territory as the hostess's house, which prevented them and us. The children were running to our house. The entertainment stated in the description of the house: swimming pool, table tennis - all this for an additional fee! Also, all this is located near the master's house, which is completely inconvenient and not comfortable for guests to relax. The house itself is cozy, but there is only one bathroom for 10 guests, no air conditioning, curtains in the bedroom. Late check-out and early check-in are only for an additional and rather high fee.

Thank you for the wonderful time in the cabin! We were offered everything we needed and more!) It is very neat and cozy in the house, paintings and gorgeous thuja outside the window complement the mood... I would love to stay there for a week or more! It's great that the hostess is open, kind, came to an agreement and was in touch at any moment. I was also pleased that it was close to the city and I could hold my wedding there... This is definitely a worthwhile choice for someone who wants to have a quiet time with their loved one(s).
