I give you 5 stars!! The hotel is nice, clean, well maintained. The rooms are chic and stylish. The territory is small, there are few pools. The children's playground is good, the babysitters always looked after the children. The children's pool is also good. The breakfasts are good! everything was delicious and varied. Check-in at their place at 15:00, which surprised and upset us, we sat and waited at the reception. I would not say that the cleaning is good, but every day. I'll tell you right away! There are no more than 2-4 nights here!! otherwise you will die of boredom... The beach is terrible... dirty , and in general we didn't like Nayang himself. Go to katu, it's unrealistically cool there.

Great hotel. It is located near Phuket airport. I liked the room stock. A modern, comfortable hotel. The hotel has three swimming pools, a fitness room, and a children's room. A good restaurant, we ate only at breakfast. The choice of dishes is decent and the quality of the products is good. There is a closed parking and bicycle rental. Near Nai Yang beach, many cafes. I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel from November 3 to November 14, 2024! I liked everything very much! The hotel itself is very cozy, the territory is small, but we had enough! Very clean in the rooms and on the premises! The location is beyond praise, near the sea, pharmacy, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants. If you need a vibrant nightlife, then this is not here, but we did not need it, we were looking for a relaxing holiday and found it to the fullest! A very good breakfast, a wide variety of dishes, for every taste! I recommend it for a relaxing, cozy stay!

A great hotel, especially for the final point of the trip, to relax for a day or two before flying home, and maybe after arrival for adaptation and recovery;)
The rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't take breakfast, as it was a day and a half. But outside the gate there is a place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner for any budget. And in general, the infrastructure: shops, cafes - is good.
The beach is semi-wild, there is an area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, there is a huge space for walking. The airport is 10 minutes away by taxi, which is very convenient.

Great new hotel on Nai Yang Beach. Clean. The rooms have everything you need. Breakfasts are on top. It is located right across the street from the beach. There are many cafes around with tables on the ocean. A couple of 7/11 type stores. The national park is within walking distance.

Actually, it's not 3 stars, but higher. There may be some element missing for 4-5 stars. But it doesn't matter. Clean, stylish, pleasant. Very ergonomic. We were in February 2025, in a room with access to the pool. Gorgeous. In the evening, in the rain, immediately from the room to the pool, it's lovely! Food is like everywhere else. The rooms are nice. The staff is polite and pleasant. The style is more European, with elements of Tai. In general, you won't regret it, we recommend it.
The sea is clean, warm, salty)) one of the best places in Phuket.

We are currently at this hotel. We're resting. Day 5. From 12.01.2025 Everything that was written earlier in the reviews is true. Breakfasts for every taste and color. The deluxe room is just great. They clean every day, towels, even a bathrobe are changed daily. They replenish everything daily as they use it. That is, every day the whole set is in the package: new toothbrushes, soap, cotton swabs, comb, razor. Tea, coffee, sugar and water daily. We live in building B on the 3rd floor, directly above the restaurant. Everything would be fine, but we have a view from the window on the roofs of street restaurants and a shopping street. Music is bombarded until late, sometimes from different places at once. The low bass "boom-boom-boom" just blows my head off. Earplugs save a bit. Although this is not a disadvantage of the hotel, there is nothing you can do about it. Sun beds are paid. Because the beach is not private, across the street. Although the sand is soft and pleasant. There is practically no territory. There is nowhere to walk in the hotel at all. Shopping streets and a long beach are being saved. On the streets, you have to walk along the road, there are no sidewalks. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to walk to the beach, where planes land overhead. But the sensations are not transferable. It's quite an attraction. You can get to the national park without 200 batts carefully from the beach across the road where cars and tents are parked. There's a campsite and a gate to the park. Nothing interesting for us, just wild nature. This is not a botanical garden.
On the 4th day, we saw a tub with a tap to wash off the sand right in front of the entrance to the reception. It was covered by parked cars, but there was a barrier for cars. It is very convenient not to drag sand to the room. The gym is small. But we found almost everything we needed for ourselves.
The pool is so-so.
On the beach, WiFi is available only in cafes. If you have lunch there, they can connect you on request. Sometimes people sit on the sand next to cafes to catch Wi-Fi. I don't know, they say it works sometimes.

