The offices are huge with glass doors. Comfortable dental chairs, the latest equipment. The kind Polina offered a blanket in case I get cold. Dr. Lebed O.S. examined my teeth, told me which teeth needed to be treated, oriented them immediately by cost and time, but first you need to remove plaque. I did it quickly and professionally.
I really liked the doctor's approach, during the procedure, the doctor explained what she was doing and why. This approach is usually applied to children and it is very soothing, and you forget what they are doing there. After the procedure, the teeth were polished and a protective agent was applied. Next, the doctor's assistant Polina took another 3D picture, and the disk was handed over. I am very grateful to the doctor Lebedev O.S. and Shpakovskaya Polina, the doctor's assistant, for their sensitive attention and individual approach. Premium class dentistry.
I am still in shock from visiting this clinic. The receptionist behaves as if I just came in to warm up, completely ignoring and neglecting. I even had to fill out the contract myself, although in other clinics they just give me to sign, and fill in the data themselves. Reception delays of 15 minutes without any explanations and comments from the administrator, I am generally silent about apologies. I paid 36 rubles for the consultation, although this price tag is higher than the average in the city. In addition, they took some 1.5 rubles for materials. What kind of materials were used during the consultation? Shoe covers? The most interesting thing is that the doctor did not even give out a piece of paper with an opinion on the fact of the consultation. As a result, I paid for a 5-minute conversation in which the doctor simply refused to remove the tooth, saying that I did not need it. That is, I waited for more than a week, lost time, and the doctor decided that I could ignore the recommendations of other doctors and move on with a tooth that has indications for removal. And he didn't even bother to put his recommendations in writing so that I could refer to them when contacting other specialists. I do not recommend the clinic.
I came to the clinic for the purpose of canal treatment, they started, laid the medicine - it did not help, I was sent to another specialist who works with a microscope, at the reception I ask to make an appointment with such a specialist - they tell me first for a consultation on my answer that I have already started treatment - the new doctor only has a consultation to begin with, okay, they call the price of the consultation 15 rubles, I signed up, they call me to confirm the day, and I ask myself if they called me the price of 15 rubles correctly, to which she says yes, but if the doctor still looks at your picture, then 36🤡🤡🤡 to say that I'm fucked up - nothing to say what the meaning of the consultation then is not clear, to the question why it was not immediately clarified (and even now, I asked this question myself) - I am not responsible for another administrator
