They ruined the phone for my own money, it's disgusting!
It all started in October 2023, when I urgently needed to change the battery in the 11th iPhone. The phone was purchased from MTS for Builders 3 years ago, during this time it was not opened, it worked properly. I usually change the battery myself, but from the 10th series they need to solder the chip, that's why I applied. Replacement price: 195p, I thought back then that for such an amount everything should be done beautifully. I've never been so wrong before!
When contacting the receptionist, he asked her to inform him if something was wrong with the phone. After 3 hours, they made it, took it away, and paid 195 rubles. I asked: are there any complaints about the condition of the phone? She replied no.
Already in the car, when I connected to the radio, I realized that the volume buttons were not working. I call the device and report the problem. They offer to change the train for 35p, I think nothing, let's be patient. Although the buttons worked properly before contacting the device, and even then I thought that it was brazen to demand money from a person for their joint.
A week later, a new train arrived and gave me the phone. After this disassembly, the silent mode switch slider also stopped working, and the girl from the reception told me that I NEEDED BUTTONS WITHOUT GPS, and the supplier brought them with GPS. And that they didn't break anything, it was my cables that were connected incorrectly. That is, complete nonsense (see the photo with the torn cable), but we agreed that in another week the right one would arrive and fix everything. Since then, I have gone there five times, called, left my contacts, I work in the Russian Federation, and waited until the right train was finally brought. I didn't get it.
Now about how things really were.
Recently, my studio monitor failed, I Googled the SC Axtel, which is in the new Omega. The device's neighbors.
I brought them a monitor to check, they almost fixed everything for free. And I thought: Let me give them my phone to check. Already in the evening of the same day, the repairman called me, said that the phone was all shaken up, it was in terrible condition, and the buttons did not work because the bypass cable was torn. It's hard to find him, but they'll try. After a week and a half, the phone was ready and I paid another 282 rubles for it.
Total: 195 rubles in the device + 282 = 477 rubles, I gave for replacing the battery, not counting spending on constant visits to the device, so that they would lie to me again and ask me to come later.
In addition, after the repair in the device, the phone was in terrible condition, as I said before. There were no safety nets, seals, bolts, etc., fingerprints everywhere, face ID was stained. We still couldn't figure out why it was necessary to disassemble the floor of the phone if the battery is on top of the 11m iPhone. Most likely, they tried to change the bypass loop in the device, but they messed up and somehow reassembled it. Or they just took out the necessary rare components from my phone, and they put a stick on me.
And yet: in Axtel, I was told that only in the previous week (as of 04/12/23, I contacted them then) 2 more people came to them after the device and this is a classic case. One girl's camera was broken on a 13m or 14m iPhone during a repair in the device, and the repairman just dared her in the eyes when she came to them again. Another grandfather had his 6th iPhone ruined.
Anticipating any ridiculous excuses from the management of the device: all my words are confirmed by photos, there is no need to write anything. You don't give a damn about your customers, constantly lie and provide low-quality services. THREE months later, you DIDN'T CALL, DIDN'T APOLOGIZE, JUST GAVE UP ON THE CLIENT. That's right: five more of the same ones will come in my place, which you will throw.
This is not a service center, this is a FARCE!