The hotel is nice and new. You can't hear the neighbors through the walls. We had a room with access to the pool. Very convenient. We were in September 2024. There were very heavy rains at that time. Accordingly, the sea was stormy. The pool was saved, but it was not heated, so the temperature in it was (in my opinion) about 24-25 g. The main thing is to go to the pool, then you'll get used to it. Of course we swam in it. There were few people. The pool is clean. The dressing room is in the bathroom, it's a little unusual, it's not always convenient when another person needs to go to the toilet and you're standing there and changing your clothes. There is humidity in the dressing room from the shower. When we checked in, there was no hot water in the room, I went to the reception, asked with the help of an interpreter to fix the situation, there was no reaction. I had to think for myself why there is no water. I found vending machines in the closet of the dressing room. One of them was turned off. I turned it on... And about happiness! The hot water is running. The room has everything you need. This is a five, so both Feng and the clean snow-white towels that were changed every day, beach towels, a kettle, everything is as it should be. By the pool, you can take another towel, which will be assigned to the room. There are beach bags. Drying on the balcony. The beach is normal, I've only seen sun beds in one place. 1 sunbed-100 baht. Regarding nutrition, there is such a story... Breakfasts are basically normal. Nothing beyond the natural, but as they say, you will not stay hungry. The coffee from the machine is not great, but you can drink it. There is no porridge. Fried eggs are fried every day. We were going on an excursion and wanted to take a croissant to the child, but the matron (there is no other way to say it) categorically forbade it. In principle, this is normal, food cannot be taken out, but one croissant for a child could be allowed. The staff really herds people so that they don't take food with them from breakfast. By the way, we tried to have lunch at the hotel... I didn't like anything, so we went to eat in a cafe near the beach. There are a lot of cafes there. There is a shop nearby. They make awesome hot sandwiches there. Before departure, we were severely poisoned. We think it's at breakfast. The eldest daughter did not go to breakfast, but the youngest and I were there. By lunchtime, I began to feel unwell. In the evening I lay flat, it was hard even to speak, I was so heavily intoxicated. My daughter went to the pharmacy, fortunately she was right near the hotel and brought antibiotics. After the pill, it became easier after half an hour. It's easier for me, but my daughter has the same story. In general, the eldest flew away (she did not go to breakfast that day and did not get poisoned), but we changed our tickets and flew on Sunday instead of Friday. The problem is that the insurance ended on Friday and without insurance to the doctor only for money. There was a medical center relatively nearby. That's where we went. I didn't need to, because antibiotics helped me, but my daughter went to an appointment. A total of 800 baht, along with pills, among which were antibiotics, the cat was bought for me. They didn't leave our room for us, they overpowered us in another one. If it hadn't been for the rains and poisoning, then the rest would have been quite comfortable. We were flying back, the floor of the plane was poisoned and the temperature was high. There is nothing to do off-season in Phuket. The doctor told us that a lot of people are dealing with this infectious problem. Yes, and regarding insurance... It's a circus. We bought additional insurance for 5 days, those from Saturday, etc. When we contacted Rosshosstrakh, they told us... That's about it... Fuck you and your insurance... You bought it for the disease and you are not allowed to do anything! Well, it's okay! That is, it turns out that in addition to the basic insurance, you need to buy insurance in advance in case you get sick before the summer and have to extend the hotel. And day in, day out or the next day, this insurance will not be valid. We need to think in advance and buy another one just in case. Now I will do so and buy insurance with a margin. Yes, and by the way, after reading the reviews, I was worried about the proximity of the airport (10 minutes and you are there), so there are no planes at all. Conclusion: the hotel is good, you can fly, eat only at breakfast, take a fried omelet or boiled eggs. 4 because of the power supply. In good weather, it will be pleasant to spend time there.

