We decided to buy a Chevrolet Onyx. We contacted the manager. We discussed which car exactly. What kind of extras: star line E-96 alarm , crankcase protection, tinting, mudguards. I knocked out a gift for myself - a set of motorists. I asked the manager to keep all the extras under control himself. About a day later, I received an answer that everything was ready, the pre-sale preparation was done. OK, we left at 05.30 in the morning, arrived at the salon at about 13.30 - 14.00, having driven about 650 km. On the way, we learned from the manager that the alarms are old.There was no E96 line, S96V2 was installed (i.e. with a GSM module). OK, fine. Contract: in small print -- OK, glasses to help; there is obviously little powder in the printer cartridge, it is poorly readable; when accepting a car: there is no crankcase protection; there are minor defects in tinting (I asked to do it without jambs); one plug does not close -- I had to score on this jamb; there are small ones on the car body, not critical remarks. When recalculating money (it was in coins of 100 tenge - the amount of 310 000 tenge), the cashier was mistaken 2 times for different amounts, because other managers came and asked to make a payment, because it took a long time to count the change. In this regard, the cashier was confused. As a result, 2000 was not counted. OK, and they gave up on it. We left the salon, turned off the car, after which an alert came through the star app.the line that the battery is DISCHARGED on the car is 11.6 V. THE QUESTION is--- HOW? Has the car passed pre-sale training?? As a result, we have: the staff is not attentive, the service is a mess (everyone climbs into the cash register), the battery is discharged. And on the way home, the triggered "tire pressure" sensor -- pre-sale where???
