But after visiting there, I realized that I only want to go to Detali. After their extension, nails are worn for a long time and without problems!
I signed up for a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure was done well, but the coating on the nails peeled off on the third day, okay, I overwritten , changed the masters , redone , but the fact is that again on the fourth day there were detachments , I did not write to the salon , I think it's funny to come and redo every week .It's a pity for the time spent (twice), as well as the money.And in terms of communication with the client, it 's nice to communicate , but that 's it!

The situation is like this: I signed up online for a pedicure 6 days in advance, because it was very important to plan the time before my departure. The day before the procedure, I received a message that they would not be able to accept me, because there are only two pedicure chairs in the studio and the recording was given in favor of those clients who signed up by phone (possibly after me). And they said they saw my record only today, 5 days later. I asked you to make a choice in favor of my record, to talk with other clients. Instead, they began to offer me other time options and (!) a manicure instead of a pedicure. For me, it sounded like: "We refuse to solve the problem of the possibility for you to get to us at a set time, ignoring our responsibility, but offer us convenient options, regardless of your words about the impossibility." "And the wolves are fed, and the sheep are safe." Only in this case it is not possible. I ask for one thing, they offer me something completely different and unacceptable. Ignoring the fact that those options don't suit me. For yourself with the least "losses".
On the one hand, I understand that the administration, as managers, has the right not to provide a service, simply because their input data has changed. Or they don't want to. Or something else. On the other hand, for me it's about "it doesn't matter what the agreement was about. We won't even try to save it, but instead we offer this, this and this, regardless of the fact that you don't ask for it." From a human point of view, this is painful and insulting, I turn on impotence: two other clients are more important than me.
Therefore, if you are for respecting borders, value agreements and security as much as I do, then I really do not recommend this studio.
I wanted to get eyelash extensions from Ekaterina's specialist. She took off the eyelashes that I had, while sighing heavily, then began to tell me how weak, brittle they were, etc. with advice to give them a rest, otherwise in two days they would all fall off and my eyelashes would not be in general, she gave me a long lecture that she did not dissuade, but He doesn't want to take on such responsibility, as a result, I left without eyelashes. Before that, my master did it for me and I wore it steadily for a month, nothing fell out. And my eyelashes are really already weak and maybe in general the advice is somehow to give a good rest, but not to persuade and convince. Another specialist made eyelashes for me without any problems, if suddenly they fall off and I stay without eyelashes for a month, I will definitely write my apologies here. And so I concluded that the specialist was just inexperienced and used to working only with new girls, new eyelashes, and she just didn't know and was afraid how to make eyelashes specifically for me.
I've been going to make nails here for more than a year. I really like the way I do it, the pleasant atmosphere. And I'm glad that in the next house

The service is good, the quality is poor. The base coating was done for 2 hours, after 2 weeks there were cracks on almost all nails - they recorded repairs without problems, they did it and everything broke in the same places after 2 days. So the one-ton cost 70 rubles and did not even live for 3 weeks
