Today is a weekday. I came to terminate the contract, knocked out a check. There was no queue. I have seen 4 workers. and the administrator. Only one employee was employed. 3 more visitors came. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked the administrator if one window only works. The receptionist said that two and lo and behold, they immediately called the last visitor who came. I kept waiting. After another 10 minutes, I approached the admin and asked to block the phone. Then the admin calmly replied that I could redirect the appeal to the employee. I didn't have time anymore and I left. The attitude is terrible, they work when they want. Out of 5 people, only one worked. I can imagine how much time you need to spend if there is a queue.
To me, it's a great company, the staff is competent, explains everything, chews it up if it's not clear, helps if it doesn't work out. There are a lot of good things, gadgets can be taken in installments without overpayment and down payment, convenient service, I like it
