NEVER EVER USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE. I ordered a parcel from Moscow to Gomel, paid more than 100 rubles for AIR shipment. She arrived in Gomel from Moscow much faster than she drove from Kurchatov 2 to my house!!! And for several days I just lay in their department while I waited for my URGENT PARCEL. Until I started searching for her myself, no one even notified me that the parcel had been in Gomel for a long time. They said later that they called the phone, but I didn't answer. And I don't have to answer the phone when an unfamiliar number calls me, if you didn't know! SINCE WHEN DOES OUR POST OFFICE NOTIFY ABOUT PARCELS FOR SUCH A COST BY CALLS!? I didn't receive any SMS notifications or notifications in my mailbox. After the scandal, they promised to bring the parcel the next day. When she threatened to complain, they said they would bring it within an hour. For that kind of money, I literally had to find and beg for my thing! Disgusting service, disgusting attitude towards customers.