It's an amazing place. I rested in this hotel for 14 days, which I can say, there is a lot of greenery on the territory, 3 swimming pools (paddling pool for children) new sun beds, fresh beach towels, a bar on the territory of one of the pools. There is a gym and a children's room with a babysitter who will be happy to look after the child. The room was clean and spacious, cleaning every day with a change of towels and bed linen! The room also has a mini fridge, a safe, an ironing board and an iron, as well as a good hair dryer. The bathroom is also spacious and equipped with everything you need.

The hotel is really new: furniture, bathroom, bed linen, towels are all new! The staff is normal.
BUT there is no territory, it is impossible to sleep in building F, you can hear the elevator working. The sound insulation is not very good: in the evening you can hear couples cumming. There is no suitcase table in the room. Inconvenient. The wardrobe in the bathroom is very strange!
The beach is nearby, but this is its only advantage. The beach itself is small, there are few sun beds, so the rent is expensive 500 baht. On the other beaches, 200 baht each. The beach is divided into two parts: with cafes and a wild beach. On a wild beach, the tin is full: garbage, dogs. And the sea in this part of the Thay is very dirty. We spent only one night, and that was enough to not come back here. I do not recommend it!

I wanted to book a couple of nights here before departure, but now I realize that I definitely can't.
The service is missing.
Book rooms here carefully if you want to live in a normal room, not in a closet.
Those pools that are on the Internet also do not correspond to reality. In fact, these are small channels with a depth of 90 cm.
If you book a room with a pool view, keep in mind that the view will be on the balconies of the neighboring building, and the pool, if you can call it that, will be below you if you look down from the balcony.

Our hotel is positioned and sold as a 5 *. In fact, it's not 5 at all, I would say a good 4 (if you ask a question on the website: how many stars does the hotel have - it generally comes out 3 *. At the entrance to the hotel - just the name of the hotel, without stars. The territory is small: buildings and pools (there are several of them), a children's room, a gym - both of them are behind glass, that is, mom can lie in the pool or on a sunbed, watching the baby play in the children's room (this is of course a plus), a little greenery and palm trees - quite a bit, that's all. The room is large, there are bathrobes, slippers, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, wardrobe - in the bathroom (almost all rooms, except those facing the road, but the rooms there are quite huge, they have a bathroom and a shower cabin, but it's a little noisy, but who likes what). Soap and soap accessories are constantly being replenished: soap, toothpaste, brush, comb, disposable machine, ear sticks, hats, etc. In large bottles: shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion - all of bella nara's own production. There are 4 0.5 l bottles of water in the room every day, as well as tea, coffee, and sugar packages - replenished daily. The fridge is empty (there is no mini-bar), but the bar is downstairs, right in the pool. There are a few 189 rooms in the hotel, I advise you to take a room with a view of the pool, in other buildings it may be noisy (either on the road or on bars). There are rooms with access to the pool (at night you can hear the noise from the pool, some kind of installation is working). Late in the evening (at 22 , 23 hours), people swim in the pool, a little, mostly couples, which is a nice bonus, after you walked to the store in the evening, had dinner. There are 2 separate towels for the beach in the room and you can take them separately for the pool, they are changed daily, of course. You wake up in the morning and the birds are singing. Late in the evening, sometimes at night you can hear howling, barking and skirmishes of a large pack of dogs (there is a small forest behind the fence, so to speak, the territory is abandoned). It bothered me, although I slept in earplugs, but I could still hear it, at first I was generally scared, later I got used to it, more often it was all in the evening, but sometimes it woke me up at night (but this is not natural for a hotel). That was the only negative thing for me. The beach is across the street (the road is small, the traffic is not strong), that is, a couple of minutes and you are on the beach. The hotel left a pleasant impression. I'm betting 5 out of 5

There are less than 10 sun loungers by the pool, it is normal not to swim in the hotel. We tried to come in early in the morning - the staff broke down, messed up - cute smiles are all, but this is Thailand.
